    I am a Customer of Capital first; I took Personal and consumer loans from Capital first.
    I was paying very promptly for past 3 month's . Unfortunately due to capital insurance issues I am unable to repay the amount to Capital first. I sincerely apologize from my end for Nonpayment of the said dues.
    At the same time Capital first employees are harassing me Continuosly. They are abusing me and speaking Disrespectfully . I am totally disappointed. It’s been a mental torture to me.
    One of Capital first tele caller named nikita([protected])and executive mr.sajid shaikh ([protected])and sashwat gour., I don’t know whether from Capital first or Some other Agency, She was very rude to me on call. i know the bank Rules and regulation on How to behave with customers. RBI has clearly said no one should be rude to customers.
    Nikita( Tele Caller) should apologize and the executive Mr.sajid shaikh and sashwat gour should also apologize to me. Or else I will proceed to next level. I have no intention to Default but inspite of continuos follow up, my insurance problem remains Unresolved.

      A person vineeth goud m… capital info service, sanath nagar, hyderabad, mobile number is : [protected] & [protected], contacted me with another guy venkat who has i card of capital first employee contact no. +[protected] (Both from hyderabad) contacted me for personal loan, i filled the form also, and they took 3700 rs for processing fees, however, no further contact has been made, when i try to reach no updates provided.
      As a responsible citizen i feel to make you aware that these guys spoiling the name of capital first.

        I am writing this complaint due to the loan which i taken from capital first on 19 jan 2017 and it's successfully processed but the issue is that i am not getting my user id and password for customer portal on my registered mobile number or e-mail id and another thing was i have applied for a emi card and the salesperson told me that you will get after 3 emi"s but yesterday i got the sms from the capital first that it will be dispatched in the month of july 2017. This is not fair with me of my loan.. Kindly do the needful for me as soon as possible.

            I was paying very promptly for past 1 and ½ Years before due dates. Unfortunately due to my personal issues I am unable to repay the amount to Capital first. I sincerely apologize from my end for Nonpayment.
            At the same time Capital first employees are harassing me like anything. They are abusing me like anything. I am totally disappointed. It’s been a mental torture to me. I gave a cheque last month to capital first which got bounced due to insufficient balance in my account. As I said earlier I have little issue which will resolve soon, then I will clear all the dues to Capital first.
            One of Capital first tele caller named Gayathri([protected])., I don’t know whether from Capital first or Some other Agency, She was very rude to me on call. I have call recording which she spoke to me.
            She is not ready to listen anything and using unwanted words on call. I have clearly told my issue and I never said I will not make my payment. The words which she used were very disrespect to me. She is telling that she will keep on calling me and she will harass me till I make the payment.
            I know the bank Rules and regulation on How to behave with customers. RBI has clearly said no one should rude to customers,
            I have already lodged a complaint and I was just waiting for proof which I got now. Gayathri Tele Caller should apologize and the executive Mr.Baskar should apologize to me. Or else I will proceed to nxt level.
            Hoping some well and good heart humans would be available at Capital first. Awaiting for response soon.

              1.The statement against my a/c no.3360479.Requested to you no of times.Not yet received the statement
              2.The a/c no.3360461 is not at all related to me.Informed to you several times.Falsely/cheatingfully money has been deducted from my a/c.
              If it has not been informed with proper evidence, I will move forward with this issue to court.
              Detail
              1.I have purched 02 ACs of Samsung made, 1.5T capacity (5star) on March 2015.Individual costing of Rs.37000/-.I have made a cash payment of Rs.20000/- & the rest as an EMI for a duration of 09 months.
              2.The rest amount has been financed by Capital Finance.
              3.The financer created an a/c, a/c no.3360479 & started deducting Rs.3014/- per month.
              4.One fine day one representative has came to my residence demanding for the EMI against a/c no.3360461which is not at all matching with my profile as in the a/c no.3360479.It has been proved & admitted by the representative of the financer.
              5.Even then they often demanding payment against the same a/c no.3360461.It is open true that when one a/c can be deducted from my SBI savings a/c why not the other a/c[protected] when sufficient fund is available with the bank.I have submitted the Bank statement also.Even then they have started deducting EMI not only once in month but also some time twice in month.
              6.They have deducted 14 instalements, & even till they are going on deducting as usual twice in a month.
              Your action is requested otherwise I will move with all my documents for further immediate action

                Capital first executives are calling in un-time and asking for the bouncing charges i have already submitted twice ECS mandate document but still my ECS not activated and the way executives talk is very rude and calling from different numbers and harrasing, since monday i am getting calls from [protected] and [protected] and [protected] the timing they call me at 9.38pm, 8.08am. as i believe the executive should call around 9.30 to 6.30 but they are using others number aslo to call me, please look into the issue

                  I had an EMI to be paid for 14, 912 on 5th Jan. Due to some medical emergencies regarding my mother, I had posponed the EMI payment.

