Saw manikarnika-rani laxmibai on 30th feb & gully boy on6th march at cinepolis high street at thane. Still not received points message or mail.
Earlier points used to get credited before you leave booking window. Down side booking windows at high street were closed at 7.40p. M. Attendent said points would credit in 24 hours. On [protected]. Nothing happene till now....

The loyalty points sms came and advised to book tickets to get a discount of the points accumulated. Whenever i try to book the ticket, it says something like "you do not have enough points, please use another number which has sufficient points". Please check with your viviana mall all cenipolise staff for ring. I lost my gold ring during movie on 5th mar 19 in viviana mall audi 2 4.25pm show. I ask your all staff but not get proper reply. They come with me but what about house keeping staff why they not came if they clear everything frm area then how they not got my ring. Please do with your end for the same.

I purchased 4movi tickets of total dhamal with pepsi combo and larger popcorn when i ask for one empty peps paper glass they deny for giving me one empty glass i think you don't need the customer thear is no customer value theair is important off countable glass but no importance of customers very bad service i paid for combo 530 rupee but you deny only one empty pepsi glass bad experience...

Dear sir / madam, when i was watching movie there was continuous light beam and red dots light falling on my face, is that of any hidden cameras if so it should be informed earlier during the movie begin, and what about individuals privacy, please let me know what exactly the red dsts were and do u have cameras installed inside the cinema hall so please let me your views this things should be openly known to the peoples...

I went to box office of the cinepolis, chose the row and confirmed 8 tickets than the employe over there declined upfrontly and in very bad manner than i called the manager another guy claimed that he is manager and told the booking can not be done. I keep asking why? They keep forcing me to settle and behave in very rude manner. Please take prompt action. They want to sell the 2 tickets at lost of 8 tickets. Very ruthless staff...

15 February 2019 I have booked 2 tickets from cinepolis bhopal at 5:35 pm but my booking was not confirmed and Rs 300 had been deducted from my account. After 5 min I have done another booking and the booking got successful and Rs 280 deducted from my account. I tried to book tickets on cinepolis website for the movie 2.0 on 6 th decemeber-2018. The amount got debitted on my credit card but no ticket was issued. This happened twice. I contacted the theater @ coimbatore and they told that they have server issues and the refund will happen in three working days. i got refund 0f one transaction of rs 2111.60 after regitering a complaint.but the other transaction of rs 1480 is still not refunded even...

Watched mary poppins (Twice) few days back & alita today and on all the occasions the drinks were tastless & quite less fizz. On complaining over counter the guys try to fool & push the idea that that’s the way drinks are (This is nonsense).

Secondly, the effects have been reduced - so if customer is ignorant what to expect then these guys will not give proper effects unless you escalate it. I did it about the seats not having...

I used my paytm to pay amount at box-office at hyderabad, manjeera mall, cenipolice.
At the time of payment my amount is debited from my account but transaction at cenipolice has failed. The person at the counter told that amount will be refunded. But amount not yet refunded. I booked 3 tickets.. Everything got well payment was done, i received message to and confirmation mail too but i am not able to download m - ticket.
I am trying to open the link from message but it is showing only blue screen. Nothing else

Help me out soon.. Tell what can be done next.
This is the second time bad experience with cinepolis website......

My cinepolis loyalty membership linked to mobile number [protected]. I am unable to redeem loyalty points on the website and same with mobile app. On website after login, i try to book movie and select club points as payment option, it doesn't process further.
On mobile app it gives error (Invalid points) on payment by club points.

Please give me a possible solution....

I had 491 points till OCT 26, 2018 and there was problem in redeeming these points at your website. Now I found the way to redeem them but they are expired. Pl put them back into my account as I couldnt use them when they were available. You can check into my account details linked to below mobile no. - [protected]

I have 262points in my cinepolis account which states that i am a loyal cinepolis visitor however i am unable to redeem the same.

The link you share for redemption is bogus and your site does not have any process of redemption

The points will expire on 31st march 2019.

The website has a redeem points options but it doesnot take you to the web page for redemption. Kindly help...

I had 2 packed food with me for my 3.5 year daugher. I requested the gaurd and than floor manager to allow me with food but floor manager mr varun khandelwal behaved like i made crime by informaing him that i have packed food with me.

I had booked 1 tickets for the movie "THACKREY"

My phone pe was charged for rs. 150 but i did not receive any ticket booking confirmation by sms or by email and not even on the cinepolis website. Please refund the entire amount to my account at the earliest as I had taken the ticket again by cash at DB city Cinepolis bhopal.

Please solve this problem asap....
