this is to i form you about horrific experience i had with my family today, went to watch avatar 3d way of water and due to technical issue movie was interrupted several times during play when we objected we were asked to wait and movie will be resumed soon, but after wait of 25 mins it resumed, then as part of compe sation we were told by manaher mr sharma that we will be given complimentary tickets which one staff came and handed over in the movie, when got out of movie i just chexked the vouchers, to my dis belief they were dated back o n 2012, i immediately went to desk to get it corrected but the staff said not possible and they asked manager to come who was grinning ear to ear saying that this what they have and cant help...
Such a big brand who is supposed to provide good custimer experience is resorting to cheap tactics and not even apologetic about it such shame, i want the refund of my entire tickets on ground of misbehaviour of staff and bad and interrupted cinema experience
