I booked a ticket in seasons mall, cinepolis, pune for the show 10.40pm on 20th june 2017. After completion of movie, within 5 mins i went back to cinepolis, to search for my wallet. Again next morning, i went back to cinepolis and asked supervisor for my wallet. But i didn't get any satisfactory response from them. This is the worst experience ever in any multiplex till date.

I went to cinepolis lake mall kolkata today in rashbehari avenue.

I was asked to talk to the manager by the guy in the ticket counter due to some issues with my age proof.

The manager behaved extremely rudely with us and started shouting at us.

I am watching Bahubali 2 movie in cinepolis cinema, v3s mall, nirman vihar, delhi. But in the theatre dolby atmos is not working properly, specially left surround sound is not active at all. I am a sound engineer in film industry and i think my ears are pretty much trained to notice it out. I told the cinema guy to fix this but thry did not fix it and kept on playing on the movie....
