Capital first is a fraud company. In the month of July 2014 I have purchased a two wheelar and financed by capital first ltd. There were 18 Emi's for the loan and I cleared all Emi to the company.
At the time of last Emi, on the date of emi deduction few rupped got shorted in my account and on the next day I filled my account and maintained.
I got the call from Capital first, they said, now it is not possible to deduct the EMI from your account, I told them, i have funds in my account, deduct from there.
Girl on the call told me that, I have to pay 2364 rs in cash, for this she will send their executive at my address and she promised me if i will give cash than they will not charge me any late payment or emi bounce charge. I agreed and made cash payment.
But I never received NOC letter from Capital first to get my original RC for the two wheelar. Now, 19 December 2016, I called to capital first and they are saying, 800 ruppee pending payment from my side for emi bounce. This is disgusting service from them. They are layers and fake.

I am a Customer of Capital first; I took Personal and consumer loans from Capital first.
I was paying very promptly for past 3 month's . Unfortunately due to capital insurance issues I am unable to repay the amount to Capital first. I sincerely apologize from my end for Nonpayment of the said dues.
At the same time Capital first employees are harassing me Continuosly.They are abusing me and speaking Disrespectfully . I am totally disappointed. It’s been a mental torture to me.One of Capital first tele caller named Ankita ([protected])..I don’t know whether from Capital first or Some other Agency, She was very rude to me on call. i know the bank Rules and regulation on How to behave with customers...SBI has clearly said no one should be rude to customers...Ankita( Tele Caller) should apologize to me. So I will proceed to next level. I have no intention to Default but inspite of continuos follow up, my insurance problem remains Unresolve...
