Yes I am also one of the victim. I had also transferred same amount in mid of Jan'2015. Since last week he is not replying and all his phones are going on voice mail OR not reachable. Let us all combine together and lodge a complaint against him as we have proof of paying him money.

I paid 1 lac 75 thousands advance to Mr. Rakesh Goel for L1 visa process in JAN2015, till date he has NOT given me any Case ID or any kind of legal information. From past 2 weeks he has stopped replying back to my emails and also not picking up any calls. I just wish, no one else become victim of his fraud scheme. He did not even told me about the Company which is going to hire. Now when my friend went to his office, he says there is no such office in that area. Guys we gonna lodge a compliant about it. He cheated many people.
Got info last week fm unknown person but info turned out to be no good as at the given address no one by that name and some professional person there was surprised and now i am getting feeling that people are just giving fake info and getting sadistic pleasure in it. I have wasted lot of money on trying to track him but all a big waste.
I got some info n flwd up on it but again false info. This peroson gave me an address in Mumbai n the cheat Goel used to live there. According to ppl there he left a year ago n moved to Dubai. Again waste of time n money. If nayone having anybody in Dubai do try.
