I paid my due amount by online payment but while i am paying my loan amount money debited from my account but bill not be issued & no refund from the company..
Kindly resolve the issue... As soon as possible

Till you resolve the issue still i cant pay the loan amount...

And if any fine is allotted for this i wont agree it...

If it continue i will not refer this service to any one...

    Dear consumer foram,

    As i mail/complaining to this side & capital first for a proper & permanent solution. They give me a solution (We try to call you but can not establish) & you guys are only said we froward the complain to company, but still they /you guys are not give me a single solution. If you there is no solution so kindly tell me that we are unable to give a solution. Pleas suggest what will i do?

    Last conversation with kartick on march 2017 he said on april we arrange a boy for collecting doc for farther permanent solution & waiver given for this month. But no one is coming & waiver not posted, again mail send but no response. Now i send a last mail on[protected]Then why kartick is committed me. Manage for the document pick up form my home on 10/05/2017 also take the 3 emi, if you did not give me service then i will not paying any emi,) still no response.

    Kindly help, i am fed up of this company. The capital first company don't have any customer services don't have any commitment. World most bad services given, my worth decication is taking any lone form capital first. Kindly look into the matter

      We have met customer care executive at chennai teynampet for knowing about my personal loan status (Token no - 68). We have discussed & explained what was committed the sales person by us on while taking loan, but he is not agreed like no proper explanation instead of he has raising unwanted noise. This type of experience we got today.
      Totally disappointed with capital first & will not approached any loans through capital first in future also not recommending to others.

        I had taken a lon recently from capital first for ac for amount of 39000 for which the emi will start by 05/05/17. Now this month i have recieved an msg from capital first that i have taken an other loan for samsung led tv agaisnt loan no : 10947008 for amount of rs. 29826. For which the emi will start by 05/06/17 and the monthly emi will be rs. 2131.

        When i called the customer care they tell me they will take 45 days to solve a fradulent case. Is that correct as this case must be attend immediately. Meanwhile they will deduct the amount from my account. Secondly they havent signed any documents they how is the loan processed.

        I want a immediate solution to this orelse i will log a complaint with the police station.

            Dear sir.
            I rohit yadav. Have taken bike loan feom captal first loan no 4594255.
            This is in regards to complaint for giving bad words against bike loan and scooty loan.
            I as customer paid all there loan amount since 1.6 years of bike and scooty due to unemployment i was not able to pay for 5 emis. Executive came to house one of the emi was being paid but 2nd emi of scooty was not being able to pay. There teller caller have called me for payment and she started abusing on my mom for which i have kept recorded. She started mentally harresment. As i am suffering from various diseases diabetes.
            After her calling sr manager called up me and started abusing also he was giving torcher i will send 20 people to malad to broke your legs and various parts of body. We spoke to them politely they have given bad language.
            I want to know that which authority is being given to them to use abusive language. I want to see the document where i have signed in that is it mentioned that i have given authority to give abusive language.
            Kindly help me with this complaint. I am helpless if they do mentally torcher i will commit sucide.

              Dear sir,

              I am existing customer of the capital first and i got instance approval for the loan. When i applied my interest for personal loan the amount and the charges added by the team not understandable, i tried to call and re-discuss but the excutive whose attending the call from toll free are not having much information. If suppose i want to speak or want to understand all the polices or who will help for all the information related to loan? We have right to understand the polices before availing any kind of loan. You should have the process to attend the customer and clear about the policy when they need.

                Dear Concern,
                First of I would like to ask u people whether u people are running a company or what?

                I was riding my friends vehicle for which 3months EMI was not paid.im not denying about your seizing policy but it has to be done properly and subject to rules and regulations.

                Being a girl I was travelling through Highway road and mid of the road capital first people stop me and harras me about seizing the vehicle.The place the vehicle was seized and my home the distance was 48km away.

                On 22/04/2017 at 2 o clock afternoon..

                They were so rude and for seizing one vehicle 8to10 guys have come.there was no nearest police station more transport facilities available.they were more of gangsters and they have no id cards nor company documents or uniform to seize the vehicle.

                I had to call online help and verify them..

