Someone else cannot be redeemed, i need immediate support and want to know who utilised it.

It's a fraud case, to resolve i need much serious support.

As flexmoney partner of idfcbank i mailed stating i need gift id for sort out issue.

I have to pay emi on for the loan i have taken without utilising gift card

Flexmoney team and amazon team and idfc team cooperate with each other and sort out for my solution.

Arrange me new gift cards.

It's a serious complaint.

    i am Sovit Kedia from Siliguri i held two loans from capital first consumer durable loans, its also cleared settlement and ill get the NOC also but i went took new product at dealer at the time they told my easy buy card was permanently blocked your not eligible for took any loans. Please Contact Capital First. ill asking local team in Siliguri office they are not response properly call to customer care only. apart from that my CIBIL is 770 and i am unable to getting any credit card and personal loans also so many times its rejected.         I was receiving SMS from this bank for last few months about the EMI payment and transaction details, but I don't have any account with them, I have contacted their customer care no and they have asked to give them the details of the SMS 4th hat I am receiving and I got a mail stating that they will solve this issue before 23rd May 2019, I am writing this letter on June 2019, there was no reply from them for my mails but the problem till pursue.

          I have taken a consumer durable loan for mobile phone in CAPITAL FIRST (IDFC FIRST BANK).

          For my first EMI they presented my cheque in the bank. But It is bounced. Reason still i don't know. And funds also are available in my account. For that they collected bounced charges. Their executives also did not noticed to me about this cheque bounce why it is bounced and what is the reason.

          without intimation to the customer same cheque they presented in my bank again. So second time also it is bounced. And they collected bounced charges from me. This second time also funds are available in my bank account.

          Cheque bouncing related matters still did not informed to the customer and collecting the bouncing charges every time. Without intimation to the customers they are presenting the customers cheques in the banks.

          Funds are available in my account. But as bouncing charges they are collected 3 times charges from me.

          About this I have sent a complaint email to their customer care address. Still i did not get any reply from them. And i visited nearest branch also and given a complaint about it. Still my problem is did not resolved. Not responding to the customer.

          So i request you to, Please take a further actions on this bank to making like this transactions and collecting charges from the customers. Thank you.

              This is to inform you that an amount of RS-3290 is paid in advanced dated 1st of June 2019 against my loan 16868138 successfully, further the same amount is also detected from my account today on dated 6th of June.

              Also the bounce charges deducted twice and that is not acceptable. So I request you kindly provide reversal of extra pay including bounce charges on immediate basis to build the long term relationship.

                  This is mohammed asif. My registered mobile is "[protected]" and my active loan account number is "8928922."

                  I had three consumer durable loans with capital first in the past. I never had a bounced emi ever, neither with capital first nor with any other loan. But now i see that my ebc is blocked for no reason. I spoke to customer care executive and they are all clueless like always. They don't have any valid reason and no solution like always and they asked me to contact via email and i did that as well and as usual i am being asked to wait for 90 days.

                  It's so disheartening to know that i am not getting benefited despite maintaining such an outstanding relationship with capital first. I think i did a mistake by going with capital first instead of bajaj for they offer a lot of perks for their loyal customers.

                  I would really appreciate it if my ebc is unblocked this week so that i can buy stuff that i was yearning to buy or else capital first will be a history for me.

                    I would like to know the reason why my EMI card is blocked. Has been a loyal customer to Capital first for the past three years, never ever missed an EMI.
                    When I went to the store, they said the card is blocked. Called the customer care multiple times, all I hear is DUE TO THE INTERNAL POLICIES.

                    I don't understand what internal policies are. Even the customer care executives are not aware what exactly it is. Help me know why it is being blocked without any message or intimation, it was really frustrating when the person in the reliance store told that the card is been blocked.

                      I have a loan account 7184893 at capital first and my due emi was on 5th of may 2019 which was sunday so it was to be deducted on monday 6th of may 2019 but no amount got deducted from my savings account till 6pm on that day so i made payment of my emi on same day through capital first application that was the mistake which i did as i didn't know how ecs work and my emi got bounced and i payed bouncing charge to bank now on 8th of may 2019 capital first again hit ecs to my savings account and it also got bounced because of insufficient balanced because i didn't maintain that balance coz i have already made payment of my emi on 6th of may 2019 so there was no reason for me to maintain that amount in my account and they even never told me that emi will hit two time in a month and now i have payed rs.826 charges to bank and i have to pay rs.944 to capital first now when i reached to local branch of capital first for the issue going on on my account they totally ignore my problem by saying we cannot help you talk to head office and they gave me helpline number which does not work. Now the thing is my emi is of rs.1581 and i have to pay bouncing charge of rs 1770 on a single emi. Is this the proper way to charge i have never missed my emi and this was my 3rd last emi of my loan, i request you to please look into my case and resolve it by waving off my bouncing charges as i am in need of every single penny for my mother's operation which is going to happen this month i am collecting money from every where i can and i will be unable to pay these charges please help me.

