Dear cinepolis india i have tried booked the ticket on 14th feb for movie love aaj kal evening show in cinepolis mohali bestech square. From your app but the amount has been debited from account but tickets has not booked. Can you please revert back the money. I have repeatatively complained this to the app but there is no any mail or solution you gave. Please help me

    Made this transaction for buying movie tickets on cinepolis mobile app for 375 inr on 3rd january 2018. After the payment, when i was back on the application, there was no movie ticket booked under my tickets. I didn't receive any email/sms for the booked tickets.

    Have been following up with the bank and to your complaint channel through application but no resolution so far. Have spoke on cinepolis on facebook chat and they confirmed that the amount will be credited in few days but nothing happened and they stopped replying as well post that.

      Dear sir/madam,

      On feb 12, 2020 at 3:51 pm, i made a transaction no.[protected] via bhim upi app. The amount 600 got deducted from my account and was successfully credited to merchant account. However, i did not receive the movie tickets. I was booking for feb 14 10 am show at cinepolis saket for movie love aaj kal.
      At 3:54 pm i made another transaction[protected] for booking the same movie tickets. This time it got successful and i was able to get 2 movie tickets.
      Hence i request you to refund the amount from the first transaction made since movie tickets were not issued on it. Thank you.

        I bought 2 tickets on bookmyshow for Dream Girl for the 12:15 PM show on 1st September, 2019. Cinepolis canceled the show and promised me a refund for the amount within 10-15 days. The refund has still not been made. This is unacceptable as i am a frequent customer at cinepolis and did not expect them to be such cheats. Please do something about this because i have waited for such a long time and I haven’t heard a word from cinepolis.

          In the movie hall staff asked for food to order and we have ordered veg food. He did not ask for veg or non veg in that combo.

          We gave him money and after order delivery he gave us bill.

          In the dark we ate food as we know that it must be veg.

          But during eating we got a feeling we are eating non veg, being from brahmin family it is our religion violation ang feilng guilty and bad from inside.

          This needs strict action against the staff.

            It's really really disappointing that I'm unable to watch 1917 on your screens because you run at least 30-35 screening of movies but you aren't showing 1917 (movie) on your screens not even just one show.
            It's really bad that i can't watch it on big screens if i want to 😔😔, you could've at least added one show for 1917, it's a really good movie, instead you are showing movies like Dr Doolittle which has just 12% ratings on Rotten Tomatoes and 1917 has 90%, you can get it by the reviews of people who watched it and showing other bad movies like jai mummy di, and other pathetic movies, your quality is going real down.
            It has won 2 golden globes and has 10 Oscar Nomination but here i can't even watch it, goddammit.

            There are at least 30 showtimes of movies and not even one of them is of 1917.

            I bought water bottle worth rs 70/- ...is this normal price for common man??? Kindly rpl.asap.or i will file complaint
            Movie was interupted and was not displayed in without any info given.

            We pay money to movie hall for the services it not like ...when light will go you have to wait for the time it come back..It took 15 min in hall without any light/electricity and once l the light was there then again 10 min replay the movie. Very bad services this was a experience were every one was shouting and nobody was there to listen.

              We have been to a movie at the cinepolis cinemas at power one mall, vijayawada. There is no card payment to order snacks and no other mode of payment except cash. This is a major inconvenience when your food bill is over a 1000 bucks and you don’t have cash and you are very hungry because you are at a movie at 6:30 am. Please do look into this and provide digital payment modes for customer convenience. Thank you.

                      I am anish vikram, a resident of west delhi. Today while booking ticket for tanhaji at cinepolis, janak cinema, new delhi (Timing of show was 10:00 am), upi payment process (Payed through google pay) got timed out and ticket was not booked but the amount of ₹220 is deducted from my account (Timing is 09:15 - 09:25), kindly look into the issue and return the deducted amount from my account, i will be thankful for this.

                          Today i asked the customer support to book 2 tickets which 160+160=320. But he requested ₹470. I said why i need to pay ₹470 when the the bill is ₹320. He replied that extra ₹150 for popcorn. I denied and inform him that i didn't asked for popcorn and requested him to bill for only tickets. He said that popcorn is add-on with the ticket and i must pay ₹470. I got frustrated because i didn't wanted popcorn and why i need to pay for something that i doesn't want. This is ridiculous. They are looting the customers.

                          I booked The Ticket's Yesterday the money was transferred but I did not received any confirmation message from your side.                             I booked j row seat number but i got different seat numbers and also there is no helpline contact number or anything also
                            When try to contact the number it always say it doesn't exit i even try there email no results
                            I totally booked six tickets in that i booked 5 together and last one separate near to the same seat but when i proceeded with pay i got totally different seat i don't know what do i can't even cancel it or exchange it there is no option in it

                              money deducted from account ticket not booked

                              I booked two tickets for dabaang 3 for cinepolis bestech mall in mohali today for 20 december 9.20 show. The money was deducted from my account but the tickets were not booked. Used the cinepolis app and upi for payment

                              I would like to get a refund as soon as possible please.

                              Please help as soon as possible. Initiate the refund fast.

                              Ankur is doing a lot of intigrity thing and he is doing all cash transfer to his account as in a google pay mode with a customer and he is stelling a tubs from audi's and selling it to customer without punch he has made a friends in concession his name is srikanth and selling all tubs ankur behaviour is not good he is talking rudely with all employees and scolding to employees so please kindly take a actin on these two persons

                                I am from bhopal my name is tarun few days back me and with my family going for watching movie in db mall cinépolis and we take outside food becuase according to law cinema and multiplex can’t deny cusotmer to take outside food but they stop us and said you can’t take food inside i said is it in a rule now that now you can take food inside cinema and multiplex you can check the cinema regulation act 1955 you can’t deny us but they didn’t listen plus mamager also deny that no you can’t take this plus i said you can check in recent the maharashtra govt allow to take outside food inside cinema but they didn’t listen so pls me take action against him that why they are treating cusotmer badly talks badly plus they didn’t following the law which government makes it pls help us in this

                                  We have 3 years child so one lady told us to do confirm for child ticket so while we come to confirm she already got call from first lady of ticket counter so before we ask about child ticket she directly asked that how many members you are and child. And while i said that she had no tights to ask kitne members ho instead of that she has to say kitne ticket chahiye. That lady of ticket counter is very misbehaving person whose name is laxmi. She is laughing in front of me and said me ticket nahi dene cali. She had no rights to say this kind of stuff. Your service is so much pathetic even your higher officer didn't tell her anything for misbehaving. She left from window and higher officer argued with me instead of asking me what that lady misbehaving with me. This kind of service you are providing to customer we always prefer to watch movie in rajhansh they never do this kind of thing. But due to show time issue we choose cinepolis adajan branch, surat. Seriously next time we never come to here even more over it now rules has been changed for taking food inside to theater. No one can deny to take food inside i took apple for child but they didn't allow me and took it out side so upgrade your service and rules to your employees.

                                  Really poor service. Currently i am watching movie with 3 tickets including child. Please contact me i want to talk with your higher authority. My number is [protected].

                                  The ticket price at Sudha Cinepolis is 138 and 112 but today for the movie Prathi Roju Pandage they had charged ₹200/- per ticket this way for 3 tickets I had booked, I had paid an extra amount of ₹186. Please help me understand why this movie has such pricing where other movies at ₹138 and ₹112 per ticket?
