Hii team capital,

This is milind and my two wheeler loan account no 5242180 and m one of your customer since ast a year and a lady who is handling my account for payment collection she don't have any manners about how to talk with your customer for pay collection. I know that my payment got delayed every month but the way they are talking its highly unprofessional in service industries.

For this payment i had called 4 to 5 times on the landline no[protected] for doing payment but i didn't got any response from that no from where i got called for payment since last 12 months and suddenly i come to know that mentioned no not using for capital first. Everytime i got msg that our representative will call you for the same but nobody turned up yet. It's not my mistakes that your no got changed or employee left your company. Moral of the complaint is m not a person who will denied your payment at all but you need to teach your back office staff how to talk, how to use manners while having conversation with ur client???

I know that none of you will bothering about this complaint but i will make sure that this complaint will reflect on your social site as well. Just wanted to informed you your payment will get clear till 27th june eod.

I m not saying about company m complaining abt one of your employees who's representative capital first and i think employees are the face of company so they need to take care company image and prestige for good ranking.

    I am getting unsolicited emails from capitalfirst. I have replied saying that the mails are coming to wrong person and i am not the intended recipient. However, this nuisance still continues.

    Got a mail on jun 5 addressed to taranjeet kaur for some kind of loan. I replied immediately saying that this was addressed to wrong person. This was sent from email [protected]@capfirst.com.

    Got another mail on jun 12, this time addressed to virendra bhagat for some loan eligibility. I replied immediately to the mail saying that this was addressed to wrong person. However, on jun 24 i again got an email addressed to virendra bhagat again. Both these mails are sent from email address [protected]@capfirst.com.

    This is harassment. Can capital first not confirm their customer's email addresses before sending out such mails.

    Today I have got emails for someone named MR. NITESH MAHTO. I have forwarded that mail also to social.[protected]@capitalfirst.com. This is getting serious. I will have to complain to PMO if this nuisance does not stop.

    The more I complain, more emails seem to come to me.

      I purchased Scotty from Malwa Honda I late for pay my EMI and he charged me 1500 in months than I also pay that charge after that he charged me again 400 and I ask which charges u give me than he mail me u need to pay this charge very cheated company I suggest u friend never purchase any product this side and my loan id is 10337727.and he mail me.

        Hello,

        Got call from mr. Kishore a collection manager from capital first lucknow shahnajaf branch and he listen the query fully in morning time from his office landline number and after that by the evening time he called me back and take my number in a conference with the person named by "veer" who abused me previously and same thing he did it again while in conference call he talked roughly and rudely in front of his collection manager and no action has been taken yet, so who's gonna gonna take action against this. Please reply asap.

          Maine caital first se 19000 ka loan liya. Jo inka company ka ladka aa kar le jata tha aur update kara deta tha. Per ek emi wo legaya aur company chod ke bhag gaya. Jab maine company me complain ki to wo manne ko taiyaar nahi. Uske baad unho ne mere account ke paise kaat liye. Aur 7650 rs ke penalty charges bhi laga diye. Account se paise kaat lete hai 19000 rs ke loan me 7650 ki penalty laga di. Aur apni galti maane ko taiyaar nahi hai. Please jo paise inka employee lekar bhag gaya wo mujhe wapas karaya jaye aur penalty bhi wapas karaiye jaye. Mera loan number hai 4960418. Mai inke khilaf court me bhi jaunga yeh sab public ko chutiya bana ke lootte hai. Jab inke office gaya to inke senior milte hi nahi.

            I have purchased a honda aviator scooter in december 2013 through finance by capital first. The loan account no. Was 1795095 and the was foreclosed on 09/04/2015 by full and final payment of balance amount. On the very same day i had applied for noc but i did not receive the noc. Then after one year i had contact the branch at ambala cantt about the noc and applied again but there was no response and no solution.in nov 2016 i used to get calls from the capital first for personal loan and they were continuously asking for personal loan and i took their proposal and agreed to take a personal loan of rs/ 290000/- in march 2017. At the time of giving personal loan not a single person have ever told me that i am not able to sell the scooter till the full clearance of personal loan, not in written, not verbally or by mail. Now i want to purchase a new scooter and want to sell the old one and for that purpose i need the noc but now the bank is denying for the noc and i was told that i am not able to get the noc till the clearance of personal loan. Why i was not given the noc at the time of full payment of my vehicle loan and now they are telling me this. I want the solution because i have talked to everyone in the local branch and they only say sorry nothing else. Please give me the solution.

              Myself dilip p. Ghag add. 302 kasturi-darshan, gupte road, gavdevi, dombivli (W) thane pin 421202 taken loan for purchesing m/cycle on aug.2012 & i have paid all emi up to jan 2015 (₹ 2405) i personely visited to your andheri office on 29 march 2017, that time told me from your office that your letter will get within 15 days, but yut your letter not receive me.                 We applied for capital first sbi credit card and the all the details required for the credit card were taken by the coordinators and it has been over a month and there is no response. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible

                  Respected officials,
                  I am are gaurav tembhekar taken jupiter motorcycle in emi plan through capital first. My loan account number is 5293948, and my bank account no is [protected] belongs to bank of india, kothrud branch.

