Today i went to watch movie at Cinepolise, Forum, Shantiniketan, Bangalore. During interval i went to order coffee. The customer service was pathetic. The attendant asked customer order twice, i told them that i will make payment thru UPI for that the excuse they gave was illogical they said they have some technical glitch so only paytm and phonepe will work however Google pay also worked on the scanner.As usual second time in row their coffee machine didn't work. They said they will deliver at the seat.At the time of delivering coffee the person didnt bring sugar, spoon and napkin and was asking me whethet i need them. Then when i told that i will give the feedback then he brought the same. Overall as a customer i feel it is a payhetic customer service.As a customer when u are paying monwy u need the value for the money paid in terms of excellent customer service. I am one of the dissatsfied customer and will not recommend Cinepolise to my friends.

Today I visited forum Shantiniketan white field Bengaluru to watch Hindi movie ‘Bunty aur Babli’ 1 PM show.
Meanwhile I was booking my seats around 12.20 PM to receptionist lady who booked my tickets, took a rude tone with me. Asking me to be loud when I wasn’t audible. Which seemed like a bullying order than a request. Therefore I request you to hire staff that are more customer friendly and polite as we already pay a lot to watch a quality movie at cinepolis.

I have booked 7 tickets at cinepolis hubli, for 6.40 pm show for movie sooryavanshi...from G12 to G18 seats ...so please help me change my seat number to H series

I had watched sooryavanshi movie with my husband in cinepolis patna on 06.11.2021. At the time of interval we bought snacks and it cost around rs240 I paid the bill via paytm upi, money got deducted from my account and shown payment successful, but ur executive said that it failed and it will credit in my account after 2 to 3 days so I again paid the bill via paytm upi. More than 3 days have passed but my deducted money didn't credited to my account. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Its about second time in a month they are not giving large cold drink. For combo pack buy they tell large cold drink is finished but at the same time if you buy only cold drink, they give you. If you buy combo at about same price they give you small cold drink. This is fraud. They are cheating people, i was regular costumer of them but now i will never go there.

I was trying to book tickets for Eternals at Cinepolis, Bhubaneshwar through the Cinepolis India app. The ticket was for Rs.1580. I chose payment through BHIM UPI and money was deducted from my account but I wasn't issued any tickets.

Please, look into this matter and resolve it asap.

I have booked my ticket through cinepolis app but my amount my amount is debited from my account is, and tickets are not generated I sent a query to cinepolis through but no response

I have paid for the movie but i have not received tickets as the app got crashed and i had to buy tickets again

I have paid 500rs for venom movie 2 tickets through phone pay cinepolis binny mall, , but it didn't got confirmed at the system but my money got deducted!, , and that store manager is lying to me since 5 days tht I refund!

I tried to book 2 tickets for No Time to die movie 3D through cinepolis app from Mangalore cinepolis.190 was the fare for one ticket plus 30 rs service charge.So total it became 410Rs.First when i tried to book it shows payment gateway error then again i tired same thing happened but later when I checked my balance i understood 810 rs got cut but i didn't get the ticket..So i request you to refund my money.

I have booked 2 tickets for NO TIME TO DIE at cinepolis DLF AVENUE Saket for 3rd October 2021 1:30 pm show from cinepolis app. The app was so buggy and slow, but still I continued booking, and after some time Rs 657 was debited from the bank account .
I want refund of my booking as I haven't got the tickets yet. I had to book it from bookmyshow then.

Today (2nd Oct 2021) I tried to book 4 tickets in Cinepolis BBSR 6 PM show of 'No Time Die' movie, and the payment gateway CCAvenue showed error but the amount. Rs.1220.00 got deducted from my debit, yet I still haven't received any booking confirmation.

I purchased 1 ticket for 2nd October 2021for 10:45pm movie at cinepolis Rohini unity mall through the website. Amount of ₹365 got deducted which i paid through debit card. But i didn't receive any confirmation message or any tickets. Please look in to the issue soon as there is no time i had to book again. Please initiate the refund process asap.
