My loan account number is 14535216

Every month on 2th my emi gets deduct
. On august 2, 2018 i have balance in my account

My emi was due on 2nd august 2018 however, it wasn't deducted from my account despite maintaining proper balance and than it showing over due rps 2663.

I had paid online on your portal through paytm. By my yes bank. On 3rd august money deduct
Payment reference no.[protected]

On the same day again loan amount 2663rs is deduct by ecs done by you.

2 times i have paid amount of my loan.

Why that issue.?

No customercare is recvng my call of your 1800... Numbr.

You don't have branch near to our cities.

How can we get our money back. Or it adjust in next emi. That i have paid extra.

Please look up this incident as i have emailed you, raised a request on app also.

It's your mistake you didn't cut emi on that day.

2 times i have paid emi. This month.

    Actually I'm unable to login capital first portal with my register number because 2 days back I tried to change to my phone number so that it happened so please provide me customer id and password. Also my capital first card got blocked due to bounce charge so I have paid the amount also please unblock my card so that I'm able to take a fresh loan send me the message regarding my card status.

        This mail is to inform you guys that i have clear my all outstanding money on my loan account 10844900. My due was 5872 rs which was cleared on 7 jun 2018 as it is and close account still why my credit score is been spoil from your end. As there is showing one negative status affecting my credit score as it is been close account still why it is reflecting. As you have applied charges for late payment that is also been clear so why harassing customer by spoiling cybil record. As the collection person din’t turn up for collecting money whenever i have told them.           This is regarding loan account 2303529.

          I've taken loan from capital first 3-4 years ago.At that time there is one check bounce to my account and i've called ur customer support earlier not to drop cheque as i will arrange money witthin 2 days so i said to drop the cheque into the bank after 2 days but the cheque was drpped at that time it was bounced after that i called to customer care that to remove penal charges, after i completed the loan payment i did not get any message or call regarding penal charges.After so many years now they sent 1600/- is overdue towards penal charges.Please remove the penal charges

            Hi my name is vinodh balagurusamy, i purchased a tv using ur finance in chennai.. But due to the heavy flood in chennai in 2015 my complete households submerged in water. I was doing a business which ran in to loss and now i relocated to bamgalore searching for a job.. Ur collection executive named ramakrishnan is calling and threatening me and they are also calling my wife her ex colleagues my mother in law and threatening to make the payment also telling that am a fraud i ll sell her daughter also using abusive words which is atrocious.. I asked him to come to chennai highcourt to speak about settlement but he dont want to come.. Am answering the call as much as i can but they are still torturing other people and also they took their numbers from illegally using my social media.. Pls stop this harrasement immediately.. If not i have to go to police and media and ask u for a compensation for harrasing my relatives and friends who is not involved d in this.

              I applied for a loan and the loan amount has been sent to some other person account.

              First time in india
              I have been told that by 2nd aug 18 wether i get loan amount in my bank or not i will have to pay the emi capital first.

              On 24 of june i got a call from [protected]. That if i want a loan against the car i have from capital first. I said yes. I was asked to provide certain documents i provided all. Then in next 2 days there was a verification of my car, house and business premise. After some 2-3 days i got a call from mr. Upender [protected] who is an employee of capital first. And asked for all the document again. I was asked to come to capital first rajender place office. He took photo copies of all the document (Pan card, adhar card, 6 cheques, noc of my car rc, insuarance and one photograph). For few days nothing happened. I called mr. Upendar for the he said that the loan has been approved for 1, 60, 000. Then i waited for few days then again got call mr upender that the insuarance value is not suffiecient and was asked to get a new insurances. I asked upender that whatever is value i am happy with that. But he insisted me to geta new insuarance. I asked him that i will get the insurances done but it there should be no further delay or objection. He told me clearly that rest all documents are correct and complete is fine the only issue is insuarance value. I got new insurances. And handed over to him. On 15 july 2018 i got a message that a loan number has been approved a/c no 16087585 and i will be charged 5599 as emi from aug month. Next day when i call mr upender for the amount he told me that
              The amount has been given to direct sales agent.

