I had a LAP loan with capital first and my loan a/c no. 7436431. Now I want to close it at earliest and I visit it's kolkata office at 15 park street but the customer care offer told me that we unable to give u any LOD or Proposal letter against ur loan.

I sent an email to the customercare asking for the same on 15.03.17. It's very very urgent to me. Pl. do the needful.

    We are just frustrated with capital first executives ...evertytime thay are calling bysaying ur eligible personal loan keep the documents ready but executives are not comming ...but we are awaiting for them to collect documents ...again after few more days if we called then they said u godavari people not eligible for personal loan ...again they are calling ur eligible then we said ur executivws said we are not eligible please confirm and tel me again they called and told we have confirmed that ur eligible tommarrow our executive will come by saying loan details again...but not came...this happens 5times they people playing with us a lot... and iam chilakalapalli china v rao and my DOB is 07/05/1968...from bhimavaram...andhrapradesh

        I am chattu dey take a pl form capital first form last few month. When i take the pl the guy said there have insurance of rs 300000 for my pl after deduct the amount i get rest of amount but still i did not received the any document of the insurance then call to customer care no the number is invalid mail sent to (Customer. [protected]@capfirst.com) many more time they are do not response me finally i stop 3 emi and they add bounce charge add. Every time i tell thy guy who call me kindly waiver the bounce charge then i can pay the 3 emi they abuse me.

        Form last oct 2016 my father in hospital, in hospital network coverage is poor so maybe not establish successful to contact me. You can mail me chattudey.[protected]@gmail.com.

        Last[protected] going to kolkata capital first office & talk to customer care they did not help me and talk like pathetic. He clearly said that you can not pay the emi so talk to collection dept. After that talk to them (Tarun kumar jena) & told him to entarie thing he told me that i send your mail to ho for approval the late fine charge, after that you pay. But some lady call me yesterday ([protected]) for payment and use slang language.. Kindly give a proper solution for the same. I am fed up form taking lone form capital first. Still i am in hospital my father is cancer patients stage 4 but still i am paying the all emi, never cheque bouncing. Its 1st time for the customer service. Now i want to pay the but cheque bouncing charges i am not paying. Kindly help asap already this month charge is happen in the same account.

          I am the customer of capital first since 2014, i have taken a bike from capital first vehicle loan and consumer loans also from capital first, in view of my payment regularity the company has issued a easy buy card on my name by charging 300/- by that time bearing no.1552568 and its validity is upto 10/18, and on that card i have availed nearly 6 to 7 consumer loans and paid the regular emis of rs.12, 000/- per month without any fail or even 1/- pending i have cleared all the loans, there is no single cheque bounce even.
          Considering my track your people pleased to blocked my card without any reason, whenever i am calling to the call centre they are simply informing me that due to some internal affairs my card has been blocked and it will unblocked after 90 days and i am hearing the same reply since october, 2016 and till day i have called upon to the customer care for 3 times and getting the same reply, even yesterday also they gave me the same reply that it will be un blocked after 90 days.

          I just want to know the fact that why my card has been blocked? will it unblocked now or not? if not i don't want this bloody card which is of no use and i want my money of rs.300/- which was charged by your people at the time of issuing the card back immediately, otherwise i will proceed legally.

            My Easy Buy card was never issued to me. It was on 31/10/2016 that I received a message from your side that my card has been withdrawn for some internal reasons and would be restarted after 90 days. But I regret to note that more than 4-5 month's have passed and I have still not received my card, inspite of my regular EMI's being cleared. My loan no.is LAN.4002341. I think that my matter needs to reported to the Consumer's Court for a legal and fast settlement.

              I am a happy and satisfied customer from 1987 of Sunflame products. I purchased CHIMNEY MODEL: LANCER 90 BF SF94TG vide Invoice N.428 dt.26.12.15 for Rs.30, 500.00.

              I am very happy with the chimney but, very unhappy with the HOB. The cooking is very slow probably because it is not a brass burner. At the time of purchase I was told that it could be replaced to a brass burner very soon and that I would be informed, they had taken my contacts. But all in vain, inspite of repeated calls and visits till date nothing has been done. Even the Hob burner stands are not firm and prone to accidents of the vessels tilting off and spilling of the food.

              A replacement of the stove or burners will be much appreciated.

              The final settlement for the above product has been made on 9.1.2017 by cash and the receipt for the same was sent by SMS Receipt No, [protected] Loan a/c No.5806530 dt. 11.1.2017 for Rs.8, 360.00.

              Though the EMI payment was through ECS your Company did not follow the procedure and the loan amount collected personally every month. Now I have got an SMS saying the loan amount of Rs.3500/-is due which is not acceptable.

              Closing of the above account would be much appreciated. Kindly do the needful.

                Dealer made loan paper for 8EMI of 1550.00 RS

                However 8 EMI of 12189.00= 1523.00 EMI

                When I received first SMS of 1750.00 from the company, I was surprised than I visited to dealer, but they said I will talk to the loan company. Even they do not say me your company name and never received any call back.

