I'm writing a complaint regarding cinepolis arekere at Bangalore central mall, bangalore.The movie jathi ratnalu must have subtitles it's a rule from the Central board of film certification, as the cinepolis arekere doesn't have subtitles shown.Please take necessary action so that I can watch the movie with subtitles

      I couldn't take more photos, I have photos toilet ... ridiculous .But at sink and commode very badly maintained... In photos it is not clear.

          Is there any kind of camera inside the theatre, Janka Cinema

          Address: Main Sagarpur, South West Delhi, Delhi-110046

          Recently I visited to Cinepolis Janak Cinema, New Delhi theatre with my partner and I had a moment with my partner, now I am worried if it got recorded in theatre or not. If there are cameras in theatre, why do Cinepolis not let know to their customers....

          I booked tickets from cinepolis website on 3 Jan 2020 but tickets doesn't booked and money has been deducted from my bank account.
          Next morning I got mail regarding refund. But till today, money has not been credited to my account.

              I watched TENET last evening at Cinepolis, Central Mall, Guwahati, Assam. The experience was quite horrible. The projectionists aren't projecting the movie according to the instructions sent by Warner Bros. The film file sent to cinemas is possibly 2.20:1 letterboxed to 1.85:1 for the highest possible resolution.
              But the instructions for scope and flat screens aren't followed i guess.

              2 vertical bars on the side is very distracting and the dip in resolution is frustrating and also the often blur in transitions in the visuals is an injustice to the film.

              Please look into the matter immediately.

                    query on night vision cameras in cinepolis

                    While watching movie and when lights are dim, i have noticed that green leds blink constantly.

                    As an audience, there is no information to us about surveillance.

                    So, i have two questions as below:

                    Are there any night vision cameras in cinepolis across pan india?

                    While watching a movie i noticed a continuous red blinking light from a camera-like device, is that of any hidden cameras?
                    If so it should be informed at the beginning of the movie. Also, what about an individual's privacy?

                    Please let me know what exactly where those lights that i saw in the theatre. Also do inform me do you have cameras installed inside the cinema hall?...

                    I purchased coffee on 1st march 2020 at your fun cinema coffee outlet in lucknow vide invoice number: 353883, point of sale number: 752chc 02 for rs.150/-
                    First of all the coffee mug was only 70% full (Being too small is another issue)
                    The quality of coffee served too was very poor. It seems that the quality of milk used too was non standard or was mixed with water.
                    We do not deny to pay whatever you ask but at the same time it is your responsibility to serve proper quality & quantity of the items being delivered.
                    Are uoi above the laws of land?
                    So much so that even on your receipt the phone number & website address too was not printed. Was it just to prevent customers to make a complaint???

                            Made this transaction for buying movie tickets on cinepolis mobile app for 375 inr on 3rd january 2018. After the payment, when i was back on the application, there was no movie ticket booked under my tickets. I didn't receive any email/sms for the booked tickets.

                            Have been following up with the bank and to your complaint channel through application but no resolution so far. Have spoke on cinepolis on facebook chat and they confirmed that the amount will be credited in few days but nothing happened and they stopped replying as well post that.

                              On feb 12, 2020 at 3:51 pm, i made a transaction no.[protected] via bhim upi app. The amount 600 got deducted from my account and was successfully credited to merchant account. However, i did not receive the movie tickets. I was booking for feb 14 10 am show at cinepolis saket for movie love aaj kal.
                              At 3:54 pm i made another transaction[protected] for booking the same movie tickets. This time it got successful and i was able to get 2 movie tickets.
                              Hence i request you to refund the amount from the first transaction made since movie tickets were not issued on it. Thank you.

                                I bought 2 tickets on bookmyshow for Dream Girl for the 12:15 PM show on 1st September, 2019. Cinepolis canceled the show and promised me a refund for the amount within 10-15 days. The refund has still not been made. This is unacceptable as i am a frequent customer at cinepolis and did not expect them to be such cheats. Please do something about this because i have waited for such a long time and I haven’t heard a word from cinepolis.

                                  In the movie hall staff asked for food to order and we have ordered veg food. He did not ask for veg or non veg in that combo.

                                  We gave him money and after order delivery he gave us bill.

                                  In the dark we ate food as we know that it must be veg.

                                  But during eating we got a feeling we are eating non veg, being from brahmin family it is our religion violation ang feilng guilty and bad from inside.
