I have taken a loan from capitalfirst, my loan account number is 10103161... I have paid all my previous installments, but this time i couldn't make it on time however i m agree to pay all penalties with my installment...
Your executive krunalsingh darbar (Mobile number : [protected]) misbehaved with me, he used abusive language and insulted me... I m belonging to a very reputed family and such behavior is not acceptable in any circumstances...
Kindly take appropriate action for this matter.

      When i researched for a new two wheeler, one the capital first executive contacted and offered me a two wheeler loan with normal interest rate. At the time of applying, the sales executive only filled all the documents and he have taken just signature. and while processing, i have told him, my salary date is 7th of every month and kindly change the date. He accepted my request and informed me to call customer care after 3 EMIs and they will help you out with EMI date change.
      As discussed with him i have waited for 3 EMIs to get over and tried to change the date. The first call to customer care itself was a major flop, as the executive who was on call was rude and threatening to make the payment on 2nd itself and EMI date change is not possible and its a false information. i started sending mails to higher officials regarding this fake commitment and tried to contact the sales executive who processed the loan, none of them responded, until february 1st week 2019.
      Now almost 3K extra bounce charges i have paid to my bank and the same time, capital First Team have charged me more than 6K for bounce charges from their end which is still not paid.

      PFB the mail reply response from Nodal officer.

      "Dear Mr. Pillai,

      At the time of sanctioning your loan, all the details were communicated to you and the same has been duly accepted by you.

      Response i gave to the mail received from Capital First.

      "Hi Sir,

      As u mentioned on mail and attachment, the details mentioned is correct as per my knowledge, but my concern is different and still the resolution is not clear. At the time of taking the loan, yes i have just signed the papers for loan and remaining filled by the sales executive, but here my concern is wrong commitment and giving false information regarding EMI date change and monthly monthly im paying a huge amount to my bank and extra amount of Approx 6K is outstanding in capital first due to sufficient balance not available.
      Now also your team is trying to close my issue, and not valuing a customers voice. If this is the case, daily thousands and thousands of customers are getting cheated, just to meet sales target of channel partners or authorised sales team."

      Kindly support anyone and teach me the required legal pros & cons.

      After getting response from the nodal officers, i thought i will be getting resolution with an instant but completely cheating and fraud system. They told me in a good way stating that issue will be resolved and canvased me to make the payment regularly and post this communication, i regularly make the payment hoping i will get a positive response from the team. Now they have shared a mail 1 n half months back stating as you don't have any proof and signed the agreement, they cannot help me. so as discussed with "Suresh L" (IDFC First Employee) i have collected enough proof (call recording with loan sales team) who will misguide the customers just to achieve monthly target and the same is mailed to the nodal officer team and Suresh as well. but after waiting till date also, none of the officials called me and monthly im paying my EMI regularly.
      Today morning two of my friends received a call stating that i have not done the payment for last three months and not able to track the vehicle also and insulted me which made me to post this complaint again and move legally. Then i collected the contact number of IDFC collection team and asked them to check once again and they got cleared that i have done the payment and apologised. It's a big mistake taking a loan from capital first and the same is shared in social media network as an awareness for the upcoming customers.
      Last two months payment details attached for reference.

        Sir//mam i had taken a loan from capital first on 24/11/17 no 13535745. Dispite my repeted reminders i did not get my loan aggrement copy. I had to call the call canter to send it before march ending that's when i got my loan agrement and repayment schedule. I ask for the insurance certificate they told me it will come directly to my address, which did not come at all. Now due to unfortunate dismisel of my father on 18/01/2019 who was the 1st borrower in the company i had to write several latters and i had to call the call canter both couldn't give me my insurance number for a month. I even went to head office parbadevi and branch office andheri but no one could give me my insurance number. Now after a month they have sent me email of my insurance copy which is on my name{mukesh malhotra}. I have a suspetion about there intent to avoid insurance they have taken insurance recently not when it was ment to be taken. I am writing this with havy hart wanting some help about how do i come to know the truth about the insurance and as a co-borrower what is the amount of insurance i can claim on my business loan insurance of hdfc life insurance no pp000222. Wanting urgent help as i am unable to pay instalment amount alone i want to claim my right n close my loan account with fulling all my legal due amount.

        pls stop my emi till the matter is resolved. I have been fallowing up regularly all delays are on company side for that I am paying emi . its an added burden on me as I am alone now. it would be helpful for me if my issue is resolved at the earliest . I want to close my loan account and claim my rightful insurance . I sencerlly request you to please do the needful as soon as possible .so that I don't have to pay my next emi which comes on 5th every month .or company can stop the emi till the matter is resolved .

