[Resolved] Capital First — account changed not done | |||
Hello team, My name is satya dubey from mumbai loan account number is 19137713. This is the second purchase from capital first. Previously account no was 5069036 which was closed without any hassle. I have purchased a mobile from capital first on dec 2018. While purchasing the mobile i was using a different account and later i have changed my account and the same was informed to the customer care and filled the form in the month of march 2018. I also paid 800 rupees as they have put some bounced changes on my account. However after cooperating so much my account details did not got changed and again my emi for the month of april was deducted from my previous non operating account and don forget the emi bounced charges in the amount of 1100. I am not going to make the renaming payment unless all the unnecessarily charges are waived/removed from my account. I also require my account to be changed.
