Saw manikarnika-rani laxmibai on 30th feb & gully boy on6th march at cinepolis high street at thane. Still not received points message or mail.
Earlier points used to get credited before you leave booking window. Down side booking windows at high street were closed at 7.40p. M. Attendent said points would credit in 24 hours. On [protected]. Nothing happene till now....

The loyalty points sms came and advised to book tickets to get a discount of the points accumulated. Whenever i try to book the ticket, it says something like "you do not have enough points, please use another number which has sufficient points". Please check with your viviana mall all cenipolise staff for ring. I lost my gold ring during movie on 5th mar 19 in viviana mall audi 2 4.25pm show. I ask your all staff but not get proper reply. I lost my wallet in audi 4 (G8 to g13) seat number. It was black in colour with two debit cards and one sodexo meal card. I had my husband's pan card in there and 2500 approx cash. After 5 min I have done another booking and the booking got successful and Rs 280 deducted from my account. I tried to book tickets on cinepolis website for the movie 2.0 on 6 th decemeber-2018. The amount got debitted on my credit card but no ticket was issued. This happened twice. I contacted the theater @ coimbatore and they told that they have server issues and the refund will happen in three working days. i got refund 0f one transaction of rs 2111.60 after regitering a complaint.but the other transaction of rs 1480 is still not refunded even...

bad drinks & curtailed cinema effects

Watched mary poppins (Twice) few days back & alita today and on all the occasions the drinks were tastless & quite less fizz. On complaining over counter the guys try to fool & push the idea that that’s the way drinks are (This is nonsense).

Secondly, the effects have been reduced - so if customer is ignorant what to expect then these guys will not give proper effects unless you escalate it. I did it about the seats not having...

unable to redeem points on website and app.

My cinepolis loyalty membership linked to mobile number [protected]. I am unable to redeem loyalty points on the website and same with mobile app. On website after login, i try to book movie and select club points as payment option, it doesn't process further.
On mobile app it gives error (Invalid points) on payment by club points.

Please give me a possible solution....

The link you share for redemption is bogus and your site does not have any process of redemption

The points will expire on 31st march 2019.
