Dear sir,

This is with reference to your mail dated 19.07.2017 about my emi payments against your loan account 10171321.

After doing multiple correspondence and submitting documentary evidence given by me. Now finally, you have agreed in your mail dated 19.07.2017 that emi presentation in june 2017 and july 2017 had been returned was not with the reason of “insufficient funds”. It was bounce due to the inadvertent error in savings account number mentioned at the time of presentation of ecs mandate by capital first co.

Now in further to above, since you have given me in your mail assurance and telling me to pay only rs. 1713.00 after deduction rs. 400.00 which was paid by me towards the bounce charges which i had already paid you in the month of june 2017.

Written in your mail by capital first on 19.07.2017 as followed:

“we wish to assure you that we have made necessary changes in our records to ensure that your future presentations are processed correctly.

We have made note of your feedback and necessary steps have been undertaken to ensure such lapses do not re-occur.

Further, we request you to make the emi payment for the month of july, 2017 amounting to rs. 1, 713/-, this is post deduction of rs. 400/- paid by you towards the bounce charges you had already paid in the month of june 2017”.

Since you have written clearly in your mail as above than please explain why you have sent ecs of rs. 2113.00 on the same day that is dated 19.07.2017 in our bank account and which was successfully debited too. As evidence; herewith i am enclosing my scanned copy of bank passbook.

I request you to clarify your above action and update me when you will credit rs. 400.00 which was paid by me towards the bounce charges which i had already paid you in the month of june 2017.

Herewith, once again i am enclosing scanned copy of my bank account passbook as a evidence that ecs of rs. 2113.00 has been debited on 19.07.2017 and mail sent by capital first co. On 19.07.2017 to me.

    As all mentioned the problem with customer id and password, i also facing same. So i need my credentials. Lan : 11402818. And one question i want to ask, i. E. If your customer facing this problem from long time then why you are not solving this by sending credentials message to our register mobile no when loan get approved and cash deposited to our accounts. Second thing you have mentioned to someone that we have already sent details on email but on email also i haven't seen any details about my credentials.

    Please think on it and try to make transparency between your customers.

      Using abusive language
      Dear sir,
      Regarding payment issues capital first employees using abusive language and totally miss behaviour using valger words.

      You atleast get calls from a landline number, I hear abuses from people calling from Mobile phones and standing in middle of the traffic and threatening me that they are just on their way to my home. (I have just missed my emi due date by some days)

        I have made payment on 23rd june and sent email and i have the received the foreclosure statement on 22nd itself. They sent foreclosure statement on 22nd evening in-order to collect extra emi on next month. Another worst part is the foreclosure payment is reflected as 08/july (After 15 days) after rigorous follow-up. Now they tell all non-sense reasons. Looks they are worsen than local mortgage people. Need to make them feel they should not do these with other people.

            Hi,

            This is very serious issue. Recently, i have applied home loan. From bank verification, one two wheeler loan is taken against my name with my proof on last year august. The loan taken for other person using my documents.

            Last year, i was in uk through my company deputation and came back to india on may 2017 end. I got surprised when bank was doing inquiring about this. I found this issue through cibil report.

            Now, i am legally filing this case with proper approval.

              I have applied for a loan which got rejected, i am ok with the rejection but not the reason. The reason is i am a bachelor and staying alone, which is still ok at one point. But my question to capfirst is why did you pick my file and made me waited for three week only to give this piece of information. When i had told you before itself that i am staying alone, why did you bother to come and visit me and wasted all my time. If it was just to show up volume of files been logged in to system then this is not at all acceptable. Capitalfirst you had really made my life miserable in the last three weeks. Worst service ever

                I am writing this complaint due to misbehave from the agent of capital first those they came to my home place for collection actually they misbehaved from my mother and abused me but i am requested him i will give your emi as soon as possible as usual earlier payments but the guy didn't listen to me shouting in a wrong manner.                     Loan Ref no 7959359.i have taken an LED Lg42inch tv in october by the capital first loan..after n 15 days the collection agent by the name chethan he took f the tv.but he didn‘t return the tv...then he switched of his mobile.from 6 months we are receiving due payments from the office kormangala capital first.maneger vijay is nt responding to me.now frm the office branch they have called me and saying case is filed..i paid 8500rs while purchasing the tv.so nw they are askd to pay 38000rs.nw i didnt have a product.so they have cheated me.i kindly requesting to u pls give a clearance letter.or solve d problem.

                    5th is ECS due date, this November 06.11.17 and 07.11.17 was holidays. 8th Oct both amounts were cleared ECS by the Bank.

                    8th Oct Captital First sent message, that payments were bounced and charged Rs.400 each as a penalty.

                    This is not good as trusted company.

