Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the sudden change in movie ticket prices. I recently purchased a movie ticket for 300 Rs, only to find out that the price has now been reduced to 220rs I feel that this change in pricing is unfair and unjust to customers who have already paid a higher amount. Consequently, I purchased a ticket for 300 rupees that is now only worth 220 rupees, costing me more money.

It is frustrating to know that I have paid more than I should have for a ticket that is now being sold at a lower price. I had no idea that the price would drop so significantly in such a short period of time, and it feels like I have been taken advantage of as a customer.

I understand that prices may fluctuate depending on various factors, but it is unacceptable to change them so drastically in such a short period of time. This is especially true for loyal customers who have supported the movie theatre and purchased tickets at the higher price.

I hope that you can understand my frustration and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a refund or some other form of compensation for the difference in price. Additionally, I would like to suggest that you implement more transparent pricing policies in the future to prevent this kind of situation from occurring again.

        The seats is not working properly and the behaviour is not good of the staff name Jitender.
        He says I can’t do anything in this go nd do what you want to do
        So please give me a quick rply on this

          I went to Cinepolis (Lake Mall) Kolkata with my family on February 8, 2023 to watch the Projapoti film 7:20 pm show.

          The person at the booking counter first presented me with the QR scanner which I scanned to make a payment of Rs. 640 through Google Pay for 4 seats. As the payment was taking time probably due to the server or network delay, the executive asked me to pay via any other mode. I then chose to pay via credit card which was successful.

          After a few seconds the google pay payment also got successful (while I was already at the counter) resulting in two times payment of Rs. 640, 1 via Google pay and other via credit card.

          I spoke to the manager there named Mr. Sauptik and he assured me the payment would be reversed in 24 hours. He also raised a complaint on his phone within the cinepolis staff application, took the screenshot of the G-Pay transaction and said the process will be expedited as he has raised it in the staff application.

          It is already 13 Feb today and I have not received the refund on the payment made via Google Pay for 640 Rs.

          The UPI transaction Id is[protected] at Feb 8, 2023 6:52 PM.

          I need the refund of 640 Rs. ASAP to my source account.

              9 o[censored]s came to Cinepolis Ashima Mall at 8:15 pm and took 9 tickets and the employee Kuldeep said that taking 1 drink on 2 tickets is compulsory.And when I told not to take it, he started forcing me and said that I will not get the ticket, my whole experience was very bad.

                          I'm at Cinepolis, SJR Central Mall, Arekere, Bangalore watching Puss in Boots 3D. The movie clarity is worst. There is no 3D effect.
                          The screen is flickering. When contacted the staff, they claim some technical issue. We told them to stop the movie, rectify the issue. The technical person reduced the screen size to 60-70%. The screen is still blurry. Despite repeatedly asking them to rectify they aren't doing anything. The staff is just trying to buy time. Either they should refund the amount or rectify the issue.

                            I watched movie Pathan today at Cinepolis DB Mall Bhopal, India. The projection quality was poor - brightness was low and the images were not sharp. It was very disappointing. The picture quality is way better on my TV. I am an avid movie goer if this is the case I may be forced to watch movies on OTT at home.
                            Please look into the matter and do the needful so that our theater experience is good.

                              The tickets for BTS yet to come was at 450 in the starting and now the price is at 750 rs. I feel they are exploiting fans to earn more in this situation which is a filthy thing to do... Please behave with some ethics

                                I have booked 4 Kranti movie tickets in Cinepolis- Onion Mall Banaswadi using Amazon pay on 25th Jan 2023, the ticket price was 300 each, but on 26th Jan 2023, i see the prices are reduced to 240 each, I do not understand why there is a reduction of prices in last moment, as a frequent customer I find this very Disappointing

                                      I paid almost 400rs to enjoy the pathaan movie in cinepolis uppal Hyderabad on 25th jan 2023.
                                      Booked VIP SEAT in audi 3. Seats are uncomfortable and smells very bad and I’m unable to enjoy the movie and I need my money back for the discomfort in theatre . Management has to take strict action against them. I’m not going to book the tickets with cinepolis in future. I would politely request to refund my money back . See the screen shots for bad maintenance
