Hi.. My name is arshad ansari,
I tried booking 2 tickets for movie 'subh mangal savdhan' on 29 september 2017 for 30 september 5:35 pm show, at viviana mall thane maharashtra, from the cinepolis app.
Although rs.440 got debited from my account, no ticket was booked. Till date i have not received a refund,
I have lodged complaints through the app and have also raised the issue in cinepolis viviana mall thane, with mr. Sagar (Unit head) and i was also talk with mr. Abhimit kumar (Cinepolis finance department) he was tell me your money was send automatically to your account same day,
Till date i have neither received the refund,
I have also e-mail to [protected]@cinepolis.com with my bank statement,
On taking up the matter with the bank, the bank has also informed that they had not received any communication or refund from cinepolis,
No refund has been received by me even after 36 days after the transaction although no ticket was booked,
