Sir/madam,
Yesterday, 02.06.2019, my husband and i went for a movie at cinepolis, acropolis. Godzilla ii was the name of the movie, audi 2, seat no. J 1, 2, time 08.05pm.in the interval we ordered for chilli garlic potato and paid rs.185 for the same to the respective person, who was asking for any order for the munchies inside the hall. He took the money and told us that the food will be delivered within 15-20mins. However, the sad part is, it never came. As i am a pregnant lady, i was in a bit hurry to go back home. The very moment the show ended we headed back home, where we realised that we paid rs.185 for nothing. Is this the kind of service you render, keeping incompetant people at work!! Can we even call it a service, or is it a theft!? Rs.185 is a small amount, but we, as a customer, expected loyalty from you. I want the management to be proactive enough to look into the matter.
