I have booked two tickets through cinepolis website at cinepolis esplanade bhubaneswar on 24.04.2019 for the movie avengers:end game (3d-eng) for the 11:55 am show. I have received booking confirmation mail and one sms for downloading the m-ticket.

But, the link in the sms for downloading the m-ticket is not opening.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

    m-ticket link is not working

    Hello,
    I have booked 4 tickets for 27th april 2019 show at 3:35 pm for avengers:endgame movie show in season's mall pune.

    I used the app to book the tickets and paid using credit card. The sms that i received contains a link from cinepolis to download the m tickets and the link does not work.
    I have received the confirmation email of this purchase via email but i'm unable to download the m tickets as the link...

    I tried to book two tickets for avengers endgame in the imax screen pune. The amount 1015 was deducted from my credit card and i received confirmation email and sms as well. But there is no m-ticket in the link mentioned in the sms. I sent email to [protected]@cinepolis.com but received no reply. How can i be sure that my tickets are confirmed?

      My wife bookes 2 tickets for avengers endgame on 21st april for the 9.15 show on the 26th at royal meenakshi mall cinepolis theater in bangalore.
      My wife chose the m ticket and then paid for it. She received a link for the mticket which will simply show a blue screen. We tried multiple mobiles etc with no help. She did not even receive an email confirmation. All we have is the print of the confirmation in their website. I did email cinepolis as they do not have customer helpline. No reply or acknowledgment from their end.
      Forget international standards, this theater doesn't even have any standards. Always i used bookmyshow which works well. This is the second time this issue has happened on their website. They do not even maintain their website well.
      I have seen many people complaining on online forums. This issue has to be taken up seriously and resolved. There is no customer support from these people and this is the last time me and my family will ever visit cinepolis. At least pvr is much better in customer handling.

        I booked 2 imax avengers endgame tickets for sun 10:15 pm show via cinepolis application.

        I received a booking confirmation on my email id and i was charged for the same...
        However, the tickets did not show up on the "my tickets" section of the application. On top, the m-ticket received on via sms does not work!

        Now i do not know whether my tickets are booked or not! Revert asap!

          Worst part, there is no contact number, no email id where we can report our issues.

            I had purchased a promotional coupon book from phoenix advertising from mangalore on november 2, 2018. The firm had mentioned the validity to be six months i. E., until end of april. However, the cinepolis mangalore staff informed that it is expired. This is wrong. I reached out to phoenix advertising to solve this issue. They mentioned they are not responsible for this and cinepolis has to resolve this. Because of this chaos, many of my coupons have been unused and it's a loss for me.
            Kindly do the necessary. As of submission, 22 days have been wasted. I hope the company compensates for the same.

              Today 21st april 2019, i paid for booking of avenger movie via transaction number :[protected]igafyzbvm7 an amount of rs. 281 for the show dated 26th april 2019 for the show tuned 2.20 at the cinepolis eta mall, bangalore.

              But the ticket wasn't booked but the amount was charged to my bank account.

              Kindly credit back my amount or reconfirm the same booking at the earliest.

                  Completed booking a ticket a Cinepolis Manjeera Mall hyderabad using the cinepolis website on 21st April 2019. On completion of payment and order, I received the confirmation email and an SMS to download the M-ticket. But the link does not work. No response from the customer care till now as well.

                  The booking does not even show up in the booking history.

                  Would be great if you could resolve this and allow me to download the M-ticket or email the same.

                    Today i was at cinepolis, city centre mall, mangalore. While booking ticket to movie, i had asked for a 150rs ticket in vip section but the person on the counter was like you have to buy tickets in combo only. That is 150ticket+100 popcorn combo. When i asked for movie tickets only, the counter guy asked me to book tickets online and he insisted of not giving tickets only. I was forcibly made to purchase combo tickets. This has been going on for a long time on weekends as there is crowd moving in and most of them don't know this.. Hence forth i am not suggesting any of my friends or family member to cinepolis as this is one worst kind of service provided so as to reach target or something like that.

                        I am writing this in order to inform you that i was making booking for my 4 movie tickets for kesari movie @viviana mall for a 1:05 pm show for today (19th april, 2019), after making the payment via net banking (Icici bank), i was flashed with a screen that showed that the booking was cancelled.

                        But to my surprise within fraction of seconds i received a message from my bank, that i was debited with 860 rupees.
                        I want a urgent action to be taken on the same and provide me with my refund as soon as possible.

                          Anjali name ki larki ticket counter pe kam karti hai muzaffarpur cinepolise me. Bahut hi ganda behave karti hai isake wajah se mera ticket ka paisa waste chala gaya bahut hi ghatiya stuff hai. Jab mai isse puchna chaha ki problem kya hai to cabin ke andar chali gayi aur phone pe bat karne lagi.
                          I wannna ask to cinepolise management why do hire this kind of cheap stuff who never know how to behave with customer.

                            Sir,

                            I am a cinepolis member. This happen when i went to watch shazam at cinepolis, inorbut mall vadodara, gujarat. Ticket of rs. 170/- for the show of 1:30 pm on 05.04.19 was refused because i don't have change. I was only having rs 500/- with no credit or debit cards. So i was refused ticket for not having change for rs. 170/-.

                            Kindly take necessary action against such unprofessional behaviours.

                              I tried booking 2 tickets for “how to train your dragon 3” 5:55pm imax show at cinepolis viviana mall through your website.
                              Payment was made through upi and has been successful but there has been no tickets generated yet. (Have attached transaction confirmation screenshots for reference over mail)

Both tickets are of kesari movie... I have booked tickets through bookmyshow app but still no club points are added to my account,... Kindly fix my issue

                                Dear sir / madam, when i was watching movie there was continuous blink of light from a camera like device, is that of any hidden cameras if so it should be informed earlier during the movie begin, and what about individuals privacy, please let me know what exactly the lights were and do u have cameras installed inside the cinema hall so please let me your views this things should be openly known to the peoples...

                                The price of ticket was ₹110 for a 8:50 show, and i tried to buy two tickets for ₹220, but the guy on ticket counter kept adding a ₹100 combo with each ticket and said it was mandatory to get the combo. He said the ticket will cost you 220 (110+100) with or without it, even when there was no reference to such compulsions anywhere on bookmyshow. The incident took place in city mall, kota.

                                  I tried to redeem my cinepolis points on official website as well as on cinepolis app but failed to do so.
                                  The app is showing that no valid points are there in my account while i have received a msg informing that i have 204 points in my account and cinepolis club is also showing the same
                                  I tried to find out any customer care number but could not find it.
                                  No customer support is available.
                                  Very disappointing thing as i am regular customer of cinepolis.
                                  Pathetic experience in this context.
