Made this transaction for buying movie tickets on cinepolis mobile app for 375 inr on 3rd january 2018. After the payment, when i was back on the application, there was no movie ticket booked under my tickets. I didn't receive any email/sms for the booked tickets.
Have been following up with the bank and to your complaint channel through application but no resolution so far. Have spoke on cinepolis on facebook chat and they confirmed that the amount will be credited in few days but nothing happened and they stopped replying as well post that.