                What you people have done if anything would have happened to me. I'm going to file harrassment case against company and your seizers(I have the photos of all of them)

                How come a vehicle of Whitefield (Bangalore) can be seized at Nandini layout?
                Even after polite request to come with me till my home and take it from the customer place they were not ready...

                This is the worst thing which has happened..On the highway every single person was seeing this stuff.

                What you people think the people who borrow loan doesn't have respect?

                I will take this seriously to women's cell and women's are not safe beacuse of such behaviour.

                    04/16 04/19 and loan no 7214948.and i took lenovo laptop by using capital first card in reliance digital madeenaguda in hyderabad.and cleared of the entire due amount but last 3 insatllments i am unable to pay by using online, and i requested capital first for alternative mode of payment, they sent their executive for instalment collection i.e on november2016, december2016 and january 2017and amount paid to them but executive failed to pay amount to capital first.and its for their fault i have to suffer and i have all the proofs and evidences regarding payment.kindly look into matter as early as possible

                      On 5/04/2017 emi of rs 2397.00 for loan no. 9307293 has not debited because of insufficient balance in account.
                      On 10/04/2017 i have sufficient balance but still my two wheeler loan emi has not been debited by capital first.
                      Now the customer care is saying that you have fine doubled penalty as i have sufficient balance in my account. On 10th of april 2017. Pls debit the amount rs.2397 with penalty i. E. Rs. 2797.

                        Dear sir/madam, here I register complaint against capital first. I purchase loan from capital first on 2014 amount is 142000/- at interest rate 16.99%. Emi amount is 5956 for 36 month. Till time I paid 30 emi remaining only emit. But after calculation I found that, capital first taking ROI from me upto 29%. As per emi calculator for loan amount 142000/- ROI 16.99 for 36 month only 5062 something Emi I want. But they take 5956 so approximately 900rs extra each month.                         So request for help me in this regard.

                            I have raised my personal loan foreclosure request on 23 Mar 2017. By that time I was told the foreclosure letter will sent to me in 15 days, by that time I am not sure whether it is 15 working days or 15 days. When I called for 2nd second I was told that it will take 15 working days.

                            Some time on 6 Apr 2017 I got my foreclosure letter in my mail and I was shocked to see the total settlement amount. I again called to the customer care and spoken to the senior person and she confirmed that I will get a updated foreclosure letter by considering the latest outstanding amount post taking the EMI for this month.

                            During all my calls I have discussed the following things with capital first customer care.

                            Some day during last year I think during the month of Nov 2016 I called to the customer care and spoken about the foreclosure, by that time the executive who spoken with me had given the final settlement amount instantly and also that told if I close the loan within one year the foreclosure charge will be 4% and if we close after 12 months then the foreclosure charge would be 3%. Important point the final settlement amount was given during the call itself. Finally I though I will close after 12 months to save 1%.

                            Second time I called on 23 Mar 2017 to check the final amount that I need to pay for my personal loan foreclosure, but shockingly I was told to wait for 15 days to get the foreclosure letter. After having a very long discussion I was convinced and kept the phone without confirming my loan foreclosure request.

                            On the same day I again called and spoke to an another person, while discussion with him he confirmed that my foreclosure charge is 3% and after this I have placed the request for my personal loan foreclosure.

                            Third time on 4th or 5th of this month again I called and spoken to the customer support person and to one of the senior person as well. On that day also I had a discussing on my foreclosure.

                            On 6 Apr 2016 I received my foreclosure letter which had the outstanding amount of last month but my EMI for the Apr 2017 was debited from my account on 5th itself. Again I called to the customer care and spoken on this to the customer support person and to one of the senior person as well. During our discussion she told that charges has been revised by the bank from Apr 2017 onwards, by this time I have clearly told to the senior person that my foreclosure charge would be 3% and this should consider my outstanding post Apr 2017 month ECS. She also agreed on this.

                            Today (11 Apr 2017) I received a call from one of the senior person from capital first to have a discussion on the latest foreclosure letter. In this letter I was charged 5% as a foreclosure charge and when I ask him about he says for business loan they will charge 5% only then I said I have not applied for a business loan. After having a discussing regarding the loan type, latter he says I need to pay 5% only because the letter was generated by this month. Bank will not consider the request date, this is totally unacceptable.