          I have procured a business loan from captial first - banjar hills branch vide loan a/c no 10724911 towards which an amount of rs.12800/- gets deducted through ecs on 5th of every month. Due to some unavoidable circumstances my ecs of 5th october 2018 got bounced and my husband mr. Sampath has made the payment through debit card (Copy enclosed) and it is reflecting on the bank statement (As enclosed with an arrow). The bankers - capital first has again represented the ecs on the same date without any intimation to me and it got credited on the same date. The said ecs amount which got deducted from my account is no where reflected on the loan account statement. We have approached several times to the bankers to refund the same or get it adjusted towards onward emi's and also mailed them regarding the same towards which they promised that they will do it within fortnight period. It is now almost 3 to 4 months passed the bankers (Capital first) paid no heed to it. Above all i have received a letter (Ref no 02d1cfl010420 dated 4th february 2019 from the bankers (Copy attached) intimating me about an outstanding amount of rs.20542/-. My amount of rs.12800/- is still lying excess with them and shameless people without solving my issue they are sending a letter of outstanding amount. They are unable to trace the amount where exactly it got stuck and they keep calling us and harassing us continuously. This is ridiculous and utter nuisance. We the consumers are always the sufferers. Hence approaching the forum to resolve the issue and request you to tell the bankers to refund my amount at the earliest or adjust the same towards ongoing loan account without deducting from my bank.

          Dear Forum.

          We have not received any kind of response from Capital First yet with regards to the complaint. I request the forum to resolve the issue towards which I will remain grateful. My hubby is the only earning source and our money got stuck unnecessarily beyond the budget due to carelessness of the bankers. This leaves a big question mark on the bankers carelessness and non botheration. If they give these kind of services how could I recommend the said bank to my friend circle in near future.

          I therefore request the forum to approach the bankers and remind them once again to solve the issue.
          Hope you will do the needful at the earliest as it is the question of a big amount and the wrong impact on my loan amount balance due.

            Dear all,

            One person called me today asking for some relative name who has borrowed loan from capital first for his business, he has mentioned my name in reference column, that i was not aware, that lady was asking few questions, i requested her to communicate the same in English, she refused and threatening me that if you dont give his phone number, we will recover from you all the loans.

            I don't why capital first is having such recovery procedure without respecting legal formalities, with a stranger if they talk like that, they are not aware about the legal complications.

              I have taken a loan in capital first now i need to change the ecs date but in capital first they are saying as per loans rules and regulations there ecs cycle is every month 2nd only but in other loans lenders having ecs option.in capital first they don't carry about consumer they need they follow there indiuval company rules

              So don't go any loans in capital first and the company is not consumer oriental firm

                Very pathetic, horrible and unethical practice. I went to capital 1st andheri branch on 4th of february for swapping of account. There i had done my swapping of account so that the emi can be deducted from my another account. My emi got bounced because it came in old account. After 2 days on 7th i got call from customer care and he spoke to me very rudely and inappropriately for not keeping balance in my old account. I told him that i had swapped my account and the emi had to be deducted from new account. He told me it's not my problem you have to emi and bounce charges. I told him okay i will pay emi & bounce charges of rs5400 after 2-3 days to the link which he had send. As it was saturday - sunday the bank was closed and i could not pay. Today on 11th i again got a call this time he stared abusing me saying paisa nai bhar saktey toh letey kyu ho bharney ka bhar doh nai toh aacha nai hoga. This time he told me i had to pay 5800 as they had send same emi ecs for 2nd time in my old account and 400 bounce charges again has occurred. Why should i pay the 2nd bounce charges when i was going to pay on the link and my account swapping was also done.

                  The emi start from 2 october rs.2055/- each month. So the situation is that when the january 2 2019 emi comes the chq is bounce so paid the chq-return charge with emi at 8 jan, and after 2 days the company again requested the chq to the bank so the 2 emi is debited from my bank account at 10 jan it mean two emi in single month. So i call them and said all situation which happen with me they told me don't worry sir your 2 emi will cover in next month.

