Date of incident:8th2018
It happened again on 8th2018. I didn’t receive ticket but money taken from my account.
Previously i had lodged a same complaint for different booking. Money has not been refunded yet for the same.

Its really a worst experience with cinepolis

Dear team,

The transaction was done on 29th March on Cinepolis website. The money has been debited on my Paytm account both the times and the reversal is still pending.

An amount totalling to rs. 1440 is at stake and after repeated follow ups on Facebook and mail they are not responding.

Apart from the first response on both the places, they haven’t bothered to state a single line of revert....

As ready player one - a movie directed by legendary director steven spielberg is not released in ahmedabad pvr acropolis mall. People were waiting outside to get movie t be released but as because of baagihi2 you kept a good movie on hold. Atleast you can keep one show by removing black panther or pacific rim. And literally people were waiting in queue for this movie first day first show...

On 3rd october 2017 at around 16.22 we initiated a payment of rs 657.60 for 3 tickets for the film newton at lake mall kolkata through your website www.cinepolisindia.com

The amount was deducted but no ticket confirmation received and we had to purchase again.

The link you share for redemption is bogus and your site does not have any process of redemption

The points will expire on 31st march 2018.

The website has a redeem points options but it doesnot take you to the web page for redemption. Kindly help...

I am watching sajjan singh rangroot in cinepolis of mall of amritsar, amritsar. The air conditioner is not working even after half hour of complaint. I am seated at c14-c17 and i have to literally leave the theater because of this issue. Please make it worth for people to watch the movie and atleast educated supportive staff to listen to your complaint...

She was working there as checker, of stuff people carring. She treated so badly and didn't got to even sit for almost 8 hours. And this is not enough they even not allowed to eat food in between time.in star bazaar the emploees are treated very badly

If we book online ticket charges per person are rs.100 on any movie full day but your staff forcibly charge double amount saying refreshment slip is compulsory for everyone. We didn't like this compulsion at all as in earlier years it was customer's choice to avail the offer or not. Kindly ask your staff to co-operate with customers and not force them to take the coupons...

I have tried to book two tickets from www.cinepolisindia.com of pari not a fairytale for 11th mar 2018 13.35pm show at fun republic mall, coimbatore. I have used phonepe upi id for the booking. After completing the booking i was charged rs. 400/- but no tickets were provided to me.

On 17th feb, i booked 2 tickets worth rs.590 for venue - cinepolis lake mall, kolkata, executive seat no. 6, 7 for 18/01/2018, 14:35 pm show of black panther 3d by paying via netbanking. However after the successful debit i did not receive any email or message from cinepolis as confirmation where a booking id is given.

27th jan we booked for 10.20 show at cinepolis coimbatore for movie thaanaa serndha kootaam.. After payment confirmation we dint receive the tickets but amount got deducted from my debit card. Request you to refund the same asap. Request you to send some confirmation mail at the earliest. We couldn't find any call center services or number. Pls chk. We don't have any bookig i'd becoz...
