    No availability of disposable water cups in such a big theatre... really disappointing ...I asked d snacks corner... everyone said no we don't have... neither did dey bother to give... really disgusting...when it comes to money dey come to Ur seat to ask order...and for a glass of water no one bothers...will never prefer Cinepolis for watching movie now onwards ... disgusting staff

      Dear Cinepolis team,

      Why you are vesting time of costumer by putting so many advertisements. It is horrible and too much irritating.
      We are paying 230 rs. Per head for watching movie not for watching advertisement.

      You have not right for vesting costumers time. It is very horrible to see advertisement for 20-30 minutes in 2 hrs movie. Is it joke with us. We are vesting money as well as time also. They have to limit time for advertisement during movies.

      Please limit advertisement otherwise I will not watch movie in cinepolis.

      I visit cinepolis on Monday 3rd June 2019 watching movie with my friend. Show time 3.50 pm. Movie Name De De pyaar De. That time temperature was aprox 48° . But your cinepolis Ac was not working. Bcoz it off mode. After my complain your staf did not respond.

        On friday evening 31/05/2019, i visited cinepolis binnypet mall, bangalore and
        Used my card to pay in coffee tree for a coffee. My card was swiped
        Twice but the transaction was not complete and finally i paid rs. 140/- in
        Cash. And was told that it would get reversed within 24 hours. But it
        Still hasn't happened. Attached is the transaction details.

          Sir/madam,
          Yesterday, 02.06.2019, my husband and i went for a movie at cinepolis, acropolis. Godzilla ii was the name of the movie, audi 2, seat no. J 1, 2, time 08.05pm.in the interval we ordered for chilli garlic potato and paid rs.185 for the same to the respective person, who was asking for any order for the munchies inside the hall. He took the money and told us that the food will be delivered within 15-20mins. However, the sad part is, it never came. As i am a pregnant lady, i was in a bit hurry to go back home. The very moment the show ended we headed back home, where we realised that we paid rs.185 for nothing. Is this the kind of service you render, keeping incompetant people at work!! Can we even call it a service, or is it a theft!? Rs.185 is a small amount, but we, as a customer, expected loyalty from you. I want the management to be proactive enough to look into the matter.

            I visited cinepolis wtp jaipur on 02.06.2019 for watching 8.15 pm show of alladdin. I pre ordered my food classic combo (Non veg) before entering the show. Invoice no 75774. Before it was delivered to my seat i requested another official to pls switch the coke to fanta without ice as i today forgot to tell them. All my earlier visits have been about classic non veg combo with fanta. My order was delivered and i was told that manager has refused to change as it is not allowed. Moreover my hot dog was vegetarian. I requested to see the manager and was assured that he will come and visit. At present it is interval but he has not yet come and i had to finish a veg hot dog and will be leaving behind my coke untouched. The food that reaches us at the seat is always cold, there are so many mix up with out orders while delivering but never have we bought it up. Bt the behaviour of the manager was downright rude, unprofessional and unwanted. I request him to please finish off the coke im leaving behind at k 21. We spend more than a grand on our overpriced food but never complain but today i feel insulted by this manager who could not change my drink.

              I buy cheese popcorn, cold drinks, nachos, water bottle of rs 1010/-transaction was done by card. The counter man (Gaurav sheelchand) asked me to pay cash due to transaction error... Later when reached home i checked my msg of 1010/- amt debited frm my card of the same amt... (In the bill this amountis also mentionedas cash) this amount should be returned becoz transaction was failed.
              But here i inform u the amount is not refunded. So, i'm filing this complaint to so that it will helpful. I request to u to return the amount.

                    Went to buy a cappuccino around 6pm today & paid in cash ₹150 and the guy returned ₹10 back. It was mentioned on the pos that if you don’t get bill your order is free. The individual made the coffee and handed me over. I then informed that i have not received the bill and told him that i am now eligible to get it for free. The guy started arguing and started giving excuses. He then printed the bill and tried to hand it over to which i denied. My only point here is if you are not able follow on the things you commit to people and don’t follow it, why would you make false commitments at first place. Really disappointed.

                    We are here in Fun Cinema Gwalior but here the owner is forcefully selling the ticket of 270 rupees but it was of 180 rupees when I complain to manager he said we are adding food tocken. We don't want food tocken. If this is your service then I will complain against you.
                    I also encounter with same problem in another Cinema but they resolve it.

                        I had book a ticket from cinepolis app. It have feature of mticket so, you do not need to go to collect ticket instead of that you can show ticket for your phone.

                        When i was arrived at cinema i showed my mticket. Somehow it was not able to scan and watchman asked me to collect ticket from counter. I asked at the counter that why i need to collect ticket i have mticket on my mobile. That leady told me to tell the manager about this.

                        Manager came there and started telling me that you need to collect the ticket first then you can scan your mticket to get entry. He was talking very loud and watchmen started arguing, while i answer to watchmen, manager started telling me that why you called me here you are talking with the watchmen. Instead of helping me out manager trying to convince me that it was your fault you need to collect tickets. He was telling it was not being scan if you book ticket from cinepolis app. I was just trying to say that if your scanner does not work then you can check tickets from my message of from the app but he was not want to listen me and just talking with the loud voice. I was not want to make it big issue i was with my wife and it was embarrassing for both o[censored]s.

