          I am m anil kumar i have foreclosure & paid total amount of rs.17, 001/- to capital first and closed my account but capital first people have updated as post wo settled (16569 balance). I have received noc & statement as closed. Many time i have reached capital first people but their have responded saying yes you have paid and closed the account but we will update it as same now we cant do any thing. Due to this am facing lot of problem in day to day life.

          Please help me on this i have every proof of paying total amount and closing of my account

          Hi Consumer Complaints forum Team,

          My problem is not resolved. I have received a call from capital first person team no is ([protected] ) & said you have paid full amount but you have paid after the end date of loan period. So we have updated in CIBIL as POST WO SETTLED. We cannot change the status.
          I said if that in case than I would have not make the paid right. I have paid & updated as settled If I have not paid also the same status have been updated.

          the person who called from capital first said sorry sir we cannot do any thing do what every you want and hanged up the call.

          This is what the capital first company is doing ( Fraud company )

          Kindly help me in this issue resolved.

                I am trying to pay my emi online. Y the hell it's showing overdue of 1300. You people are fraud charging unnecessary amounts of bounce charges and etc. Even though i m maintaining the amount. You people call and ask to pay online and then you charge bounce amount, this is how you charge so much interest. My ecs issue in july i visited to branch, i have given advance cheque for all the remaining emi s, but i was not informed that there is a 500 charge, for that, but still the next month on 5th aug. I received call from capital first at around 9:15 am she told to pay online at the same time though the amount t was already maintained in account., she told that after 10 am there will be bounce charge if you pay online. She told me that your amount will not deduct from account, so pay online and after this on 10th i charged for bounce charges and now it's showing overdue of 1300 and in don't know what is that overdue for. So please update me about that, and i want to make a complaint about that lady i have spoke in 5th aug and in have been misleading information and i got charge for bounce amount.
                I have sent an email to them, but still i have not received any appropriate response from them or any call regarding the issue.

                  It all started with the Change of my ECS account details. I spent my 3 hours and paid Rs. 500/- also for change of the account details, it was told to me by one of the Capital First Executives that it will take 45 days for change of the ECS account details. so she asked me for a cheque for one month payment of my Loan EMI. It was done by me and my EMI got debited for the next month with the cheque which I given to them. But, for the second month it was not debited due to lack of responsibilities of Capital First and I was charged late fee and bounce charges for that month which I am not responsible for. also I am getting calls from Roshni or whatever her name is, with arrogant and rude behavior on the call, asking for the payment . I denied for paying and asked them to get it deducted by ECS as I have opted for ECS with the account change details shared with them.
                  But I was getting regular calls from Capital First with rude behavior as if I have not opted for finance and I have got a charity from them.
                  Each and every time, I have asked them to hand over the call to their Manager, but still no response from their manager too. Also number of mails I have sent to Capital First, but still no response .. instead the answer I am getting on calls, is like "hamare paas dusre bhi kaam hai, kaun apke mails to reply karega" I have each and every call recorded with me.

                  now for this Third month (after I applied for Change of ECS account), the EMI got deducted via ECS, but still I am being charged for Bounce charges and late fee etc. which is not acceptable.

                  And moreover, they have only one office for whole of Mumbai, and that too with the worst Staff ever I had seen in my life.

                  Really fed-up of Capital First and willing to complaint like anything on them for regular misbehavior on calls.

                      The dsa got some details from me but said loan will be at 11.29%.. Already me to transfer rs.800 for processing fees..

                      I was horrified to see a loan of 1.6 lakh disbursed for a tenure of 5 yrs.. Interest rate at 16%.. And some 14 thousand rolled deducted in the name of multiple charges..

                      I have been chasing them from the day loan was disbursed, but no one came ahead to resolve my query or offer any solution..

                      Nothing was informed to me, neither my consent was taken.. And now when i'm closing the loan after minimum holding of 6 months, these # are charging 5% prclosure charges.

                      They are cheaters and scammers.. Stay away from them at all cost..

                          My emi was due on 5th sep 2017, unfortunately i wasnt able to pay it on 5th

                          I recieved a call kn 6th sep 2017 and this guy asked me to go online andmake the payment, i did that and i gave him the reference number. I as well told him one more loan i have can i make thatpayment as well he said yes, i made that one as well.

                          Nextday recieved a call from a guy asking me why i did not paid my emi (I was shocked i told him i already made it yesterday he said give me the reference num, i said i am driving call me back in1 hour i will give you.

