Cine Town Theatre..krishna Theatre — seats and cleaning is very bad

The balcony seats in krishna screen of cinetown theatre is very bad... I took d8 to d10... They are in very bad shape and handles to put hands as well... Very bad for that cost... Please take action.. The place where we place our foot is also very bad and not cleaned properly...,. There are mosquitoes as well... Very inconvince when we come with family...
