I tried to book 4 tickets for a movie in Cinepolis, Virtue mall, Uppal, Hyderabad. The money was debited but the tickets are not confirmed. There is not even basic information regarding the refund status or transaction status. This is so far the worst service I have faced from a multiplex of this repute.

If you are not providing me refund in stipulated time, I am going to file a legal case in consumer forum for this unethical practice.
