That’s was wrong behave because we are interested then i booked for watching movie. So i request you pls take a serious action again cinema owner.

Hello! I just now booked two tickets for VEERE DI WEDDING in Cinepolis Lake Mall kolkata for 5:30pm show. The amount of Rs.360/- was debited from my bank account but the tickets aren’t booked. Now this is happening for the second time which is ridiculous.

Kindly help me with the refund! Attaching the debited reciept from the bank.

    Dated 2nd june, 2018 me and my family of four members had gone to watch a movie-veere di wedding. We know how it was a rated and required guidance and authority of parents for accompanied children. The arrogant and rude behaviour of the manager at mbd ludhiana told us how my kid who on my full discretion was allowed to come along, was a minor for their rulebook aged 13. However simultaneously a couple with a child aged three to four was permitted into the hall. The id was not even checked and it was their discretion of assuming his age and letting them go. When asked the manager felt that because no ticket is bought for a child below three years and the same child has no sense about the movie matter. If a rule is made it should be the same for everyone and not in accordance to a pre minor or a post minor category.

    This left us extremely disappointed and in the ado we will never feel the need to go to cinepolis again and even discourage our family and friends to do the same.Moreover, when asked for a refund the money transaction for return was even declined.The kind of behaviour in this cinema has never been experienced by us ever.We are a socialite and have been to IMAX cinemas and PVR.
    We request you to take an action immediately else we will be forced to take a legal action for the money refund and money transaction.

    On june 01 I tried booking 1 tickets via cinepolis android app for a movie at cinepolis: acropolis mall kolkata. Total cost for 1tickets was rs. 200 First time, i tried payment via net banking. The transaction was successful in the bank website. But tickets were not issued.

        On apr 12, 2018, i tried booking 2 tickets via http://www.cinepolisindia.com for a movie at cinepolis: royal meenakshi mall bannerghatta road. Total cost for 2 tickets was rs. 430. First time, i tried payment via net banking. The transaction was successful in the bank website. But tickets were not issued. I realised that the tickets were not issued because the same seats that i tried to book were available still. Later i tried doing the transaction...

        1. There is no convenient entry to the theatre (Especially upper seats) for physically disabled people. My mother had leg injury. We found tough time to make her reach the top seat.
        2. Why dont you allow home food especially for the ppl who fast or unable to have outside food. This makes the long time (3hr) seating experience very rediculous.
        3. Why all the eateries inside are overcharged? Are customers there for exploitation on high prices and some times even unaffordable prices. For an instance, what is the logic of charging inr 200 for popcorn of worth inr50 or so. This is long time concern across all the cinemas. Please address this issue. Belive me, your sales will surge tremendously. We customers refrain from theatres only due to this single reason of being compelled to buy overpriced food inside cinemas.

                Me and my wife went to see the 2.25 pm show for raazi in cinepolis amritsar in celebration mall. We saw the movie in hall 3 on seat numbers s 12 and s 13. We had a terrible experience as there was no air conditioning in our hall and everybody in the theatre was sweating profusely. And when we came out of the theatre in the intermission, we got to know that everyone in the other halls had the similar experience. Worst movie watching experience ever.                 I have bought a recliner seat worth 250Rs at Cinepolis Manjeera mall, Hyderabad, Telangana state on 7june for movie Jurassic World: Fallen kingdom for 1pm show. Seat P4 in Audi 4 was broken and stuck . I had the worst experience in that seat. If your theatres are not maintain well then your tickets must be put on ticket booking apps. Such a reputed chain of Cinepolis is looting common people by charging 250Rs for a broken chair. This is just my agony, I will also raise a consumer complaint.

                          Hi i have visited cinepolis hall of guwahati assam located in the central mall on 12th of may 2018. When i approached the food counter for a small tub of popcorn and cold drinks, the staff simply said that i can only have the large size, despite of having small tubs which were visible in the counter. When i enquired that why after having the small tubs available he is denying of having any he just sternly gave a look n said no u have to take the large size only. So my question is, is this the new way of robbing the customer. I would like you to look into the matter because this is not tolerable n being a good brand this kind of behaviour from your staff is really disgraceful. I have visited your other halls in other cities their services are good, so i wold request to please look in to this matter.

                            What investigation are you doing? Already 13 days gone and you need more time. You need 15-20 days for getting confirmation that electricity issues were there. almost 50-80 people who cancelled their ticket from ticket counter because they purchase from ticket counter itself. This kind of casual approach not expected from such a reputed and huge organisation... Cinepolis disappointed me.

                              I the month of april i had booked 2 tickets for a movie show through cinepolis app. But do to some reason, the amount of rs 400 was deducted from my account but the movie ticket was not booked. So again i had to book the movie tickets. Later when i approached the theater and asked they told the refund would be initiated in 3 weeks. So now its been over a month and there is no sign of it. Could you please tell what's wrong

                                For the first time we have booked mahanati movie tickets. Unfortunately we have booked double times. Can you please cancel one of those booking. It has been booked in manjeera mall hyderabad at 7pm. And we didn't got any confirmation tickets while booking. But money has been credited from my bank account. We booked 3 tickets for 450/- and it was not confirmed. Again we have tried to book. After some hours totally 900/- has been credited from my account. We have booked seat no. S a13, a14, a15 for the first time and then after b10, b11, b12. Can you please cancel one of them.

                                    I was trying to book one movie ticket from cinepolis mobile with hdfc card
                                    App but amount got debited and ticket not booked. It showed
                                    Me some error occurred.

                                    Very bad experience with cinepolis and your organisation is
                                    Not even providing a confirmation or complaint number.

                                    I again booked the same tickets using icici card and it got successfully done.

                                    Cinepolis has also not provided any customer care number to which i can call and check the status of the transaction.

                                    I have also made a complaint in their site contact us feedback section.
                                    They have also not sent any confirmation mail regarding that they are looking into the issue.

                                      I had made a booking yesterday i. E 6th may 2018 for today's show of avengers at meenakshi mall, bangalore for 4 o[censored]s. My money is deducted but haven't been issued the tickets. Worse there is no one to speak to. I am afraid i have to book again and seek the refund of the first ticket. Can cinepolis look into this asap?
