I booked a movie tickets. Money is deducted but i did not got and confirmation about tickets. Moreover i didnt get any confirmation about any order number too.
Can i expect any update about it from your side?
For your convenience, i am updating a screenshot too.
Date, timings, transaction id, amount, etc., everything is mentioned in it. We also confirmed about tickets from the ticket counter too, but the booking was not confirmed. We bought another tickets on the spot.

    I have done movie ticket booking on[protected] of Rs.645 . I have used paytm walllet for the same. Where in my money debited and ticket has not been booked. As per paytm team transaction has happened sucessfully. So they are not helping me.

    As I have booked thru Cinepolis site, money is with you. Kindly refund my amount.

        Drinking water not available today april 14th and they are selling water bottles in higher mrp. Other foid items are also getting sold here at higher price.

        Movie start time is 11am today but its starting after 20 mins. It is wasting our time. Its not the first instance. These offences are repeatative.

          Hi, i have just done an online booking for tomorrow sat 14th april 12:25 pm show for october movie. My credit card has also been charged and i can see the 3 seats alloted to me on the screen.

          However i have not received the confirmation email and the confirmation sms on my email id and my mobile number provided.

          Request you to do the needful asap. Also it will be helpful if someone can speak to me at +91 [protected] asap.

            I made payment for 2 tickets under their promotion going on for movie october on yes bank debit cards at janak cinepolis cinema.
            My money got deducted but it showed an error message.
            I need refund for the amount that got debited. And if cinepolis is running under debt or progressing towards bankruptsy they can go for crowd funding rather than doing these sick trick to nake money.

              On 12th april i have booked 4 tickets for the movie krishnarjunayuddam for 14th april the transaction failed money got deducted i did not receive any confirmation message regarding the booking. It just showed an alert message saying "try again. Your time has expired". But my money got deducted. I even checked my mail whether i have received any message regarding booking but i didn't.
              Please refund my money.

                      Dear team,

                      The transaction was done on 29th March on Cinepolis website. The money has been debited on my Paytm account both the times and the reversal is still pending.

                      An amount totalling to rs. 1440 is at stake and after repeated follow ups on Facebook and mail they are not responding.

                      Apart from the first response on both the places, they haven’t bothered to state a single line of revert.

                      Cinepolis after repeated followup said it's closely following up on May 20th. As well. It's 1st of June and more than two months have elapsed.

                      Do they intend to refund my money?

                      Today even after 20 days of the complaint, there is no reversal . After repeated reminders, just recieved standard replies that we are looking into it and wait for some more time. The booking error was 29th March. Today is 24th April.

                        As ready player one - a movie directed by legendary director steven spielberg is not released in ahmedabad pvr acropolis mall. People were waiting outside to get movie t be released but as because of baagihi2 you kept a good movie on hold. Atleast you can keep one show by removing black panther or pacific rim. And literally people were waiting in queue for this movie first day first show

                          On 3rd october 2017 at around 16.22 we initiated a payment of rs 657.60 for 3 tickets for the film newton at lake mall kolkata through your website www.cinepolisindia.com

                          The amount was deducted but no ticket confirmation received and we had to purchase again.

                          The details of the failed transaction is as follows

                          The payment was initiated from my account in the name of sudip ghosh, bank : hdfc bank, a/c no [protected]

                          The bank confirmed that the amount has reached your account.

                          We have been constantly following it up with your [protected]@cinepolis.com but more than one and a half months gone still no refund

                          Please do the necessary for a refund.

                              I have ~120 points asssociated to my contact number and I keep on getting message stating I can redeem them by going to cinepolis app/website. But when I try to buy tickets, i get this error - "Failed to complete purchase order". Is there something wrong with your website?

                              The worst cinema in today's era . I would say. Entered hall for movie baghi 2 . Paid VIP seats ... whole theatre is full of popcorn on floor . Even recliners seats have popcorns n drinks spill on seat. When asked for cleaning took 15-20 min ... and then the cleaner replied I dont know much . As I am new here ...

                              I have repeatedly recieved and lost points without being able to redeem them.

                              The link you share for redemption is bogus and your site fails to process process any redemption from the cinepolis points link

                              The points will expire on 4th july 2019.

                              The website has a redeem points options but it does not take you to the web page for redemption.

                              There are numerous complaints on this topic for well over a year and yet Cinepolis has made no changes to its system. Kindly change something. It reflects very poorly on Cinepolis' intentions to stand true on its promise of points. Does each customer have to come to consumer complaints to redeem points? Is that the process now?
                              Kindly help.

                                I am watching sajjan singh rangroot in cinepolis of mall of amritsar, amritsar. The air conditioner is not working even after half hour of complaint. I am seated at c14-c17 and i have to literally leave the theater because of this issue. Please make it worth for people to watch the movie and atleast educated supportive staff to listen to your complaint

                                It stands the same, even yesterday i faced same issue and ur staff was pathetic.
                                It is possible to utilities this points while buying ticket from CCPL Malkajgiri Hyderabad Telangana before 31st March, 2018.

                                Based on your clarification we would be buying tickets on or before this financial year.

                                    My name is pratik khatri. My mother who's name is sangeeta khatri, had worked in cinepolise theater of star bazaar in surat. And she treated very poorly.
                                    She was working there as checker, of stuff people carring. She treated so badly and didn't got to even sit for almost 8 hours. And this is not enough they even not allowed to eat food in between time.in star bazaar the emploees are treated very badly
                                    Due to all this she left the job in 4 days
                                    But now the main thing is that, they are not paying the amount for the work she did in four days which is almost 1000 rs only.
                                    The owner of the star bazzar is so mercyless that he didn't pay much to employees but he make sure that they are working hard.
                                    I hope they should understand our problem

                                      If we book online ticket charges per person are rs.100 on any movie full day but your staff forcibly charge double amount saying refreshment slip is compulsory for everyone. We didn't like this compulsion at all as in earlier years it was customer's choice to avail the offer or not. Kindly ask your staff to co-operate with customers and not force them to take the coupons