                        Idfc first bank/capital first recently merged - had shown consumer loan 5673537, amounting rs. 37, 334.00 -09/04/2016, and shown in cibil on 28/02/2019. This loan was never taken by me.

                        My pan number ayeps2437h along with voter card and adhar card is attached herein for reference.

                        Request to verify my documents and remove the same from my cibil. I had approached the bank too but their behaviour are not acceptable and the customer care number is least interested to take my call.

                          I got called by an extremely ride collection agent from idfc bank on the 27th of april about 1600 hrs wanting to discuss an o/s emi of a loan taken by my wife. Even though i cannot be held liable to pay or discuss payment i requested her to call on monday. I also inquired how she was authorized to call on a sunday, to which her stupid reply was that since it was the end of the month they were open.
                          I want to ask if rbi guidelines allow you to call a third party (That being me as the loan is in the name of my wife) on a sunday to discuss a debt. Also the lady in question who was very much a lumpen just gave her first name as sarika (Refused her last name, name of the collection agency she was working for and hung up).
                          I just want this bank to confirm if all of this is withing the purview of a legal system in place by the govt of india and if not i am looking to move court against the bank as well as this individual.

                          The o/s emi in question will get paid latest by tomorrow and it seems a fresh ECS mandate needs to be set up.
                          But I want to know how can anyone call up, scream shout and go on record to "say how have I been rude, I haven't abused you..yet she was shouting at the top of her voice" this is what she said today as well on call.
                          I just want to know what allows to call on Sunday and also not give out details...she even refuses to hand over the call to a supervisor.

                          Got called by a female despite sending across a screenshot of a payment made today and the lumpen female had the audacity to ask why the other EMI due this month will get paid on the 25th, Firstly do u guys call just to speak ### ? or do you really want to work towards reducing your debts ? Moreover none of your crooks that you hire via 3rd parties know that it is not my debt and I am being utterly gracious to facilitate payment. I have filed an RTI with the RBI with regards to debt collection rules and am hopeful that you have made numerous infringements. I will use that literature to drag u folks to court, but just wanted to see how you try to resolve things here. High time you folks need to know your true stature.

                            Although i have maintained the required emi amount in my bank, the first emi wich was due on 2nd, of may 2019, has not been deducted yet. On the capital first portal however, it shows that one of my emi's has been cleared with no charges overdue.

                            Please take note of this as i do not want to incur any unwanted (Undeserved) additional charges

                            Also, there is no response to my emails sent to their consumer complaint mail id

                              I had consumer loan account 4418259 for which all the installments were paid by 05.08.2016 and date reported is 31.08.2016. And i have not received noc for the closed loan account. Further, in my cibil report, the status of the said closed account is mentioned as active instead of closed and displayed with some amount is over due. For that please furnish the account closed details to the cibil as it could effect on my ratings and also send me the noc of the closed account.
                              An immediate initiation is requested in this regard

                                It was a very saddened situation yesterday when i reached a showroom to buy a side by side fridge and i was informed by your local team that my card has been blocked.
                                After waiting for 20 min on phone, i had a discussion with a female caller and she gave an incorrect information, that my card being blocked does not matter, i should go to the showroom and call them, and your team will be able to help me to do this transaction.

                                Having all this discussion, i reached the showroom and i was given the same answer by your local team, that my card is blocked and i cannot do any transaction till 90 days. I again waited for 20 mins while dialing and trying to reach your representative, having discussion with him, he denied stating that i cannot do any transaction for next 90 dyas.

                                If you see my records, i have done many transactions with your organization since years, and have not missed any of the payments. You can use my mobile number to pull my records. I being a loyal customer, it was a very harassing moment for me.

                                I would really appreciate, if my card is removed from the blocked status, so that i can do this transaction.

                                        Capital first is so very incompetent that they are least botherd to inform their customers well in advance about this. When i called customer care at 11:25 am on dated 25th april, 2019, he kept on saying is its internal policy which i really don't understand what kind of policy is this which is affecting customers like us. They can't send my card. And my card is block this is really an appalling service..
