[Resolved] Capital First — complain for no support in bouncing charges | |||
I have a loan account 7184893 at capital first and my due emi was on 5th of may 2019 which was sunday so it was to be deducted on monday 6th of may 2019 but no amount got deducted from my savings account till 6pm on that day so i made payment of my emi on same day through capital first application that was the mistake which i did as i didn't know how ecs work and my emi got bounced and i payed bouncing charge to bank now on 8th of may 2019 capital first again hit ecs to my savings account and it also got bounced because of insufficient balanced because i didn't maintain that balance coz i have already made payment of my emi on 6th of may 2019 so there was no reason for me to maintain that amount in my account and they even never told me that emi will hit two time in a month and now i have payed rs.826 charges to bank and i have to pay rs.944 to capital first now when i reached to local branch of capital first for the issue going on on my account they totally ignore my problem by saying we cannot help you talk to head office and they gave me helpline number which does not work. Now the thing is my emi is of rs.1581 and i have to pay bouncing charge of rs 1770 on a single emi. Is this the proper way to charge i have never missed my emi and this was my 3rd last emi of my loan, i request you to please look into my case and resolve it by waving off my bouncing charges as i am in need of every single penny for my mother's operation which is going to happen this month i am collecting money from every where i can and i will be unable to pay these charges please help me. I have repaid my loan amout to the capital first on be half of which i have taken an amount. Of 1, 00, 000. And paid partically firt and after their requirements. I have paid 64, 003. But till now they havent changed my satuts regarding the cibil and as well as payment also
