Hello all, i am having credit card of yes bank ltd and i get the e mail from yes bank that there is 50% discount on my credit card on purchase of 2 tickets on weekend and i have purchased two ticket of inr 220 from your cinepolis theatre, imperial sqaure, adajan, surat, gujarat on 25/03/2018 but i am not getting 50% discount and accordingly i contacted yes bank customer care and as per them my card swiep detail shown imperial square mall...

I have booked the tickets for "hichki", for 12.05 show cinepolis, patna 3 tickets for seat no. P-5, 6&7 on 08.04.18, through my axis bank debit card via cinepolis android app. My axis bank debit card is debited for rs 705.00. But i did not received the ticket confirmation. I lost the money. I booked my movie tickets for film October using my yes bank debit card to use the yes bank 50 off offer. I reached the confirmation page which asked me to print it. But I'm not able to and I have'nt received any email confirmation either.
there is no customer care or any platform to complain about this. Please issue my tickets or refund my money back asap. This is very bad service....

I tried booking a ticket for October film in Guwahati Cinepolis today at 9.30pm today. My Mobikwik Wallet was debited yet I did not get any ticket. I tried to complain on your app but it is not taking up my complaint. You do not even have a valid customer care helpline. What sort of rubbish customer care is this. I want a refund or issue if my ticket immediately. My first time experience was so pathetic that I will never book from your application...

Drinking water not available today april 14th and they are selling water bottles in higher mrp. Other foid items are also getting sold here at higher price.

Movie start time is 11am today but its starting after 20 mins. It is wasting our time. Its not the first instance. These offences are repeatative.

I made payment for 2 tickets under their promotion going on for movie october on yes bank debit cards at janak cinepolis cinema.
My money got deducted but it showed an error message.
I need refund for the amount that got debited. And if cinepolis is running under debt or progressing towards bankruptsy they can go for crowd funding rather than doing these sick trick to nake money....

On 12th april i have booked 4 tickets for the movie krishnarjunayuddam for 14th april the transaction failed money got deducted i did not receive any confirmation message regarding the booking. It just showed an alert message saying "try again. Your time has expired". But my money got deducted. I even checked my mail whether i have received any message regarding booking but i didn't.
Please refund my money....

This is one of the worst experience with Cinepolis..I have booked 4 ticket for today's show, Money got deducted from my bank account but I haven't got the ticket ..The worst thing cinepolis, don't have any customer care and they don't respond the mail ...So it seems they are doing fraud with customer ...
