It all started with the Change of my ECS account details. I spent my 3 hours and paid Rs. 500/- also for change of the account details, it was told to me by one of the Capital First Executives that it will take 45 days for change of the ECS account details. so she asked me for a cheque for one month payment of my Loan EMI. It was done by me and my EMI got debited for the next month with the cheque which I given to them. But, for the second month it was not debited due to lack of responsibilities of Capital First and I was charged late fee and bounce charges for that month which I am not responsible for. also I am getting calls from Roshni or whatever her name is, with arrogant and rude behavior on the call, asking for the payment . I denied for paying and asked them to get it deducted by ECS as I have opted for ECS with the account change details shared with them.
But I was getting regular calls from Capital First with rude behavior as if I have not opted for finance and I have got a charity from them.
Each and every time, I have asked them to hand over the call to their Manager, but still no response from their manager too. Also number of mails I have sent to Capital First, but still no response .. instead the answer I am getting on calls, is like "hamare paas dusre bhi kaam hai, kaun apke mails to reply karega" I have each and every call recorded with me.
now for this Third month (after I applied for Change of ECS account), the EMI got deducted via ECS, but still I am being charged for Bounce charges and late fee etc. which is not acceptable.
And moreover, they have only one office for whole of Mumbai, and that too with the worst Staff ever I had seen in my life.
Really fed-up of Capital First and willing to complaint like anything on them for regular misbehavior on calls.

I have to say that my loan (suman soni) for the vehicle is closed and company has recieved all the EMI on time deduct from my account as per date..
but the following date I don't have received NOC for the vehicle.
Plzz provide NOC asap...
