Very disappointed from Cinepolis kochi. We are not able to see the video playing only video. It happened couple of times. we never expected such stupid things from Cinepolis. We lost our time people are frustrated. Kindly do the immediate action ASAP

    I booked 3 tickets for one piece film red on 6th October, 2022 (venue Cinepolis Nexus Esplanade Bhubaneswar) through Cinepolis Android app but then i paid through phone pe upi after that I've not received any tickets or e-mails, i even have that screenshot of successful transaction on phone pe but i haven't got any tickets, please Refund my money and resolve my problem.

      Tried booking tickets via the Cinepolis app, however the amount for deducted, paid through gpay but ticket is not booked neither did receive a refund.

              On 1st Oct, we tried booking 4 tickets for Vikram vedha movie show at 7:15pm in your cinepolis website (www.cinepolisindia.com).

              Unfortunately amount was debited from my UPI account but booking was not confirmed.

              I discussed with Cinepolis manager in Hubli, Karnataka. He told he will raise refund request but even after 10days no refund is processed.

              Request you to please expedite and provide the refund immediately.

                Very bad experience last time I have visited here during the show the hall was not at clean and sound was also so poor after giving the feedback I got the cal from manager and hey appolise for the issue and offered me 2movie tickets any time any show now if I cal them they saying it's wrong number very bad commitment so please don't visit to cinepolis and dnt believe them any time anywhere this was his number [protected] fraud manager

                    I have tried to book tickets through cinipolis mobile app did payment through phone today money got deducted but haven't got confirmation on tickets. Kindly check and refund the same.

                      Kishore Anand from Chennai, India. I booked a ticket for Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaddu at BSR Mall Chennai (Thoraipakkam). The payment was done through Gpay. The amount was deducted but the ticket was not booked. I checked my email (including spam) but there was no confirmation email. Refund was not initiated.                         Two seats were booked in Cinepolis Cross River Mall, Shahadra - G5, G6 Executive.
                        audio were poor was ear paining, Seat was broken, Ac wasn't working Audio quality was poor this was already mentioned to Mr. Aman there the only Compensation was a Recliner seat, my whole experience was spoiled didn't enjoyed the movie . and there was no apologies even .
                        U pay good money to have this poor experience, if i would have know i would have gone to any local theatres.

                            The cinepolis i went had no proper facilities. The A/C wasnt working, the sound experience is very very poor, the seats are of very bad quality even some of the seats are broken.

I had book 4 tickets of Movie Brahmastra at cinepolis Nexus, Seawoods in Navi Mumbai for 11pm show of 3D premium.. but I got tickets booked in cinepolis Pune.                                   This mail is regarding bad service from cinepolis staff and rude behaviour
                                  I had ordered sweet corn and pizza it was served to me 10mins before my movie got over
                                  Also on asking refund the staff named suraj chougle and mr akhil ranjan behaved rudely with me saying that atleast the food was served to you and no money will be refunded
                                  This is completely unacceptable behaviour and pathetic service
                                  Please take action also i am complaining the same in customer forum