                      I have taken Electronics Durable Loan for SAMSUNG Mobile Black J7 Prime from Kohinoor Electronics Store, Kandivali (West), Mumbai under Invoice No.: KAN/159930 on EMI under above mentioned Loan number from your company.

                      I am repeatedly getting SMS messages about bouncing of our 4th Instalment (EMI) against above mentioned loan from your company. I have crossed check with my bank and I have sufficient balance in my bank account. I didn’t understand why it has not been deducted from my account.

                      I faced the same situation during my 3rd Instalment too, though i was having sufficient balance in my bank account your EMI got bounced and Capital first people bound me to pay immediately bounced EMI with penalty of Rs. 400.00 forcefully and i paid Rs. 2513.00 against my actual EMI of Rs. 2113.00 online through your website under Transaction Reference No.: JBOI[protected] on 9th June 2017.

                      I request you; kindly inform me reason behind non realisation of my 3rd and 4th EMI from my bank account whereas; i am having sufficient balance in my account. Kindly send me your R7 Report for both the EMI’s i.e. 3rd and 4th respectively.

                      Herewith i am attaching scanned copy of my bank account passbook; which will prove that i was having sufficient balance in my account on EMI dates.

                      I request you to take necessary action on above matter at the earliest and start debiting EMI’s from my bank account only. Also, i request you to returned/refund my penalty amount i.e Rs. 400.00 in my bank account. Which you took from unethically against my 3rd EMI.

In which; they have clearly written that there was a sufficient balance available in my account but due to incorrect account number given by Capital First they have refused the ECS on 05.06.2017 as well as on 05.07.2017 for Rs. 2113.00.

                      This proves my innocence and your negligence. Also, it raises the question about integrity of your R7 Report.

                      Hence, we now request you to reimburse my excessive amount of Rs. 400.00 as a penalty against our EMI of 05.06.2017 which i have paid you due to mental harassment given by your collection agents and we request you to start debiting our balance EMIs on regularly basis directly from our bank account.

                      SUB: Complaint for not deducting EMI from my Bank Account.

                      Ref. No.: Electronics Durable Loan No.: 10171321

                      I am in receipt of your reply against my letter dated 13.07.2017 on social media portal called indiacompliants.com. While going through your reply; it seems that still you are not ready to accept your mistake for your lack of work OR negligence though i have submitted all necessary and relevant documentary proofs.

                      Also, once again you are forcing me to pay you first outstanding EMI and obliging me by waiving of penalty amount of Rs. 1200.00 for which i was not at all responsible.

                      In that case I’ll give you two options to resolve this issue in a peaceful manner which is as follows:

                      1st Options:

                      You have to reimburse my excessive amount Rs. 400.00 first; which i have paid you as penalty because of mental harassment given by your collection agents against your false allegations of EMI bouncing for the date 05.06.2017.

                      2nd Option:

                      If you wish; that i should pay first your outstanding EMI of Rs. 2113.00 than you have to give in writing apology letter cum undertaking to me in following manner:
                      “It was mistake from Capital First and we will assure you that we shall rectify the same with immediate effect and will start debiting your balance EMIs directly from your bank account.
                      Also, we will ensure you that we shall reimbursed your Rs. 400.00 which you have paid as penalty in your bank account within 24 Hours on receipt of your outstanding EMI amount of Rs. 2113.00
                      In case, we failed to suffice above commitments than Capital First will waive all your balance EMIs and issue a NOC letter against your Loan No.: 10171321 OR you are entitle to take any legal action against Capital First and can file defamation case.
                      We seek your pardon and assure you that such mistake will not occur in the future. We regret for the inconvenience causes to you.
                      We further request you to kindly co-operate in this matter and help us to settle the issue.”
                      Above letter should be signed by authorized person only with designation and employ code number on Letter head of Capital First Company

                      Hope, you will think on above given both the option and chose any one of them to resolve this issue in quick and peaceful manner.

                      Meanwhile, as the matter still under disputes and until its get resolve please make sure that any of your collection agents should NOT call me and harassed me OR pressurised me about EMI payments. Otherwise, I have to take up this issue to local police station.

                      I have made up my mind to fight with CAPITAL FIRST on each and every platform until it gets resolve in positive manner.

                        Hi Sir,

                        My EMI is not deducted on the 5th of July which is the due date and the emi is showing up as overdue in the statement of account. MY account is sufficiently funded and capital first did not even try for payment.

                        My loan agreement number is 11530562.

                        If this is the case and my emi has bounced I will ensure stringent action by imposing a consumer case on capital first.

                        This is clear frustration from the consumer side. If an emi has bounced it will reflect in our cibil and we wont get further loans.

