Dear sir,
I have booked 4 tickets for 7:20pm show of Kantara in CRM SHAHDARA ( B-6, 7, 8, 9), payment for which was done via Google pay and the amount is deducted.
I haven’t received my M-ticket.
Resolve this issue at the earliest.

Yes I have received a mail saying that the refund procedures have been initiated. But can you please specify when I will exactly be refunded?
