[Resolved] Capital First — EMI cash payment collected personally & claiming for overdue charges & penalty | |||
To, The capital first team, My loan agreement no:[protected]. My registered mobile number was :- [protected]. My name :- vikas kori. I had taken a consumer loan from your finance. Which i cleared all the payment, but due tosome misunderstanding 1 emi was bounced, which i handed the cash amount of bounced emi to your collection executive and the all payment got cleared also i got the noc letter on date :- 01-feb-2015 from your team that my all settlement is cleared now. Then why now the sum of 700/- seven hundred rupees is withdrawal from my account 2 times at the date[protected] &[protected] from your capital first team. I don`t know what`s wrong with your calculation? Or just unnecessary you are harassing people. Kindly look in this matter and refund my debited amount back. Was this information helpful? | |||
