Booked two tkts for Cinepolis Patna, Brahmastra 3D morning 9am show for 11 sep . Bank a/c debited but no tickets received.
I booked my tkts on 9 sep and have been trying to resolve the issue
But no use, neither have they sent me tkts nor refund.

      08/09/2022 Yesterday today's show 12:25pm booked brahmastra. But when we went to the theater today, the booked seat was given to someone else. When we asked, we were told that our ticket was cancelled. but the amount we booked has not been refunded yet. Please refund it.

          I have booked 3 tickets of Bhramstra movie on 10th Sept for 12:45pm show time, but my money is debited successfully to cinepolis as per the bank and UPI details, but I haven't received the ticket confirmation. Kindly help in reaching the cinepolis team for refund of the money or confirmation of the ticket.

            This is not a complaint, it is just a query. I just want to know is there any CCTV camera installed in the theatre of Cinepolis, P & M Mall, Patna to record/monitor the activity of audience while watching the movie? Please reply. Thanks in advance....

                  Screen and sound disruption

                  Address: Audi 4, cinepolis SJR central mall, bhannergatta road, bengaluru

                  There was a serious disruption while playing the movie with screen shaking and sound breaking all the time while playing...it has happened during the start of the movie and they played again..but it started again sometime after intermission...
                  Very very bad experience...

                    I'm Rajesh Ram from Bangalore today I have booked a ticket for the Viruman Tamil movie at Cinepolis ETA Mall @ 6 PM Show. Link generated for UPI pay and I have paid Rs. 940. Money was deducted but I haven't received any tickets for the money I paid!

                      I had made booking at cinepolis mangalore screen no.4 for the movie "enna than case kodu" on 14.08.2022 for the 07.15pm show.
                      I had taken a bottle of frooti which had purchased from outside with me.
                      The security staff at the entrance won't allow me to take inside the screen stating that out side food and beverages not allowed. As per my knowledge frooti is a soft drink which differ from a beverage. I had made this complaint during interval time with the Manger of the theater. Still there is no use.
                      Although the company is serving food and beverages inside the theater why they are not allowing a drink eventhough it is not an beverage and doesn't have any security thread.

                            In cinepolis coimbatore, the front row seats aren't generally available online but could be booked at the counter. But over the past few weeks, the front row seats aren't available at all and everyone is being forced to buy the costlier tickets. It is located in an area of colleges and most o[censored]s prefer the front row seats. No wonder most of the times not more than 20 seats are booked even on the first day. Please resolve, if not online atleast let the front row seats be available at the counter.

                              Privacy of customers and misinformation

                              I have come to know from the staff of theater that inside the auditoriums cinepolis has infra red cameras. I would like to know why customers are not informed about this at time of buying tickets?

                              I would also like if cinepolis can clarify what government guidelines it follows for installation of cameras. And what all is installed inside the auditorium which might affect privacy of viewers...

                              The Cinepolis Patna is not following the corona guidelines and the staff including manager behaviour is not acceptable at all. They do not allow the customers to take food and beverages at the cinepolis premises but this is not for all the customers. The customers familier to them are allowed to take the f&b items but for the rest the rule is not same for rest. As apart they even dont provide any baggage counter or keep a store place for customers. As a result i had to through all 5 coke cans outside the premises. Hereby i was pushed hard by the manager and staff to through the whole can out of premises. So, its a humble request to take a serious action against the manager and fellowmen on a serious node.
