Hey good morning,

I booked a ticket for the movie saaho for 30th august showtime is 9.30 am. Which i am attaching the screenshot of the confirmed email.
But when i reached at the cinema hall, they said due to the technical problem content is not available, so refund already initiated, it may reflect after 3 weeks in your bank account. But it's already 28 days gone and it's not refunded. Also one message was came to my cellphone with same stated. I am also attaching that message to you.

Please take this email as serious and made on investigation such that when i will got my refund.

        cctv night cameras inside theatres of cinepolis bangalore

        Can you please let me know if there are any cctv cameras inside theatres which can work during show time in cinepolis bangalore near binny mills road. Do we have privacy inside while watching the movie or everything will be disclosed to your theatre team. Please reply as soon as possible. I was surprised seeing some redlight near entrance of one of the screens. Is that true, i have heard from my friends also....

          I visited with my wife at cinepolis grand venice noida uttar pradesh.
          Den i want to purchase two tickets of movie so they told me that this particular tickets are available with combo only which i really dont want to buy they charged me extra amount along with my tickets which no mean to me so when i asked them not to add combo so he rudely denied n says that "sir if you dont want to add combo then sorry seats are not availble so either choose another seat or purchase online" this kind of behaviour n forcement is really not tolerable as i alreafy told him that today is my fast still the guy is like forcing me. His name is rahul who is attending me and really don't appreciate this kind of behaviour as completely not justified.

            I am complaining about cinepolis vadodara, inorbit mall. From last 3 times the theatre is highly lacking the punctuality about show timings. It starts minimum 20-25 mins late which is very disappointing. It is not expected to be disappointed jn such basic thing. One time we had to inform the management to open the screen, which they totally forgot. Our time is very precious, please respect it.

            As of Government of Maharashtra has passed a law in which we the consumers can take outside etables in the cinema hall then this cinema hall should aslo accept it. Why they are not allowing to take outside eatables.

              In weekend i went to watch a movie at cinepolis eta mall bangalore. The pricing of the movie is high on weekend along with that popcorn, coke and other items are too costly as well. Also the popcorn which i got was not hot as well. Need to do something in terms of price point. Common man is not able to afford such a luxury. Please atleast make popcorn price less.

              I just don't want the feedback to be shared. I want to see the action taken also. I[censored] charge so heavily on popcorn, coke, nachos, sandwiches and all other items a common man cannot afford it. Also not allowing outside item .Either one of them u need to do . Entertainment doesn't mean looting People as u want to earn heavily from it. Entertainment is a service provided to the customer with best of its interest. Everything in ETA Cinepolis is costly.

                    On 2nd september 2019- i went for mission mangal at cinepolis sector 17 chandigarh (7:40 show).in the interval i ate the sausage bun roll with different sauces. The next morning i had severe food poisoning - low bp, high (102) fever, several episodes of vomiting and loose motions to the extent that doctors advised me to get admitted in the hospital (Healing touch, sector 34, chandigarh). I have suffered from extreme pain and agony over the food they provide.

                      no subtitle for other language like telugu, english

                      Please add subtitles to movies screened in shantiniketan and in spi aura cinemas itpl bangalore for hindi, telugu, tamil, kannada and english movies. People willing to watch other language movies would be benefited. This would encourage people to watch and learn from other language as we are mostly floating population in bangalore

                      I went to purchase movie ticket at Cinepolis Greater Noida, and they said popcorn and cold drink is compulsory to buy or no movie ticket, as per the term & conditions there is nothing in written that customer has to buy popcorn and drinks with movie ticket.This is really bad about Cinepolis Greater Noida that they are looting customers each day with such a bad scam. I think management must look into matter otherwise consumer forum is the last option for customers.

                        Left jacket in the movie theater. Last show with last ones to leave the movie hall. When we went back to look for the jacket, its not there anymore. Jacket stolen by them.                           Dear sir /mam. Please inform me that u r using hidden cameras in movie theatre at ur lucknow mall... Because some days ago i have seen a movie... And there a green light beem is always on. So is it a hidden camera or anything else.. Because i[censored] r using hidden cameras what about privacy o[censored]r customer... I[censored] r using cctv or hidden cameras then u r cheating ur customer... So pls inform me about this... As quick as possible... Solve my problem

                            Dear Cinepolis Representative,

                            On August 19, 2019 (Monday) my nephews wanted to watch 'Dora & The Lost City of Gold' ("Movie"). I tried to book tickets through BookmyShow, however, their phone app showed that none of the top-line seats were available. The above phone app further showed that due to heavy bookings, only limited seats were available for sale. I obviously knew that Bookmyshow was being irrational and fraudulent...

                            I went for a movie today, details attached.

                            Beside me it was a family, husband and wife i think.

                            They were commenting on every single action. Dialogue. And your seats were so close that it was literally in my ear.

                            In front of me there was another family with an infant.

                            Put some awareness before the show and do not let infants at least. Most of all, make your seating distance a bit better.

                            Spoiled my day completely.
