      After maintaining the sum of emi amount, these people don't do auto debit an then charge for bounce amount fraud company, if capital first people don't do auto debit y we have to pay for bounce charge after giving the advance cheques for remaining emi these people charge for bounce amount, so clear the bounce charge asap and also update us about our emi card.

      My lone account No:- 6318444 lone debit date 05th every month...so 5th date my bank balance available rupees 3000, but mandate charge 295 rupees already debit my account but 08.08.2017 & 09.08.2019 dabble payment .so refund amount ASAP.

        Worst service from capital first, my name is zainab khan, there was ecs issues, due to which the emi not deducted from the account visited to capital first branch, they said that after filling the fresh ecs form they said that they are not aware that ecs issue can happen again, still after giving the advance cheques of the remaining emi, still the amount doesnt deducted from the account, the customer service people call and said to pay online, and then they charge for bounce charges, i got charge for bounce, y for the ecs issues we have to pay the bounce charges. So remove my bounce charge

          Hi.. My name is tara chand.. My concern is regarding my consumer loan number 1353931.
          In sept 2014, i had already made the payment of rs 12664/ as per the full and final closer letter.
          In april 2017, i got a call from capital first asking about the payment of rs 17k which had shown outstanding in my cibil as well.
          I raised this concern to capital first customer care, sent multiple email with proof of payment and full and final closure letter but there is no success yet.
          Please close the issue and rectify my cibil asap and send the noc and i am not going to pay a single rupee again.

          Today again i got call from same executive I was in meeting and he called me 10 time. its redecules he came to my house asking about money and said he is going to come tomorrow morning at 10 Am I was not excepting this type of service with capital first. its really like with type of collection agency you have.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I have bought led of samsung through capital first loan account number 8807754
            Product:electronics - durable loans loan amount:19, 501 by raj electronic pinjore. They financed the same of capital first loan. I submitted full documents for bank ecs. The ecs not activated then i again fill the ecs forms. A person mr ravi employee of capital first sit at raj electonics said that give me emi i submit the same. We give as three emis to him he submit two only. For third emi he said he had submitted the same but falsely he confused us. After so many calls and five six visit to him he give our emi amount to us. He harness a lot. The company cap first put 4000 plenty on late submission of loan emis. Lastly i contact cap first office chandigarh. Every person come their has same problem they put extra plenty with minor reasons. After many visits they closed my loan and deny for all penalties. Cap first is harnessing people by such process. Pls aware people for this.

              As i have not applied any loan from capital first but there are 7 loan account which are mapped to my pan card in my cibil report i have send mail 10 days before but no response from their side
              Loan account number are 8195615, 7897255, 6404113, 4806022, 11921501, 10923718, 10439115 i have raised complaint to them 8th august but still no reply from their side

              I don't know how they are getting pan card number without my consent

                  Dear sir i had applied a business loan in july and my reference id no is #[protected]. All the things are done and i have received a call from verification team and they confirm everything and also get call from mumbai customer service desk my loan has been approved and executive will come to me and take some cheques and my loan will be disbursed in august last week. I held call-up to customer care they are saying my loan has been cancelled because some internal policy. How should its possible i have received call from mumbai and they are saying my loan has been approved. And now it's very bad experience for me i can't take any deal in the future with capital first and also tell this to everyone it's very poor service by capital first.

                        I am maintaining sufficient bal onto my account but they guys charging me bounce penalties onto my account and i have also paid one emi twice and they guys were not refunding me that amount instead asking me more money to give me my refunds in the name of bounce penalties

                            Unfortunately, self have taken loan from Capital first to purchase a household good.
                            After completing all formalities and creating auto debit facility, got a call after a month that their representative forgot to take one signature and hence payment cannot be auto debited and will be collected in cash at my residence.

                            Their collection team started disturbing me every month at my residence to collect monthly EMI. Every time collection team came to collect money I shall request to take cheque or start EMI and not to disturb at home.

                            After 4 months of payment of cash I realised that every time they are charging me 100 Rs extra as late fee.

                            It was surprising that because of their representative's mistake at the store I was forced to pay by cash and I was also getting charged 100 as late fee. I objected same and this was very disappointing. I asked for statement and which was not furnished, and my response was to give me complete statement before any payment was made.
                            Was asked that statement can only be furnished once complete loan repayment is made.

                            Than, I got a call in Jan 2017 that you may make payment of only principal amount and we can close your account. Again was long discussion with their collection team, but finally after long fight was furnished with complete statement. And again was asked to only pay principal to close this account.
                            I raised above point that without my mistake I had to face mental stress and was charged late fee. To this, I was asked to wait till they get approval on waiver of late fee charge.

                            Finally, I was asked to pay 7206 amount to close this account. Which I did and also send screen shot to collection team.

                            I was rest assured that my account is closed with Capital Finance, but to my surprise I again got call recently that I have a outstanding pending.

                            This clearly reflects Capital Finance company ethics and cultures. On the hind side, I had taken loan of 90k from Bajaj Finance which was very systematically paid and also received closure report in a very professional manner.

                            Looking forward for your assistance and how do i get this moving.

                              I bought honda activate 4g with capital first loan at pilot honda, byculla.
                              Honda activa price told was 63, 400/- inclusive of basic cost of activa, 2 yr insurance + rto tax.
                              I paid down payment of rupees 14700.
                              I paid another rs.3500 for accessories.
                              I still confused that why capital first gave me rs.55000 as loan while i needed only rs. 49000/
                              For these 55000, i am going to pay 2021 for 36 months totalling approximately 72600.
                              Total activa cost should be loan49000+dp 14700+ accessories 3500= 67200
                              But i have paid likely 73000.
                              Pilot honda or capital first should clarify this.

                                  I did not have sufficient amount in my a/c but i used the cf app to transfer the money by noon on 5th aug, i got a confirmation mail regarding this and on 7th i received a sms stating the cheque has bounced, will try again but if paid please ignore. On 8th the money was again debited from my a/c. Since then i'm trying to contact u guys but your cs don't work. I have mailed you guys multiple time but i keep receiving some auto generated acknowledgement letter. Some ticket was raised but then i got a mail stating its been resolved, but i haven't got any refund or personal assistance till date 16th aug.in my emi statement you guys have charged me fine of rs, 400 though i've paid on the same date. This is ridiculous. You can't just take people's money like that and be ignorant.