                        I was just leaving it going to the cinema at the same time manager spoke bad words to me. I here that so i asked manager what did you said? He was telling me that i did not talking with you.

                        We are not going to cinema for hearing bad words specially when we are with family. If they are not aware of mticket then at list your staff should have some manners for the customers and how to talk with customers.

                            I have sent this complaint on 5th may but nobody bothered to contact me nor has the issue got resolved.

                            I had booked 2 tickets for a movie – vinci da show time 05:05 pm on friday 3rd may 2019 at cinepolis: acropolis mall, kolkata (Audi 2).

                            The tickets were booked at 2:32 pm on 3rd may 2019.

                            Ticket amount – rs 380/- quantity -2 tickets.

                            Internet handling fees-51.92

                            Booking fees 44.00

                            Gst 7.92

                            Confirmation#2186230

                            Booking id wbe8fn7

                            That day as per the instruction of the wb government as a security measure all malls were asked to close down at 03:00 pm due to cyclone “phani”. This decision was taken the day before or during the early hours of the day (3rd may 2019).

                            However, you all did nothing to update the booking portal. At 2:32 pm when i booked the ticket through “book my show”, i as a customer was not aware of the mall’s decision to close business at 03:00 pm nor did you update a pop up in the portal which should have shown shows have been cancelled as a security measure, when i was booking the tickets.

                            My tickets got booked successfully & also a sms was triggered to me confirming my booking.

                            When i reached the premises i found the mall was closed and only then did i come to know that this was decided from the very start of the day.

                            Now can you please advise why did you accept a booking when you already knew the shows were cancelled.

                            As a company you surely have a responsibility towards your customers.
                            I would ask you to immediately refund the money.

                              Hi,

                              Please let me know if you have cameras installed in screening room.

                              If yes, what about the privacy of people? Why is people not made aware about the same before movie starts? This will be privacy threat for people.

                              I have left my wallet inside theater and it was not there when i revisited after movie. I asked cinepolis people watch cctv footage but they declined. Cctv not installed is the answer from cinepolis workers.

                                Good day,

                                I went to cinema star at high street mall, majiwada thane-w yesterday (04/05/19) along with my family to watch kalank movie show at 10:35 pm in audi 3.
                                After the interval when we purchased a snack, i have by mistake lost my wallet in the audi 3.
                                I have realised this today (05/05/19) morning that my wallet is missing. As used my wallet during interval and directly came to our house by car after a movie so there is no chance of loosing it somewhere else.
                                When i didnt found the wallet at home in the morning, i have complaint it to local staff at cinemastar which they refused.

                                I think little more effort can be here as i am not worried about the cash which could be 700/- but mainly identities are important.

                                Kindly intervene.

                                  I have booked 3 tickets for avengers endgame for 4th may at cinepolis acropolis mall (Seats j19, 18 & 17). After booking i received an email with the booking confirmation (Booking no.2184640) and also an sms with a link to download the m-ticket, but whenever i try to download the m-ticket, i only get a blue screen. The sms also mentions that i will not be allowed inside if i don't download the m-ticket. Please help urgently.

                                    We went to watch avengers end game on 30 april at cinepolis spice mall in noida.
                                    The acs were not working in most part of the movie. The theatre was severely suffocated and it was difficult to sit. Depsite requesting the staff to please check.. The response received was very casual. We still had to sit through the entire movie struggling to sit in suffocation.
                                    No one is paying heavy ticket amounts to sit in such conditions where we cant even watch the much awaited movie properly.

                                      Dear sir / madam,

                                      I am writing this letter to complain about the problem i faced yesterday at your cinema. Yesterday, i had came with my family to watch the movie “avengers - the end game ”. The movie was long awaited and i must say that we did not enjoy the movie at all. And, we were much disappointed as we visit your movie theater whenever the new movie is released and now i have too see these kind of nonsense. The point of displeasure was the screen as your screen was very bad and are getting older and older day by day. The screen was blur and we were not able to see it properly. The movie was 3d and we were provided 3d goggles respectively, when we had wear the goggles the screen was not able to see properly. There was a sound stop for 2 to 3 second in movie and it had happened for 2 times. And also of movie was too bad. Please see too it that the problem is been solved. I hope you will consider the complaint. Please give prompt resolution so that other people may not face the same problem. Hope to visit soon after resolution.

                                        I booked for avengers endgame via cine polis website. I paid through upi pin and it got debited but i didn't receive the tickets. I hope someone would pay heed to this. This is very unethical of cine polis. Shame on you.

                                        I unfortunately booked for another 1 also. I'm a student and losing 550 is a big amount for me. I feel beyond angry and frustrated. I don't know whom to ask for the money now.

                                        Cinepolis charging very heavy amout from us approx 280/- per ticket and you can easly found the mosquitos in audi and common area too.
