I have tried to book tickets through cinipolis mobile app did payment through phone today money got deducted but haven't got confirmation on tickets. Kindly check and refund the same.

I have paid rupees 810 for ponniyin selvan movie at Cinepolis ETA mall Bangalore via the cinepolis app. The amount was deducted from my account but I did nor recieve the tickets....

I had booked tickets for a movie called KANTARA in Cinepolis hubli through Cinepolis app, payment was done and money was debited but dint receive ticket confirmation nor its showing in my tickets section....

Kishore Anand from Chennai, India. I booked a ticket for Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaddu at BSR Mall Chennai (Thoraipakkam). The payment was done through Gpay. The amount was deducted but the ticket was not booked. I checked my email (including spam) but there was no confirmation email. Refund was not initiated. I have attached the screenshot of the booking screen and the payment for your reference.

Kindly do the needful, please...

I made payment from Paytm & transaction was successful. But ticket wan't booked & no refund was initiated.

Two seats were booked in Cinepolis Cross River Mall, Shahadra - G5, G6 Executive.
audio were poor was ear paining, Seat was broken, Ac wasn't working Audio quality was poor this was already mentioned to Mr. Aman there the only Compensation was a Recliner seat, my whole experience was spoiled didn't enjoyed the movie . and there was no apologies even .
U pay good money to have this poor experience, if i would have know i would...

Coimbatore Fun cinemas Cinepolis FoodCourt Sweet Corn, Pop Corn price Distribution is totally very high
It is more Higher than the Movie Ticket
This is not fare for all the Customers including me....

The cinepolis i went had no proper facilities. The A/C wasnt working, the sound experience is very very poor, the seats are of very bad quality even some of the seats are broken....

Hello. My booking No. is 10607924. I had book 4 tickets of Movie Brahmastra at cinepolis Nexus, Seawoods in Navi Mumbai for 11pm show of 3D premium.. but I got tickets booked in cinepolis Pune. I was not able to attain the show and got to know regarding the same when I reached nexus Seawood cinepolis. Please kindly look into the matter at the earliest....

The movie has been stopped due to some technical issues nd then started after. 20 min nd provide us spoiler nd then they resumed it back to privous watched for about 30 mins
I WANT MY REFUND OF AMOUNT 300*6 = 1800 paid in greater noida grand venice in cinepolis...

This mail is regarding bad service from cinepolis staff and rude behaviour
I had ordered sweet corn and pizza it was served to me 10mins before my movie got over
Also on asking refund the staff named suraj chougle and mr akhil ranjan behaved rudely with me saying that atleast the food was served to you and no money will be refunded
This is completely unacceptable behaviour and pathetic service

Booked two tkts for Cinepolis Patna, Brahmastra 3D morning 9am show for 11 sep . Bank a/c debited but no tickets received.
I booked my tkts on 9 sep and have been trying to resolve the issue
But no use, neither have they sent me tkts nor refund.

Ambala staff has degraded the product quality, please do improve the snacks and coldrink quality, no one cooperating after repeatedly telling about the issue.
If you guys start taking a feedback call after ever show you will definitely got to know about your services....

08/09/2022 Yesterday today's show 12:25pm booked brahmastra. But when we went to the theater today, the booked seat was given to someone else. When we asked, we were told that our ticket was cancelled. but the amount we booked has not been refunded yet. Please refund it.

I have booked tickets for bhramastra on 11th September through UPI for 4 tickets costing 1300 my money has been deducted but I didn't get any confirmation for tickets i want the tickets or refund my money...

I have booked 3 tickets of Bhramstra movie on 10th Sept for 12:45pm show time, but my money is debited successfully to cinepolis as per the bank and UPI details, but I haven't received the ticket confirmation. This is not a complaint, it is just a query. I just want to know is there any CCTV camera installed in the theatre of Cinepolis, P & M Mall, Patna to record/monitor the activity of audience while watching the movie? Please reply. Thanks in advance....