                  After that 2 feb is comes they again request to the bank for the emi which is already paid due to this the chq is bounce and now they told me to pay the emi of february with chq-return charges. Sir please help me

                  the EMI start from 2 October Rs.2055/- Each month. So the situation is that when the January 2 2019 EMI comes the CHQ is bounce so paid the CHQ-return charge with EMI at 8 Jan, and after 2 days the Company again requested the CHQ to the bank so the 2 EMI is Debited from my bank account at 10 Jan it mean two EMI in Single Month. So I call them and said all situation which happen with me they told me don't worry sir your 2 EMI will cover in next Month.

                  After that 2 feb is comes they again request to the bank for the EMI which is already paid due to this the CHQ is Bounce and now they told me to pay the EMI of February with CHQ-return Charges. So the bank charge me charges of CHQ-return and the company also charge me which is already paid EMI so the charges will paid by company but the company is forcing me to pay the charge(800rs charge from both side). Sir please Help me

                    I have purchases daikin ac in april'18 and i was told that if you register any credit card with capital first then there is offer for 5% cash back for loan amount and the said amount would be credited directly to your bank account after payment of 3 installment (Out of 9 installments0

                    The offer period was april'18 to june'18 and i purchases ac in april'18 only and now vijay sales (Maninagar, ahmedabad) is not responding and they are of the opinion that we do not decide about the cash back so you should contact capital first.

                    I contacted capital first so many times and they put blame on vijaya sales and no body is responding to my query even after several reminders.

                    It is very unlikely that such well knows companies reject the valid benefit to pass on to genuine customer.

                    If you could please look into this and let me know if i can get any solution for this.

                      Today on 5th feb 2019 my EMI got debited twice from my bank account...how can it be possible...when i contacted customer service they said payment is still not updated and told me to contact after 3 days... CAPITAL FIRST is doing all fraud activities... refund my amount ASAP.

                          I bought a samsung led tv in sathya show room at kelambakkam on last two month before by loan in capital first, my loan number is 18487721. My payment date every month 2 nd. That show room sales mens / womens didnt inform about payment date. So first month payment was pay with bounce charge second month i payed as per date. But please change a date from this month after 6th. Because of my salary date is 5 th.
                          I requesting you to pls change loan date its very difficult pay to me on every month 2 nd

Now rs 400 has been deducted from my account on 31st jan 2019 against overdue charges for that loan a/c. I never got any call or intimation during last 3 years. How could it possible a bank will forget to recover their outstanding amount for 3 years.

                              I am getting harassed by capital first even after the loan is settled. They provide me the settlement letter and are denying now by making an excuse that provided letter is fake & new settlement to be done. Already complaint several times to customer support and nodal desk. No one is bothered. Every time i have to elaborate the whole story to nodal desk and still do not get any solution. Just demanding more money to provide no dues certificate.

                                  Can you please stop your agent from mumbai recovery team mr. Raj. He is keep on doing harassment call to my office and asking for money from each and every colleague and making plenty of calls and disturbing whole production floor. He smashed my reputation.                                         I have complaint on 13 jan 2019 about above said subject. Twice I forwarded the details as per your request but till date from your side nither complaint Id nie any reply received. And your executives calling and harrasing, threatning every time.
                                        I am a Poojari and I am regularly paying my personal loan EMI of rs 5797, which I have taken still your executives calling for fraud case and embarcing me while I am at work. Also I wanted bring in your notice that if hence forward if I received any harrasment or threating call from you or your executive then I will log complaint against you and your executive.
                                        Also I wanted to state that I already many times provided the information about fraud persons who done this job so please take action against them instade of calling me, harrasing and threatning by this threatning and harrasment calls my mother, wife and 2 daughters and entire family get disturb.
                                        If this could not stop then I will not have any option to choice suicide and for such action you and your executives entirely responcible and the mentioned fraud persons in a police complaint.
                                        Hope you will understand the mental stress which your company and your executive given to me and will take action against fraud persons.

                                        It has been noticed that Capital First or IDFC Bank is neither taking any action against fraud nor replying to my last email. Over and above that your executives always calling me and they are mentally harassing.
                                        I have provided all the documents, name and number of fraud persons on phone, email, still Capital First or IDFC bank don't want to take action against culprit and harnessing me mentally, monitory.
                                        So once again I am requesting you take the action against fraud persons.
                                        If it is not possible from your side to catch the fraud persons then please let me know so I can take next legal action.
