    I was trying to book one movie ticket from cinepolis mobile with hdfc card
    App but amount got debited and ticket not booked. It showed
    Me some error occurred.

    Very bad experience with cinepolis and your organisation is
    Not even providing a confirmation or complaint number.

    I again booked the same tickets using icici card and it got successfully done.

    Cinepolis has also not provided any customer care number to which i can call and check the status of the transaction.

    I have also made a complaint in their site contact us feedback section.
    They have also not sent any confirmation mail regarding that they are looking into the issue.

      I had made a booking yesterday i. E 6th may 2018 for today's show of avengers at meenakshi mall, bangalore for 4 o[censored]s. My money is deducted but haven't been issued the tickets. Worse there is no one to speak to. I am afraid i have to book again and seek the refund of the first ticket. Can cinepolis look into this asap?

        Hii this is dr leena from mangalore.. I am a regular customer of cinepolis city centre.. I want to mention an incident happened today 7th may.. I went to ticket counter to buy ticket and i was informed that only tickets with popcorn they sell there without popcorn they don’t sell.. I have to book online if i want only ticket.. I don’t know it’s a new rule u have made that i have to pay invariably for popcorn even if i don’t like popcorn and if i don’t want to pay for internet handling charge.. This is really disappointing.. I am a regular customer so i want to know what is the explanation for that.. Thank you.. My number is[protected]

          Hi,
          Today i booked 7 movie tickets of 102 not out and made the payment. But i did not get the message of booked the tickets. Tickets booked for tomorrow afternoon show. It is showing 7 seats reserved when i try to go and check previous seats. Please look into this and let me know what is the issue. If it is booked then send me the details immediately.

            I booked 2 vip tickets in cinepolis theater bhandup west magnet mall for 10 00 am show of 6th may 2018.
            Problem is i have booked the ticket and payment made is deducted from my bank account but i didnt recieve any itenary of booking.
            Please help me with this concern as my amount 330 is deducted but no ticket received.

                30th april, 2018 avengers 10:15 am show in cinepolis bhandup got cancelled.
                Firstly, we were not informed anything and everyone waited for 1 and a half hour inside audi 2.
                Then i was promised the refund within 24 hours but it has been more than 3 days and i am yet to hear anything.
                I have wasted enough time and money.
                There is no number to contact.
                I will formally file a complaint now.

                  I tried booking on 2 tickets for rs 580/- on 21st april for movie “october” for the show on 22nd april in cinepolis bangalore via cinepolis app.
                  Amt is deducted but ticket booking failed. I have been sending emails about this and also posted in twitter to @indiacinepolis. So far i haven’t received any response from your side.

                    I did a booking on 26/4/18 for the movie 'avenger: infinity wars' for 10:00 pm show at cinepolis, db city mall, bhopal (India). The booking was done through yes bank debit card. Although, the payment was deducted for the booking, never got the tickets booked. Now, it's been 5 dys and i haven't got the refund in my account.

                    Please let me know what do i have to do next to get it.

                        On 14th april i have tried the below 2 transaction (Total inr 1800/-) on cinepolis app to book baaghi 2 ticket at cineppolis westend mall, aundh pune.
                        Both the time booking got failed but payment debited from mobikwik wallet.

                        Order no#[protected] refer the attached image booking#1 inr 900/-
                        Order no#[protected] refer the attached image booking#1 inr 900/-

                        Total inr 1800/-

                        Also refer the snapshot of communication with mobikwik where it is clearly mentioned that payment got successful & it is with cinepolis. Refer the attached communication with mobikwik.

                        Since ticket was not booked hence i will urge cinepolis to credit inr 1800 to mobikwik wallet.

                        It is very bizzare that cinepolis do not have any email id to contact?

                              I have tried to make a purchase of movie tickets for infinity war (28/04/2018) from your online portal on 22/04/2018 from my credit card but the transaction failed and my credit card was billed for rs. 930/- and its been 8 days since then i have checked my email thoroughly and sms too i have not received any sort of communication in regards to the correction of this transaction.                                 We have a bad experience in cinepolis theatre coimbatore. The building construction is not yet completed but they are screening the movie without caring the consumers life. The rain water is pouring from the roof while watching the movie. Almost our phone and personal things are damaged due to the rain water. Y the people r not caring the consumers safety or they r caring only to making the money? What is the solution? Will they take steps after loosing so many lifes.

                                  I was booking movie ticket through website of cinepolis india through email id [protected]@gmail.com but during payment anount was deducted but ticket was not booked and now after i have sent email to cinepolis they are not replying nor refunding my money.
                                  I have sent several emails but after getting a formal reply from their side i have not yet got any valuable reply and support from their side.
                                  For the above issue i have contacted bank but they confirmed me through email that the amount has already been transferred to cinepolis.

                                      I had booked two tickets of avengers infinity war for tuesday, may 1, 2018 on 28/04/2018 (Saturday) at 10:10 am on-line from cinepolis india website for 12:30 show at 3d atmos at cinepolis, viviana mall, thane.
                                      But till date i had not received any mail or sms of my tickets though the amount was deducted from my credit card.
                                      I had also received the massage of the amount spend from my credit card.

                                        I tried to book two tickets for Rs 400 for movie October in Cinepolis Patna for 9.20 pm show on 24 April. I booked at around 7.53pm through my SBI CREDIT CARD. The payment of Rs 400 got debited but the tickets couldn’t be generated. My registered mobile no is [protected], MUKUL KUMAR JHA. Please refund Rs 400 to my credit card.
                                        Then on 26 April at 1.45 am Rs 400 and again Rs 400 got debited from the same Credit card although I was not transacting .. I was sleeping and in the morning I saw the message from my SBI CREDIT CARD. How it happened puts a serious question on the security of your site. I am a priviledged card holder of cinepolis since its inception at P&M Mall, Patna.
                                        Please revert credit the total amount of Rs 400+400+400= Rs 1200 to my above Credit Card at the earliest
