On 17th feb, i booked 2 tickets worth rs.590 for venue - cinepolis lake mall, kolkata, executive seat no. 6, 7 for 18/01/2018, 14:35 pm show of black panther 3d by paying via netbanking. However after the successful debit i did not receive any email or message from cinepolis as confirmation where a booking id is given.
Since then i have been regularly emailing them about the problem to and the issue is not resolved till today inspite of giving them my bank statement proof and online payment receipt.
I have again mailed them yesterday but received no response.

I am already fed up with Cinepolis. The reply seems the same that they are looking into my concern which for the past 1 month without any progress. Please don't give your same old reply that my concern is being looked at, just return my money. Not a single personnel gets in touch via phone no or anything neither their complaint number is working.

The complaint is not resolved please dont mark it as resolved. i have not received any refund and all i receive is regular apology for the delay and that they r looking onto the matter. the worst service i have ever come across. Time to drag them to government consumer complaint forum

I have given my all the details to Cinepolis but it has been more than 2 months and they have not refunded my excessive amount back.

    Ridiculous that cinepolis does not keep enough shows for english movies at par with hindi movies

    There are not enough shows for english movies at Viviana mall cinepolis

    English show has only one timing and that too late at night which is inconvenient for people staying far away to accompany family such late at night

    So unjust unfair

      Complaint regarding cinepolis bangalore fun cinemas sigma mall cunningham road manager roshan (Mob # [protected])

      A couple of months back i had been repeatedly complaining to cinepolis through emails, messengers and through facebook stating that rs 2500/- cinepolis
      Reward points in total were not updated to my registered account (Mobile # [protected]). After weeks of repeated followups with cinepolis and repeated denials by cinepole finally a bold cinepolis hr directed the cinepolis fun cinemas manager roshan (Mob # [protected]) to own the responsibility of ensuring that i get the due points benefit. Mr. Roshan from cinepolis fun cinema called me in december 2017 apologizing for all the inconvenience and promised that he will ensure that i get the rs 2500 worth points movie tickets going forward and he advised me to call him or message him over his mobile and he will arrange the tickets when ever i need them. I told him that this could be very difficult for him to remember and implement as he might not remember in future and i will have to go through the whole loop of follow ups. But mr. Roshan promised to not fall short and gave me a gentleman's promise on behalf of cinepolis that he will respect his committment without fail. But, alas, as i had anticipated after getting me just 3 tickets for one movie totaling to 450 points out of the 2500 worth points he refused to cooperate and suddenly forgot all about his gentleman's promise on behalf of cinepolis and refused to give me anymore tickets against the pending points that cinepolis never added. Mr. Roshan suddenly started quoting that as per his system i was eligible only for 168 points and he has done the needful upto 168 points and will not give anymore tickets and go ahead and speak to the cinepolis hr who had assigned him the responsibility of ensuring that i am given the benefit of all tge due points basis which mr. Roshan had promised me to ensure that i get the due benefits. I just don't understand how cinepolis operates... Firstly they don't credit the reward points many times... On complaining they ask me to sunmit the original tickets with them... Then they do mothing about... Then they ask me to submit copies of the orginal tickets... Then they deny that points were not added... Then they apologise for their mistakes and promise to make good for their shortcomings and then they deny having ever made any such promises... I mean i have been repeatedly complaining for over a year about all the problems with cinepolis but they never ever seem to own their mistakes and genuinely commit to solving their customers' complaints... Infact they repeatedly have insulted their customers and made their customers feel like liers and disrespected. What kind of brand is cinepolis that gives no value to its customers and the promises it makes to its customers. How does cinepolis survive with managers like roshan who promise and then backoff their word to their customers. Such mistakes and breaking of promises will be extremely harmful to brand cinepolis in the longterm a brand is all about the promise of quality service and quality product that you gaurantee to your customers...       Please find attached the response from your staff on how easily they have tried to escape from the whole responsibility by stating that they have found no record of the RS 2500/- points.

      Isn't it obvious from all my complaints over the last six months that your staff after collecting all the hard copy tickets from me have not updated any of those details in your record and that is exactly what I have been complaining about.

      They are trying to cover up their mistake of losing my tickets and not having updated the same now by offerings cheap 133 points.

