I booked a movie tickets. Money is deducted but i did not got and confirmation about tickets. Moreover i didnt get any confirmation about any order number too.
Can i expect any update about it from your side?
For your convenience, i am updating a screenshot too.
Date, timings, transaction id, amount, etc., everything is mentioned in it. We also confirmed about tickets from the ticket counter too, but the booking was not confirmed. We bought another tickets on the spot.

I have done movie ticket booking on[protected] of Rs.645 . I have used paytm walllet for the same. Where in my money debited and ticket has not been booked. As per paytm team transaction has happened sucessfully. So they are not helping me.
As I have booked thru Cinepolis site, money is with you. Kindly refund my amount.
