[Resolved] Capital First — not issuing noc after even the loan is closed. | |||
I have cleared my 2 wheeler loan long back. I collected the noc from them. The validity was for 90 days. I could not process for hp cancellation process due to some internal issues and the validity of the noc got finished. But after that i got pre-approved personal loan offer from them. After the loan disbursal i contacted them for reissuing me the noc for my 2 wheeler but they are saying that it cant be issued because you have taken personal loan and we have that policy. It is really strange that why they are not issuing noc (Which they have earlier issued) and what is the connection of personal loan and 2 wheeler loan which is already closed. I am getting very much trouble in selling my 2 wheeler and i am proceeding to the legal action and police complains.