      I mean there is no logic to what your staff is doing and saying. Misers and liers to the core. Not one of your staff members has the intergrity to own up to their mistakes and do the right things. Instead they are harassing a customer for the last six months by repeatedly giving the same answers.

        3 weeks completed, money not refunded back

        27th jan we booked for 10.20 show at cinepolis coimbatore for movie thaanaa serndha kootaam.. After payment confirmation we dint receive the tickets but amount got deducted from my debit card. Request you to refund the same asap. Request you to send some confirmation mail at the earliest. We couldn't find any call center services or number. Pls chk. We don't have any bookig i'd becoz... We don't get the ticket but amount got deducted.

        I have take nachos & coke450ml from cinepolis i have paid by paytm wallet but the merchant told me that your transaction has declinne then i have paid by visa card and my paytm wallet also debited so ihave call paytm they said transaction is successfull pls talk to cine polis customer call

          I wanted to book a 3d movie ticket for the movie padmavat but by mistake i asked for 9:30 show so the ticket distributor operating at cinepolis v3s mall laxmi nagar provided me with 2d ticket (Indeed i hadn't asked for 3d movie tickets but also i didn't mentioned for 2d movie tickets moreover the operator doesn't provided us information regarding tickets).
          However the 2d movie tickets for padmavat was booked.
          Then i asked operator to help us by exchanging tickets to 3d movie tickets but he denied & provided us with the option to wait till tommrow morning if some seats would be available till tommrow he will provide us.
          But issue is we wanted 3d tickets & he didn't exchanged it.
          I'm really dissatisfied with your service.
          I hope you would be able to help us & come with positive changes in your system.

              Hello! Yesterday i tried to book tickets for padhmaavat at cinepolis lake mall for the 5pm show. The amount of 1020rs is debited from my account. However the tickets weren't booked. I want to get a refund as soon as possible.

              This is very unprofessional behaviour from such a big site. I am a student and don't have ample money to book tickets number of times. Please refund my money back asap.

                I used my yes bank debit card at cinepolis based on the ad seen in the theatre and online that there will be 50% off on buying tickets on weekend. I used my yes bank debit card on a saturday and still now, i. E., wednesday, i haven't received the cash back as i was told at the booking counter. I checked the terms and conditions and found that this benefit is extended till march 2018

                    Me and my friends had gone to cinepolis mangalore for a 7pm show and had ordered nachos for snacks.in the additives section jalapeños were empty and on asking for a refill we were told that its empty. We asked if it’ll at least be at the interval but were rudely said no. I understand the availability issue but shows run till 10pm here. I don’t understand how they can deny everyone. Some days later when we had come for another show we were told all combos are cancelled because popcorn buckets are unavailable. This is ridiculous. How can you cancel all the combos. Even the nachos were empty. Highly disappointed. We are regular movie goers and more so in cinepolis for their good theatres and also excellent snacks. But now cinepolis is definitely not on our list. And we are terribly let down

                      Hey Cinépolis I have tried to book my tickets today for padmaavat at lake mall branch. Transaction showed failed but money debited from my account. I want a refund immediately. The amount is of 1020 INR for 4 tickets. The show timing was 5pm.

                        Hello sir/madam,

                        I have tried to book two tickets at www.cinepolisindia.com/ on sunday 07th jan 2018 morning for tiger zinda hai 06;15 pm sunday 07th jan 2018 show in cinepolis orion east mall banaswadi, bangalore. I have used yes bank credit card for the booking and total booking amount was rs. 300/-. After completing all the steps while doing the payment at the end it came as "transaction got unsuccessful". But amount was deducted from credit card and tickets were not booked. I thought it will be refunded back to credit card but when today i have checked with yes bank customer care i got to know that amount has been claimed by the cinepolis and at the yes bank end it is a successful transaction.

                        This is highly unprofessional service at your end. If your website is not able to cater ticketing service please stop that and don't trouble customers. Please look into the above issue and refund back my amount otherwise i have to take strict actions against you.

                          Dear sir

                          On 23rd dec i booked via cinepolis app and paid rs. 1080 via mobikwik ([protected]@ymail.com) for a booking of six tickets at cinepolis grand mall, muzaffarpur for tiger zinda hai show timing 9:45 am 24th dec.