                            Note: When I called during Mar 2017 by that time also they have changed the foreclosure % by that time I told I am not a new customer and also I told that for me charges should be applied as like what it was when I signed the agreement copy. But when I called this time they are saying that the charges were changed from this month only.

                              Since 15.03.17 i am asking for the lod, proposal letter & soa against my loan a/c no. 7436431 but there is not a single person to anser me. Ur all the customer care exe are like a talking doll and cut off the ph with "it is under processing, we will be inform u".

                              I won't to continue with u any more. So, pl send me the said documents at earliest.

                              Pl. Also note that i will stop my next emi and also not pay any type of bounce charges.

                              U r now delay to handover my related documents to me by which i bound to continue with u. I have evry right to take any legal action against u due to my harrasment.

                              What a bad company is Capital First. Since 15.03.17 I unable to get the documents till now. In every coplaint I received a call from customer care person and confirm me that u will be get the soft copy within 2-3 days. After that they not attending any call. They all are there for harras of their existing customers. They have no value of their customer's needs.

[protected]@gmail.com) and i already have taken out a loan from your organization since last year march, 2016 and my lan no. 5521713 for the rs.10800/- and my emi's start from the month of may, 2016 respectively i have paid 5 emi's till may - september and my cheque for the month of october got dishonored from some financial issue and your agent his name is vijay ([protected]) is came to my home everyday, and that was embarrassing so i decide to pay the rest of my loan amount so i am asking to the agent and head of your company branch by a phone call, i don't know the name of the receiver but she tell me the for-closer amount rs.4050, according to the company terms, if if paid my for-closer amount earlier to the time limit, my all bouncing and extra charges will reverse/ so i have paid the for-closer amount rs.4050 to the agent, and received the payment confirmation, but after that still i am receiving the sms from the capital first for emi due, so i told to the vijay what the problem so the told me sir "ye automatic message hai aapke end month tak aega u dont worry" so i said its ok but after the month of december 2016 i continue receiving the call from the capital first for due of emi's and when i am asking to why now i paid more money they said "sir by mistake aapka amount for closer mein na ja jaakar adjustment mein chala gaya aap rs.1350 remaining emi pay kardo then aapke pass call nhi aegi," (His name is saiman) but they are not giving me the noc, because i have also bouncing charge due for the month of november, december etc.2016.
                                I request you to please resolve my problem, its humble request.

                                  I paid EMI on 01/4/17 .The Capital First company servicemen mr. Devendra calls in every half an hour for the paying EMI request . But today is first day of month actually 5th day of this month is the last date of paying EMI . Make us disturb by calling 3-4 times a day . Is this is a way of handling a coustmer . Yesterday only I paid the EMI as staff of same company told me how to pay the EMI online . According to that I paid EMI . And mr. Devendra without updating its information (about EMI ) he called us and disturbing us to pay the EMI even though we already paid EMI yesterday .

                                      My eminent due was on 5th mar though I keep balance in my reg account and emi was getting deducted in time this month it was failed and charged Rs 400/- emi failure SMS not received. After checking my acc I came to know. Once again without any information on 12th it was presented to y account and failed for which another Rs 400 charged. The collection agent called and took appointment and I paid the EMI and he told that no extra to be paid. How come your irresponsible company without information presented the emi 2times without any prior information. At time of selling also your representrtive told it will hit one time on 5th of every month.
                                      I also have ot received the loan papers. I need the 2nd charge to be waived. If any proof of Communication before presenting the 2nd time. If SMS sent then proof that I have received it as I have not received. If I could have then I might have kept balance.
                                      I need the details of payment paid to your collection agent at bhubaneswar whether you have received the amount and credited to my loan account or not.

                                        He talk roughly and said talk to Collection team, I talk to the guy who name is TARUN (tarunkumar.[protected]@capitalfirst.com) i told him every thin he said sir plez send me the mail i can solved the problem .Still no resulation given, i want a proper & final resolution .I want to pay but bounce charge is not paying becoz bounce charges happen only for company casualness .