                        Please try to clear this issue as quickly as possible!

                          Request for noc. I had taken 2wheeler loan on april 2013 and i i battula anita devi taken vehicle loan hero ignator (Loan reference no[protected] for business purpose to my husband and given his cheques only, in the name of naidu associates and authorised signatory is my husband mr. A. Dilip kumar on april-2013 and for 24 months emi and it was cleared on time april-2015.in betweendue to major health problem of husband loss in business the account which was given to ecs purpose to capital first was closed so some emi s were bounced but immediate i informed to capital first office and they arranged for door collection at that time and every month the collection executive comes and collect the emi amount and give back the collect deposit slip. Now i want to sale bike as my husband not suggested to drive because of transplant of kidney and also required money for treatment i approached for noc on nov 2016 at capital first branch office situated at dwarakanagar, visakhapatnam. But they told cheque bounce charges have to pay as iam told my situation and request them for waiver on cheque bounce charges as they only arranged the door collection and emis paid timely every month. The manager told that they mail to head office and informed me but still now every month whenever i get time i visit the office the same answer i here the it is on the process i am also try to contact customercare through toll free again the answer is please contact nearest branch so at last iam mailing you please help on this regard to get my noc as iam in deep trouble.                             I went to Dhru Automobiles, Ring Road, Surat for purchasing Honda Duet. There were hoarding/board over the office with offer of loan at 6% EMI Interest. I inquired with the sales executive regarding this offer and they explained me that they have best offer for me with 8% Deductive Interest Rate with Capital First. When I asked above this 6% Interest Rate, that told me that in 6% I will have to pay more interest. On asking the reason, they did some random calculation and shown me some amount that I will have to pay on 6% and 8%, in which 8% amount was less then 6% amount. As came into there talk and believed them and purchased the bike on EMI from Capital India with Interest Rate of 8% Deductive Interest Rate.

                            When I asked for Loan Approval letter/Load Disbursement Letter or any document which will have details of Loan, then told me that I will receive all the documents via post.

                            After not receiving any documents via Post. I contacted Capital First Customer Car via phone and then send me Welcome Letter and statement on email.

                            On checking the documents I was shocked to see that ROI was 19.45%. So I went to Dhru Automobiles, Ring Road, Surat and talked with the sales executive, he changed his words and told me that interest rate which I was told was Fixed Rate and so 19.45% was floating interest rate. After converting Floating Interest of 19.45% to Fixed Rate, it was calculated to 10.73. Than I told him that even after converting this Floating Rate to Fixed Interest it is 10.73%. than again He changed his words that they have offered me load with Fixed Interest Rate of 10.73%.

                            Now I am stucked with this loan and even dont have any documents to prove that initially they offered me load at 8% Floating Interest Rate.

                            People working at Dhru Automobiles are so smart that they did not provided me any documents or proof while purchasing the bike and gave me Two-wheeler loan with interest rate just close to Personal Loan.

                            If you people dont believe me, you can visit Dhru Automobiles, Ring Road, Surat and experience this fraud by yourself.

                              Hi Team,

                              My loan # is 2294507. I do not have any late payments on my loan. I have also cleared one of the loans already. Today I am surprised to see that my card (card# 848566), has been temporarily blocked for no reason.when I contacted capital one customer care, the customer care Agent and the supervisor spoke very rudely, they do not have any answer other than " blocked for internal purposes for 90 days " . I need an answer, I need my card activated, I am in need of another consumer product. Kindly help to activate my card ASAP. As you have noticed I have no late payments on my loans. Im wondering why is my card blocked.

                                  Recently i have done a balance transfer for the remaining amount in hdfc. I have got the dd from hdfc. But the issue is that capital first bank is not providing me for closer letter since more than a month. There is a staff from capital first was co-coordinating [protected] but he don't picks my call any longer. Last month also i had to pay the emi amount and looks like this month as well i have to pay else there will be late charges applied.

                                    This is regarding my Loan Account No 9286501

                                    This started from day one, as the EMI amount is supposed to auto-deduct on 5th of every month, As usual i did not take any concern, but every time i had to pay an additional late fine. So why should i pay fine of Rs 400/- every month due to your teams fault? But this month again in order to avoid the late fee as i logged in to pay, there is an additional "Overdue charges of Rs 800/-" . Can you please explain what is this for? I am unable to contact your customer care also.
                                    This is really irritating.

                                        Loan no- 5671342 and 5671677. my account got closed on 02/06/17 and i had recieved the NOC on 03/06/17, still my account was debited. and till now my amount has not been refunded when i have made several complaints for the same.

                                        no feedback has been provided, your customer care over phone says they have refunded where on mail you are delaying. i need my refunds on priority