                          The tickets were not booked but the payment was deducted from my mobikwik wallet.

                          Again i booked the same seats (Exact same premium seats) as they were available for booking which means they were not booked by my earlier payment done via mobikwik app and this time i used the option to pay at counter. On 24th december i took only 5 tickets and paid rs. 900/- at the counter.

                          I asked for refund from mobikwik as the same tickets were booked and paid via cash meaning that the payment deducted by mobikwik was wrong but mobikwik puts total blame on cinepolis that the transaction was successful and asks for a confirmation from your side

                          I am providing you the details of tickets booked i. E. The code you provide when a ticket is booked for your reference and ask you to help me claim my refund from the mobikwik. Code: wkthjlx (This was successful)

                          The Successful transaction for which ticket was booked is this Ticket Code: wkthjlx. this payment was done through cash Ticket was booked through Cinepolis app and paymet was made at the counter.

                          However, I am complaining about this transaction done through my mobikwik wallet for which no ticket was booked but my wallet was debited and mobikwik is denying refund blaming it all on you.

                          Here it is noteworthy that after my transaction was failed when payment made through mobikwik, I booked the same seats which were not booked earlier, after a halt as those seats were not available for some time as it happens in such cases. when the same seats were available it was quite clear that the debit from mobikwik was unsuccessful and will get automatically refunded. However they denied it .

                            Good evening sir/maam. With due respect i would like to inform that while doing a card transaction in cinepolis guwahati on 25th morning, my first transaction got unsuccessful because of some network issue but my amount got credited to cinepolis account so i again added one more ticket, selected the same seat and booked along with one extra ticket to change the amount to rs 1350 in order to avoid confusion.

                            Later by night when checking i didn't get the amount back to my account. If my first transaction was successful then i couldn't have booked the same seat again. Kindly look into the matter and request you to revert my amount of rs.1080 to my used card as soon as possible if the amount is credited to your account.

                              I was attempting to book 2 tickets for the movie "Tiger Zinda Hai" on 02/01/18 from the cinepolis website online. The transaction did not complete twice and tickets were not issued. But later when I checked my account, the funds were deducted twice. Please do the needful to get me my refund. The booking was attempted in the Patron name Abhijeet Raha for the 7:45pm show on 02/01/18 at the Guwahati Cinepolis for the movie Tiger Zinda Hai.

                                31/12/17 - on the counter of celecbration mall, cenipolise amritsar - a promo of 50% cash back (By yes bank and cinepolise) on using the yes bank cards for movie tickets were displayed.. So i used my yes bank debit card for 2 times, but did not get any cash back. Mid no. [protected] invoice no. 002444 rs. 380 (No cash back)
                                2nd entry - invoice no. 002445. No cash back.

                                Cinepolis every time take my cell no. But does not add purchase points in my account.
                                I think i have not got points for more then 25 tickets of full rate in last couple of months.

                                  On 20.12.2017, I tried ticketing through your website www.cinepolisindia.com for 23.12.2017 at Cinepolis, Central Mall, Guwahati for the movie "Tiger Zinda Hai", 1:00 p.m show. The ticket cost of Rs.940 was deducted from my credit card ending 0820 but no ticket nos were generated. I even tried the recover email confirmation option but it showed no booking against my email id.
                                  On 21.12.2017, I again booked 4 tickets for the same show as detailed above. Booking Id.95104.
                                  Therefore, I would like to request you to refund Rs.940 (first ticketing attempt on 20.12.2017) against which no booking no. etc was generated.

                                    You have paid rs. 600.00 to aip*cinepolis india pr mumbai ind via your card ending with 4339. Your wallet balance is rs. 2126.21 and transaction id is [protected]. Tranascation was done on 20th oct 2017 but no tickets were generated.
                                    Again we did the next transaction and got the tickets.
                                    It has been 1 and half month now, and we are yet to receive our failed transaction amount of rs. 600/- back.
                                    Since that time we are doing follow up with cinepolis from last 1 mnth. Regarding this.

                                    So requesting you to refund us this amount in the wallet.
