[Resolved] Capital First — Swap charges levied | |||
My name is Akshay Katkar. Many times I have received message from capital first for pre closure of loan without any charges. I have visited your pune branch for changing ecs from Citi bank to SBI. They suggested me to give post dated cheque instead of doing ecs as my remaining loan period is very less (6 months). As suggested I gave him post dated cheque. Today I just saw statement wherein I see some swap charges of Rs 500 levied on 27/10/2016 with narration pdc swap charges -due. My concern is why this charges are levied. I have not informed by their representative while accepting my cheque. If I would have informed I would hv closed my loan on that point only. Am not going to pay such charges. I don't want any issue when I closed my loan. Requesting you all to look into same. Was this information helpful? | |||
