[Resolved] Capital First — delay in emi deduction from capital first but charges levied on me. | |||||
Two-wheeler 18652037 loan's emi has not yet been deducted and in the statement of loan it is shown as the payment received and bounce charges have also been levied. I had ensured a min balance of rs. 10, 000 in my bank account for the sake of emis. The two other emi's have been deducted but this one is not yet deducted but also charges bounce charges 472 which is their mistake. Kindly go through the attached loan statement and bank statement. One of the emi of account 20084565 has been deducted on 1.9.2019 whereas it was supposed to be deducted on 2.9.2019 and also a charge of rs.118 has been levied twice extra. I am feeling cheated.