              This was the first time i was told that there is a dsa. When i asked why i was told that this is the process and asked for original rc and noc from the banker. I provided both again and asked for the time he said once you handover these document within 15 min. He took photo copies of noc and took original rc. When i did not got amount called him he said wait for 24 hours. Next day i got a call from dsa rahul ([protected]) that noc is not right that’s why will not process the payment. When i asked for emi he said i will have to pay that. Or get him in recording from icici whose hp is there on the rc that they will issue me the noc. I told him i need money urgently tell me what all you want he asked for recording from icici. Next day when i sent the recording he asked then he said i will not process on the basis of this recording and asked to me for the “ particulars” of car from the transport authority and then said i will make the payment once i send him the particular. When i sent the “particular” provided to me from transport authority to mr rahul he said this will not work i need new noc from icici bank. I went to icici bank and there i was told it will take 7 days to generate a new noc in this case. I spoke to mr rahul that its been already 25 days since i applied for loan and i need it urgently he said then provide me receiving of the application you have given to icici. When i sent recieveing to him he said this will not work i need few more documents.
              I said it’s been 25 days you people are asking me to run from pillar to post. If there is a issue with my document why it was approved you should have rejected that. He told me that he is dsa and he has the payment but if want this i will have to pay the emi and wait for few more days and more documents arerequired or pay the cancellation charges for the loan. Otherwise company will charge me emi.
              Fraud:
              1. When i called customer care of capital first they told me that they do not have any loan where they give mortgage loan to existing car. And i have been given loan to buy a second hand car. I never asked for this type of loan.
              2. When i asked why the payment has been made to some other person i was told that he must be the seller of cars that’s why he has been paid. I would like to tell you that he is a capital first appointed dsa. He do not deals in cars and i have not purchased any car.
              3. When i called 3rd time to the customer care for them to know the cancellation charges i have have neen told that there is no why you can cancel this loan you will have to pay 1 emi and forclose with 5 % charges. Means i will have to pay almost 1, 70, 000 which i naver got.

              I have not got any product i have not got any payment but still i will have to pay emi.
              Dsa who is appointed by capital first is not making payment to me and capital first is asking for emi.

              I have taken Rs.1.21 lacs loan towards bike.

              My first EMI was deducted on 2.07.2018.

              But again today 19.07.2018 Rs.118 is debited can i know the reason for the deduction.

              Please resolve the issue ASAP or else I will transfer my loan to other banks.

                Agreement of loan dated 29/06/18, as of today i have not received the disbursement amount, i spoke with customer service and was told cheque was alrdy submitted on 30/06/18, but i never received, i have send my bank statement also, i speak with the loan officers everyday and they just say it will be done in 2 days, it's been more than 20 days still nothing has happened.

                  I need noc from capital first hence the loan i took from your finance company had been repaid properly without any of other cheque bounce so now i m selling my vehicle for which i had taken loan from your finance company so now i am in need of no objection certificate or loan no dues certificate from your finance company so that i can sell my vehicle with no dues sureity.                           I took a Consumer durable loan for an AC and submitted a cheque with ECS form, but the ECS got rejected due to so called “mandate reason“ and I had to pay it manually, the I asked for the specific reason but none of your employee could answer this. Then I marked a mail to the nodal officer and they said that its due to signature mismatch however my bank manager said that capital first never tried any ECS on that day.

                          Anyways, nodal officer told me that I can give a new ECS form to the local branch and all will be sorted. Then my father visited the branch near me and submitted the new ECS form along with 2 cheques(1 cancelled and 1 for my next EMI) but again I got a call from your executive that ECS is rejected by your bank and you can pay the EMI online, so I did the same and paid it on the same day. Wondering that you should have used that cheque first but what happened next was shocking.

                          7 days after paying my EMI capital first again charged my account with the same cheque and for the EMI which I had already paid online.

                          Now when I asked for the reason for the rejection of ECS, Nodal’s reply was the same copy pasted answer that rejected due to signature mismatch and when they sent me the ECS form, it was the same old ECS form they were using instead of the new submitted at the Local branch.
                          Now, I am being penalized by my bank for Bounce cheque and its also showing in Capital first a charge of 400 Rs.
                          And when I asked for the reason of all this from Nodal officer, he gave me TAT of 7-8 days. Come ‘on man its not a rocket science am asking about your own organization and you want 7 days.

                          Because these organisations are just there to fill their empty stomachs and get the money out of consumers pocket anyhow.

                          even after sending all the proofs and docs. they said sorry we could not help you in this matter its your fault

                            In Feb 2018 1, 46, 153 loan amount was credited to my account as a personal loan[protected].Blank Cheques were provided by me to bank for security purposes but 40, 000 were debited from my account from cheque no - 28425.

                            PFA, of bank statement where 40, 000 debited from my account .I had word with your employee so they said it was Insurance amount which will get credited to your account after 4months which is not yet done.

                            Please do the needful.kindly look into this fraud.

                              I have purchased Samsung A/C on April 30th and availed Loan from Capital first to repay an amount on 35400 in 8 Interest Free EMIs of 4425 each. The Debit Card and Savings Account for ECS was verified prior to loan approval by the CF Team using g a transaction of INR1. Ever since the EMI is not getting auto deducted from my account and CF team is leving Fines. Inspire of my request to fix this issue in month of June.. No action was taken and the same happened in July. This is a clear problem from their end and trying to force Customer pay For Penalty is not acceptable. They are not waiveing off the 400 * 2 - INR 800 levied on my Loan Account 15089219 and threating to press charges against me. I have repaid 2 EMIs of INR 4425 each using the QuickPay option on their portal already. If a permanent solution to ensure ECS issue is not provided, I am willing to use the QuickPay option for repayment of EMI every month by 2nd itself. They are not agreeing even for this and asking me to visit their office which is not possible as I am working from a city where their office is not available.Need help to get this issue sorted out.
