Today i came to cinepolis to watch movie with family but they are selling combos not ticket counter boy said its compulsory i[censored] book ticket then u hve to buy combo what the stupidity he said as u wish u want to watch or not mean... Pvr inox is better worst experience i have because the escalator not working also... This was not a good experience for me i would nt suggest in future to any person to go there with family beacause they are just for selling combo not movie tickets

    I checked with the freecharge team -

    "We checked the transaction status with our internal team, please be informed that the status is unsuccessful at merchant’s end and same needs to be refunded. The refund is yet to be processed from the merchant’s end.
    Please get in touch with the merchant and request them to initiate a refund by loading the fund to the account. Once the refund gets initiated, it will reflect in your FreeCharge wallet immediately and to your bank/card within 5-7 business days."

    Its 7th day and there is no refund !!

Then after this i told all this mater to your manager and till now he is saying that sir i have filled an complaint and i will tell u about the progress

        I transferred rs 1004 via googlepay upi on 8th november 2019 for which no ticket was generated on cinepolis app. Payment gateway was ccavenue. Kindly refund my money.

        Google pay upi transaction id[protected]

        Ccavenue has confirmed that my transaction was successful and that cinepolis has indeed received the money. Also i talked to googlepay which stated that the utr number cannot be generated without the money having been successfully transferred and that the merchant's bank had confirmed having received the payment but cinepolis keeps denying having received the money and they are not replying to my emails.

            Are stealing from your customers. I bought 4 tickets and your employee added one food coupon. I asked and reply was there is no option to exclude it since it is compulsory which is providing by the company itself. I told i am not interested and the response was same. How can you make your customers to buy compulsary foods that too costly almost 3 times more than usual. Do you think we watch movies as per your wish? Do you think you can decide what your customers want? Please provide the service which customers need. Or else you will lose your business. I am going to add tweet if you are not replied for this.

              night vision or cctv camera inside theatre

              I heard that cinepolis mantra mall have night vision/cctv cameras installed in the theater.

              If it is true, then why customers are not informed about it while booking tickets.

              And collecting high amount towards some movie ticket. Ticket rate is 200 rupees which is very high.

              It is advised to keep same ticket rate for every movie, and give clarification on the cameras installed....

              movie ticket rate

              Cinepolis in DSL virtue mall, Uppal, Hyderabad, is collecting high amount towards the movie ticket. Ticket rate is 200 rupees which is very high.
              100 -125 rupees is reasonable
              Middle class families cannot bear that much amount.
              It is advised to reduce the ticket rate
              And snacks cost also very high unbearable by me.
              I am giving complaint to consumer forum...

              cctv inside the cinepolis theatre in patna

              Dear sir/madam,

              There was an intermittent blink of light in the cinepolis theatre in patna.

              Do you have cameras installed in the theatre?

              And if the cameras are installed inside the theatre, then why is the sign 'you are under cctv surveillance' not written at the entry of hall?

              It should also be informed earlier at the beginning of the movie. And what about individuals privacy?...

              I ordered for a large cheese popcorn and she didn't give me a bill. 10 mins later i went up and asked for a bill and she gave me one which said i paid 500 and had to get 290 as the remaining balance but i had given her 300 in cash and received rupees 10 back..
              I then asked her about the board that said "if you don't get a bill your meal is free" and she proceeded to tell me - please don't report this ma'am.

                I have booked tickets worth rs 490 from cinepolis.com (Official website) on 7oct 9pm show of war movie but amount was debited and i had no confirmation of tickets on my orders or on sms, i have contacted the respective cinema they also deny my bookings. I have also done e mail cinepolis but no response from them. As i have done my payment through phone pe ihave also informed about the problem but they say that your merchandise has accepted the payment. Help me out this is the problem from cinepolis side

                  I am not able to redeem my cinepolis loyalty points on bookmyshow app

                  While booking a ticket at cinepolis magnet mall bhandup west
                  I have 270 points in cinepolis loyalty points

                  Can i know why is it happening??

                  The website has a redeem points options but it doesnot take you to the web page for redemption.

                    On 14th of sep i had booked 2 tickets online for ₹350 at cinestar majiwada thane w, money was deducted but ticket was not issued. I messaged cinepolis on twitter who assured me refund and asked me to book tickets again i did that.
                    Later after few days they revert saying they haven't received any payments.
                    I gave them receipt of payment for which they said they will get back but till date they are just ignoring the situation and giving me run around.

                      For my issue i am asked to provide some details but they have not provided the full email id for the same. I also searched there email id in their official website but couldn't find. The provided contact number is also not working. Please ask them to provide their exact eamil id and working contact numbers in "contact us" tab.

                        On 1 oct 2019 i've booked 1 tickets for the movie war and the transaction failed but the club loyalty points was deducted from my account, i tried contacting cinepolis email support and phone support but no response.

                        On cinepolis website it came the transaction failed and but my club loyalty points deducted.

                          Your mobile is useless. I was trying to book the ticket for joker for 6th oct morning show.                               I went to buy a ticket from counter i forgot my mobile at home but redeemed through that no using another mobile.. This process was taking time but your manager (Mandeep) become angry and talked in a rude manner in a shameless manner
                              Although i was alone in a line. If this is the hospitality.. I will never come again. Take strict actions against him.

                                  I booked 4 movie tickets for Chichore movie for 6.35pm show on 28/09/2019 show at Cinepolis Patna. It has been raining very heavily in Patna since last 36hrs. I talked to and made a request to Book my show helpdesk for the cancellation of these tickets but they said to contact the Cinepolis Patna people. I have been trying since last 4hrs (12noon) but the mobile number is not reachable and/or is non-functional .This is utter negligence on the part of Cinepolis Patna people. Kindly lodge my complaint and help.
