SUB: Complaint for not deducting EMI from my Bank Account.

Please find enclosed herewith Scanned copy of letter issued by my bank. In which; they have clearly written that there was a sufficient balance available in my account but due to incorrect account number given by Capital First they have refused the ECS on 05.06.2017 as well as on 05.07.2017 for Rs. 2113.00.
This proves my innocence and your negligence. Also, it raises the question about integrity of your R7 Report.
Hence, we now request you to reimburse my excessive amount of Rs. 400.00 as a penalty against our EMI of 05.06.2017 which i have paid you due to mental harassment given by your collection agents and we request you to start debiting our balance EMIs on regularly basis directly from our bank account.