                  I got a call from capital first 5-6 days back, the lady on call asked me about the EMI payment. First i said her that on 5th Feb i.e. next month the EMI will surely go.
                  She insisted that I pay the amount before 31st jan to avoid spoiling my CIBIL score. I said i will try as much as possible. She said OK she will give me a reminder by 27-28th jan. I was OK with it.

                  Today i got a call from another lady from number [protected]. She started shouting like hell on why i have not done the payment till now. I told her i had already spoken to someone earlier and she was about to give me a reminder on 27-28th. This new lady said that the first lady might be her senior and the senior doesnt know anything. This new lady even started threatening me by saying she will send people at my home and will start calling my references and all.

                  I am already under some mental pressure with my mother being sick and these capital first people are threatening me and adding to the mental pressure.

                  I am not kind of person who will be running from paying my EMIs. It was just a matter of 30 days. Before even 30 days are completed, capital first has started threatening.

                  Why this kind of behavior even when I am just 12 days overdue with my payment as per current date,

                    My loan account No.4237516 and I pay the last EMI of Rs.1750/- in Dec 2016. The time period is 5.11.2015 to 5.12.2016. How they deduct the amount of Rs.1600/- towards panel charges. Why they are not informing in advance, if the due date is late each deduction of Rs.400/-.

                      This is shivam gupta from new delhi and i have taken consumer loan from capital first. I always maintain required balance in my hdfc account where ecs is taken on 5th of every month still i got the message your ecs is bounced. Regarading this i have called many times to capital first but they did not take it seriuosly. For the same reason i also filed a complain request in this portal before 6 month.                           Incorrectly i have made of my emi to incorrect loan account, however, i made a request for refund on 5th december 2016, a month has been passed no go. I begging for my money 1643, i am not a rich person. Swati supervisor and abhishek customer service advisor was very rude and mislead me it is a case of financial distress i want refund and strict action action against swati and abhishek please i beg you please help me to get my bard earning 1643/- it is a minimum amount but it is more for me as i am really poor please for the sake of god help me.

I have informed them please help with refund on 6th December 2016 but they did not help me, they are very rude they gave me all incorrect information.                             After payment I got a message that Capital First tried another ECS request from my bank. but failed due to insufficient fund. because I had already paid that.
                            Again on 7th December another ECS request has been failed due to the same reason. Because of that I got a total deduction of Rs. 800*6
                            But I Already had paid the amount on the same day.

                              Hi,

                              I have a Durable loan with Capital First with Loan Account Number - 7690746. I have made the full payment to foreclose this on 09/12/2016 though NEFT. Once transfer is completed successfully i dropped a email to customer.[protected]@capfirst.com with Transaction Reference Number - [protected] on 09/12/2016.

                              Days passed by but the loan account is not closed. Realizing this i called customer care on 16/12/2016 regarding the issue. I got a response from the executive that they will look into it and revert with case is : 02339905.

                              I haven't got any response after that, later i called the customer care again on 23/12/2016 and they raised a ticket again with number 02404437.Further i sent a remainder email on 27/12/2016.After all these remainders and so many days after making the payment, i get no response and my loan account is still Active.

                              Now the icing on cake is, I got a SMS from capital first today to keep funds in my account for my EMI on 5/1/2017. I was shocked to see that SMS. Is this the customer service CapitalFirst provide?

                              I need your quick action on this as my next emi date is 5/1/2017.

                                        Capital first is a fraud company. In the month of July 2014 I have purchased a two wheelar and financed by capital first ltd. There were 18 Emi's for the loan and I cleared all Emi to the company.

                                        At the time of last Emi, on the date of emi deduction few rupped got shorted in my account and on the next day I filled my account and maintained.

                                        I got the call from Capital first, they said, now it is not possible to deduct the EMI from your account, I told them, i have funds in my account, deduct from there.
                                        Girl on the call told me that, I have to pay 2364 rs in cash, for this she will send their executive at my address and she promised me if i will give cash than they will not charge me any late payment or emi bounce charge. I agreed and made cash payment.

                                        But I never received NOC letter from Capital first to get my original RC for the two wheelar. Now, 19 December 2016, I called to capital first and they are saying, 800 ruppee pending payment from my side for emi bounce. This is disgusting service from them. They are layers and fake.