                  My first emi cash paid on 05/06/2017 to capital first for 2534 rupees, and again 2534 rupees is deducted from my bank account also on 08/06/2017so by this i recognized capital first is taken money two times from me in the same month, and they didn't give any information about it before i contact them. After approach also they didn't take any action about it.

                  So i need a proper explanation why they are taking money two times for the same month. The problem happens in one month

                    My loan account no. Is 5774101. Emi amount is rs. 4228/-, this is to inform you that i am always out of station for starting 10 - 15 days due to my business reason so today i got call from your capitalfirst lucknow branch for collection and the persons name is govind and his phone number is [protected] and he uses abusing languages with very rough tone over the phone, so in this behalf i am going to consumer forum with legal action against company and that person this email is only inform you as a company to company that if due to some reason if date is exceeding but he is paying his emi through online so there is no rules you have all to do a harassment to any customer, please reply in this case what action you are going to take or i will do it by my way.

                      For some technical problem from capital my last emi had not been clear at proper time and i already told an executive to clear the emi and the matter closed the total emi has been cleared bu still some amount has been debited from my account without any notification and still i have not received any mail or text message. It is just cheating. I want to know the proper reason.

                        I am being your customer from last 3 years, and i have being paying every loan emi timely.

                        Query:-

                        I have recently took new loan from you loan # 11209329 with 3209/- which need to be deducted from my sbi ac but same was deducted from my dena bank ac.

                        I have 2 loans which i am paying from my dena bank ac.
                        1. Loan # 8196097 with 1450/- monthly emi.
                        2. Loan # 6841449 with 2365/- monthly emi.

                        As my new loan which need to be deducted from sbi ac as at the time of loan approval i have submitted my sbi cheque, but same deducted from dena bank, which is wrongly deducted from your side, this has effected my other 2 loans mentioned above same was bounced due to unavailability of fund in my ac.

                        Kindly check at your end and give me resolution for what need to be done now to clear my both above mentioned bounced loan. I will not pay any penny as charges to you other than the loan amount.

                        Talked with your customer care they have guided to visit andheri branch, i am still unclear what are they doing as a customer service as they cannot resolve queries of customer. Although as a very busy person i cannot visit any branch for this thing and requesting you to please resolve my query.

                        If required i will go to the senior level if i am dissatisfied from your resolution.

                        Hoping for your prompt response to my query.

                        We applied almost 8 months back and also given amount to get capital First EMI card but still we didn't receive card and no response from your end we required Card as soon as possible.

                          I had a loan with capital first. The first time took this loan and experience the pathetic experience. I brought 4g activa, installments needs to be paid by ecs which is of rs. 2044 and needs to be deducted 5th of every month first ecs was may 5th-2017 but june month emi amount still not deduct what's the issue sufficient balance in my bank account first receive your emi amount

                              Hi,
                              I have taken a loan for a led tv from capital first. About the time of nov 2016 ECS failed to deduct my emi.
                              A person from capital first called me and told me that my emi has not been debited. I checked and he was right, so he approached me for collecting the same. As due to demonitisation i was only able to submit 4500 (due to atm limit), i told him to come after one week as i was about to go out of town. After about 20 days some other person called me and told me that he was sent capital first for collecting the remaining amount i.e 1056 approx and he also conferenced with area manager in indore office. I gave him the amount. The area manager also assured me that there will be no penalties. The problem is that I didnot get a receipt from both of them. Please help.

                                Capital First is notorious. They are also sending me mails with different names about loans. I have complained to them. They also told me to forward the received emails to social.[protected]@capitalfirst.com. Nothing happens.

                                It was not good that you sent scanned copy of PAN and Aadhar card. They can be misused.

                                  My loan account no is 4615945
                                  I have always paid all my emi regularly in time. And i am very old customer of capital finance.
                                  But due to sm health issues my daughter was admitted in hospital and that too in icu so two emi got delayed.
                                  I was also told that no extra charges will b levied in me as regarding my case as special. But even then i m continuously getting msg. N it seems my card is also blocked.
                                  Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                    my self Ganesh Karthik had applied a personal loan for 1 lakh in your capital first.
                                    i got a call from your executive name supriya khanna and pooja for the process made lot of conversation they said for application fee you need to deposit 2500 which is refundable amount if application not been processed with in stipulated time.
                                    so i have transferred the requested amount for my application to get processed on 6.12.2016
                                    please find the below bank statement for which the people had given me the axis bank account number and the transaction which i have done.

                                    since they are not been lifting up calls and not responding to my emails
                                    its almost 7 months over but i did not received my refund application amount of 2500/-

                                    please help me to get my money back as early as possible.

                                      Hi, i have not yet received my emi card as my loan id is cm-66412 and also the loan has been closed long back, i am feeling difficult to purchase the goods without the card so if you would be able to helpout in this and arrange to deliver the card, as i have also tried to reach the customer care regarding this issue but not solved yet so try to resolve it faster so that it will be helpfull.
