CC Avenue — amount deducted however payment status showing as failure| bharat gas | |
An amount of 809 was deducted on 16th march 2020 from my account paid through phonepay upi method for gas booking for bharath gas, however, the payment status is showing as failure. Request to look into this as soon as possible, if needed please initiate the refund or please update the status accordingly. I have attached the same here in the screenshot of the amount deducted and the one showing in the bharathgas portal. Was this information helpful? | |

Hi I’ve made a payment of 826 via upi (Google Pay) my money got deducted but the payment status at BharatGas shows failed. Please check on this.

I Booked my cylinder and paid online through upi but still its showing status pending and money got deducted from my bank account. Its for bharat gas, we don't have gas in house. So kindly see it,
I have attached the payment proof in attachment.
