I have booked 2 tickets for avengers: infinity war 27 april 2018 12.45 show at cinepolis one awadh centre lucknow, on 24 april 2018. I have paid via debit card, money got deducted from card but still didn't received any confirmation about the tickets booked.
Please help me as soon as possible

    Hello! I just now booked two tickets for VEERE DI WEDDING in Cinepolis Lake Mall kolkata for 5:30pm show. The amount of Rs.360/- was debited from my bank account but the tickets aren’t booked. Now this is happening for the second time which is ridiculous.

    Kindly help me with the refund! Attaching the debited reciept from the bank.

        I booked the ticket through ciniepolis app and i selected the payment method as upi which was using phone pe and amount is deducted but i didn't get my tickets i checked in the app but in that no tickets were available so i mailed to there official mail id which is "[protected]@cinepolis.com" but there are not responding to the mail my booking was for infinity war movie on 28 april at 10:00am show but till now i didn't received any tickets conformation mail this is the worst experience ever and this is my frist i'm booking using cinipolies app

        I watch movies at cinepolis, season's mall, Pune... When I book tickets online/ offline, , , .. Points get added to the membership but never found points redemption box on your app, , , , , . Often these points gets expired without using, , , , .

          Wow! It seems like this is an ongoing thing with this company. On 4/22/2018 i attempted to buy tickets to avengers. I got a message saying "verification code incorrect." i called citibank & they said they approved the transaction yet i didn't get any email with my tickets & it looks like on the website the seats were later sold since 4 of the 5 i picked are taken, but the one on the end isn't. I sent an email yet there is no message in my account. I haven't received an email response either. Basically it appears that i have been scammed. What i find interesting is that every time i call customer service for any company i get an indian representative and now when i want to call an indian company i can't find a number for them or get in touch with them. :/

            All this is fraud. Don't give your complaint & details of email and calls. As some people try to manipulate you and get hold of your card. And then you might fall to their trap and loose your money.
            I got a call from an unidentified number claiming to be
            from Cinepolisindia end. And wanted to know my bank balance and my card number and other private details. When I asked why does he need it? He said to resolve the issue and settle the amount. But I did not share him details as he might be fraud. He just hang up the phone. What is this now?

              It is brought to your notice that i tried to book tickets for avengers infinity wars on 24th april 2018. The show time being 3:30 pm. An amount of ₹630 was taken from the bank account and no tickets were given.
              Apart from the fact that cinepolis is a reputed business firm, such issues are directly your responsibility. We will settle for nothing less than a refund or tickets for the time best suited to us. Disappointed as i am, i wish for a speedy reply and proper management of this rather foul even that has occurred. Well aware of our consumer rights, further necessary steps will be taken should this issue be taken lightly.

                Booking method: cinépolis mobile app
                Date : friday, april 27, 2018
                Time : 07:00pm
                Location : thane viviana
                Audi 1 atmos
                Seat : q30 & q31.
                Payment mode axis bank debit card ending 1902
                Payment was deducted but no confirmation received. Also app not showing tickets confirmation or booked tickets

                Pls check and confirm

                        Hello all, i am having credit card of yes bank ltd and i get the e mail from yes bank that there is 50% discount on my credit card on purchase of 2 tickets on weekend and i have purchased two ticket of inr 220 from your cinepolis theatre, imperial sqaure, adajan, surat, gujarat on 25/03/2018 but i am not getting 50% discount and accordingly i contacted yes bank customer care and as per them my card swiep detail shown imperial square mall s surat ind instead of cinepolis and they denied to give me any credit, now you people let me know how i come to know what is the swipe detail come on my credit card statement and this seems simply cheating by cinepolis and this is not accepted and if here my complaint not resolved then i will take this matter to twitter so people came to know how cinepolis was cheated people.                         I tried booking tickets for 14:50 show of October for Cinepolis Royal Meenakshi mallusing cinepolis website.
                        Money got deducted but got no tickets. Even your error page showed money will not get deducted but it did. What a rubbish website!

                            This was never resolved untill I was on the verge of dragging Cinepolis to consumer court. I had all the legal papers ready. Then they bowed down and thought of resolving this issue. Guys never leave them how small amount may be. Take them to consumer court. They should learn lesson. It was so frustrating dealing with Cinepolis for so many days. They were never pro-active. Just think about small amounts of customers money adding and they make so much money.

                              I booked my movie tickets for film October using my yes bank debit card to use the yes bank 50 off offer. I reached the confirmation page which asked me to print it. But I'm not able to and I have'nt received any email confirmation either.
                              there is no customer care or any platform to complain about this. Please issue my tickets or refund my money back asap. This is very bad service.

                                  I tried booking a ticket for October film in Guwahati Cinepolis today at 9.30pm today. My Mobikwik Wallet was debited yet I did not get any ticket. I tried to complain on your app but it is not taking up my complaint. You do not even have a valid customer care helpline. What sort of rubbish customer care is this. I want a refund or issue if my ticket immediately. My first time experience was so pathetic that I will never book from your application again..

                                    I booked a movie tickets. Money is deducted but i did not got and confirmation about tickets. Moreover i didnt get any confirmation about any order number too.
                                    Can i expect any update about it from your side?
                                    For your convenience, i am updating a screenshot too.
                                    Date, timings, transaction id, amount, etc., everything is mentioned in it. We also confirmed about tickets from the ticket counter too, but the booking was not confirmed. We bought another tickets on the spot.