                Now you and your company deducted 1750.00 Rs per month from my bank a/c.

                Total deducted amount 1750.00*7 EMI =12250.00RS which is more than your dues amount 12189.00RS

                How much your company is cheap that you billed my amount 21000.00 instead of 12189.00

                Here you listen carefully I paid all my dues amount without failed 7 EMIs of Rs1750.00 per EMIs

                How responsible you are and refrigerator dealer?

                Even your company didn't send any loan confirmation copy to my address within the first month of lean sanctioned, why?

                      I have applied for PL from Capital First - It been more than 10 days and still their customer service says its under process. No use of customer service. if we call their 1 number, they ask to call another number.

                      I don't think Capital first is a customer centric number. All verification are positive and Credit manager also called regarding the same. But nothing is happening afterwards.

                      I am happy that I haven't given cheque's till now otherwise I will be in a mess.

                      I think this is only the NBFC which take a month to approve the loan

                        I have bought a laptop using hire purchase scheme from capital first and have never bounced any cheque. All payments have been cleared by January. But on February 16th, an amount of Rs 400has been deducted from my account and when questioned at the corporate office on[protected], they said their server was down and to call back after an hour. Since then I've been trying to contact them on my registered mobile number and after a few rings there's a message saying dial 9 for operator and another recorded message which says operator not available and to record message at the end of the tone

                              It is found that some unknown person took loan in my name using some of my documents, screen shot attached. For this I have been harassed since two years. I have contacted you and the person who is calling regularly for repay the same. I have also contacted the customer care but no proper response from your end.                                 Last[protected] going to kolkata capital first office & talk to customer care they did not help me and talk like pathetic .He clearly said that you can not pay the EMI so talk to Collection Dept.After that talk to them & told im to Entarie thing he told me that i send your mail to HO for approval the late fine charge, after that you pay .But some lady call me yesterday ([protected]) for payment and use slang language ..Kind give a proper solution for the same .I am fed up form taking lone form capital first .Still i am in hospital My father is cancer patients stage 4 but still i am paying the all EMI, never CHEQUE BOUNCING .its 1St time for the customer service.Now i want to pay the but CHEQUE BOUNCING charges i am not paying .Kindly help .I am fed up.

At the time of first instalment i call your customer care and he advice if you dont want to emi deduct your account you can buy cash to our executive so i pay 1st instalment cash to your executive (Receiving agent name: satish pradeep kumar & agency name: singh risk management) and after pay i receive confirmation mail or sms but at the time of last instalment i pay cash of your executive and i receive a mail or sms and also last emi deduct my bank account. This is totally fraud and not helpful. I also call to customer care and he did not help me. So please suggest what can i do. Can i go to consumer court or register a fir.

                                      I had a loan for my TV purchase with this Capital First finance company. It was not taken direct it is organized by Ideal home appliances. The payment mode was ECS and mentioned date for the payment is 5th. But on the first payment onwards they try to debit the payment from my bank on 4th. I have deposited the payment on Bank at 5th and Capital first continuous this bad game to collect the bouncing charge. After 2 or 3 months their executive called me and informed that i have to pay the two thousand some thing for bouncing charge. I said i cant because already deposited on the correct date. So they agreed and i prefer them to collect the amount by using collection agent in future i am not going to use that bank account. From next month onwards executive comes and collect the payment but in the same time Capital first send the ECS to bank and added bouncing charge to my account. I didnt know about this because i was not used that account after i gave information to them. When one EMI was pending their executive called me and informed several time will come to collect that amount but they didn't came. I have tried to call back but he didnt responded. When customer care executive called to intimate the pending EMI amount i informed them to i have the amount please collect it and issue the NOC. But didn't send any executive and some other executives called some time and repeated the same. After 6 months or 1 year one advocate called me and said you have pending EMI so they are going to register case. I explained all the details to him and he said please pay a settlement amount of 1800Rs and he will send the NOC in 45 days. I have paid the payment in 1 hour and send the receipt to him. But he didnt send the NOC. When i follow up him he send a Receipt with No EMI due. But after 1.5 to 2 years just 2 days back again another advocate called from Delhi and claiming the same. He is again saying i have one EMI due, i have tried to explain many time i dont have any due to and i have all the documents with me. But he is only saying i have one EMI due i need to pay that or they will register "money cheating" case. It is not a bug amount 1300Rs but why i should pay again this amount after cleared all the EMI with the company. He said he will send the NOC in 15 mts once i paid this 1300Rs and send the receipt. I also contacted their customer care and send all the document for the proof. They still not responded and Advocate is not ready to wait. So i am again going to pay the amount for this bad company and try to collect the NOC. Please any one don't try to collect any financial service with this company because they are that much unprofessional company and they are trying to threatening with their advocates. I will try to complaint to next level for this.
