Hello I am Riya Biswas. I booked two tickets for Black Panther 2 which is on11th November, 2022, 9am showtime at Cinepolis lake mall, Kolkata. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but I haven't received any confirmation mail or text about the tickets. So what to do now ?

Yes I have received a mail saying that the refund procedures have been initiated. But can you please specify when I will exactly be refunded?

    Dear sir,

    I have booked 4 tickets for 7:20pm show of Kantara in CRM SHAHDARA ( B-6, 7, 8, 9), payment for which was done via Google pay and the amount is deducted.
    I haven’t received my M-ticket.

    Resolve this issue at the earliest.

      Address: Cinepolis, Imperial mall, Pal Surat

      We visited Cinepolis Imperial mall surat to watch a movie show on 30th October 2022 timings 2:10 PM. Ram Setu. Here somebody's from the previous show have eaten an apple and thrown waste in a bottle container. It's too pathetic. Is this the service given by Cinepolis company? This is unacceptable. Is this what we are paying for? Kindly look into it. Please

              I tried to book 4 tickets for a movie in Cinepolis, Virtue mall, Uppal, Hyderabad. The money was debited but the tickets are not confirmed. There is not even basic information regarding the refund status or transaction status. This is so far the worst service I have faced from a multiplex of this repute.

              Amount debited: 780 rupees

              If you are not providing me refund in stipulated time, I am going to file a legal case in consumer forum for this unethical practice.

                I have been a regular movie goer to Cinepolis Orion East - Bengaluru. I have always noticed that the washrooms are not clean and it's always stinking.

                Could you please take it up with the manager of the concerned location.

                  I had booked 4 tickets in cinepolis app in orion east mall banaswadi, Bengaluru and paid Rs. 780. I see the money got deducted from bank account but the tickets have not got booked yet. So I request you to please look into this and refund my money as soon as possible.

                        I booked a ticket at Cinepolis website for World Cup match Ind vs Pak with the transaction number[protected]. I haven’t received any information about tickets/bookind ID on mail/text. As soon as I made the payment the screen went blank. No update received yet except the debit amount from my bank account. No customer care number available, no email available. They even stopped replying on Twitter DM.

                        Thanks for helping out with this. I was facing a lot of troubles getting in touch with Cinepolis customer support. My money was refunded to the same source just after 2 days of this complaint. Thanks.

                          Respected Sir/Mam
                          I Archit Shikare, booked ticket for the Movie Black Adam (2D English) of 12:50 p.m, 22nd October 2022. Of Nexus Seawoods, Mumbai from your Cinepolis app.
                          I have also shared the receipt of the payment . So I hopefully look forward to get my ticket as soon as possible or else I'd like to get my all money refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible.