                          Next day they again deducted the emi from. My account, i called customer support, they asked me to wait 2 3 days

                          Now
                          1 - one person calls and ask me to make the payment next day they call me and askme why i did not paid it (Come on are you serious your department does not know who made the payment or not)

                          2 customer support is worse i have ever known any

                          3 educate your reps they always have no answer

                          Take strict action or otherwise will be your company may get intk trouble

                            Hi
                            My name is shabana begum, my loan no. Is 9188437, i have taken loan and all emi are properly paid in 8 months through ecs. After last emi deducted on 5.9.2017 once again on 7.9.2017 they deducted another emi which was unauthorised.
                            When i contacted them they says 8th emi is bounced where as in my account 8th emi amount cleared to them.
                            Pl. Help in this issue.

                              Hi Sir My name is sachin and i got a call from 2 number the first call i got from is +91-[protected] D L Police telling me in a abrupt manner that you have taken a consumer loan and your case has been filed against section 138 at the high court as per RBI and we will drag you to court, and he said to call some R. K. Sharma who happens to be a layer from the high court and his number is +91-[protected], when i called him he started shouting at me and threatening me that we will sue you and all, i asked him could i get your licence number since you are a layer he started shouting and telling me we will drag you to court and all, when i told him i am not the guy who you want he says no it you dont tell lies. If he is a layer he would not shout but spoken in a normal manner.

                                I purchased a lg product from capital first for which d said emi of rps 933was deducted on 5/9/17n dey r sending me repeated msg dat d said amount hasn't been deducted
                                Emi of rs 933.00 towards lan 11540057 has bounced. Pls pay www.capfirst.com or at any axis bank branch or at cfl branch.
                                Now d alerts which i get from sbi is as follows on 5/9/17
                                Your a/c xxxxx574501 debited inr 933.00 on 05/09/17 - transferred to investment intermedi. A/c balance inr 1, 940.87.
                                And again today i got a call from capital first regarding the payments few hours after dat again a msg reflection ted as follows
                                Dear customer, emi for sep17 has been debited twice for your capital first loan due to your bank error. The excess emi refund will be initiated to your ban
                                But d deduction date for every month is 5.

                                  My name b sravan kumar, this is my loan no 10802854. My concern is i charged because capital first represents made mistake. I have not informed by their representative while accepting my cheque. If i would have informed i would hv closed my loan on that point only.
                                  Am not going to pay such charges. I don't want any issue when i closed my loan.
                                  Requesting you all to look into same.
                                  And even customer care also very worst on their job, no any knowledge at higher team also. Given wrong guides witch will charged unnecessary on their account. Because of your mistake customer getting charges.

                                  I clearly explained my problem that, who comes to collect cheque from me he said no charges for swap, now someone saying its chargeable, both are from capital first only but no communication between you, because your person's mistake iam getting charged, and after this complaint what you resolves? For your satisfaction only spoken, not to resolve my problem, seriously i don't recommend anyone's to choose capital first, some random resolves only happens, 000 resolved to my problem, and their agreed what mistake they made and saying, if mistake made capital first reflection charges should pay customer, very very worst service

                                    Sir, i with the cfl customer id no 3341092 have to pay the emi amount of rs2500.00p on 5th sep17. I kept more than the sufficient amount on 5th opening balance. But i received a message that cfl cheque was bounced. I queried at my home sbi branch and near by cfl branch bezcircle, vijayawada. The concern costumer representative convinced me that it was wrong message. I agreed with him. On 7.09.17 i have to pay another company emi. I kept the sufficient amount in my ac. Today i. E 07.09.17 11.56am i received a message that the cfl emi amount rs2500.00p was debited again. Which lead to bounce the emi cheque of another company. I am totally upset about it. I hope that you will understand my problem and will take necessary action against the damage done to me bcz of cfl management.

                                      I applied a mobile loan at wave mall, reliance digital lucknow. The representative of your company took my aadhaar card and the card number is[protected] and i gave my pan card, the pan card number is bljpa3351d and my state bank of india passbook also to see my track record of all my loans. But after 10 mins your representative told me that your loan is declined. So i want the reason why my loan was declined. None of my cheques or installments are bounced ever. I felt very much ashamed and vilificated. So i want the perfect answer that why my loan was declined. I want the answer in 1 working day otherwise i will sue the company for making me ashamed and vilification. There are some records i have my cibil score is about 750 and all my other loans are going perfect.
