I booked three tickets for today's show through my credit card. Card is charged but there was an error and no tickets was issued. Kindly look into it and prices the tickets.
This is the first time we used your website and money got charged but no tickets were given. It never happens with book my show.

      Hi, this is about Cinepolis mantra mall attapur, Hyderabad. today went 3:25 show transformers movie, and that movie is not presenting full screen then i questioned floor manger his name is bharath, he didn't clear about the problem as well as responded very harsh and indecent...as an audience we a have right to ask the quality issuses. i want a clear explanation about this other wise i will go to consumer court as i had all proofs...

        Dear sir,

        I am regular customer of cinepolis in grandvanis, greater noida mall. My name is sarvesh nagar ([protected]).
        Today i visit to cinepolis in grand vanis, greater noida to watch the movie, but when i purchase a ticket and give him my credit card then executive not accept the card and demand for cash, i request many time because i was unable to give him the cash. And 1 movie ticket was free on my credit card then why should i pay cash. When i asked him about to why are you demanding the cash then he said because of gst we can't accept the card. I was shocked to know this, cinepolis not accepting the cash because of gst.

        After all this i paid cash to him again i was shocked to see the ticket cinepolis was selling the hand making tickets to all of the customers. You can find the attached hand making ticket.

        I think they don't want to show the transactions to the government and making money.

        Even i am cinepolis clum member and executive not add points again my ticket.
        What the hell is going in cinepolis, i want to know.

          Dear cinipolis team,

          Hii am subin from cochin am a regular customer at cinipolis kochi that can check with my registered number ([protected])

          I got a offer from cinipolis teams to my registered number that i mentioned above

          But i don't get that offer from there because no one staffs don't know any awareness about this offer at cinipolis cochin
          I contacted with maneger at there
          He told me that " you jest watch the movie he will contact me in my seat and he takes my name and details
          But he didn't contact me
          After watching movie i contact him but they treat me like am coming for food and that offer
          This is too bad for cinepolis

            I booked a show for Movie Tubelight 28th June 12:30 PM, was then moved to 12:50 PM show for technical issues..Its now 13:10 PM still the show hasn't started and they are still showing advertisements...Advertisements even after the National Anthem is being played...Please address this issue as it not the first time...

              I had booked 4 ticketsonline amounting to rs. 648/- on 10 june for 2245 show at kochi of movie raabta. The money was deducted from my bank as i had opted for net banking but i did not receive any ticket confirmation.

              When i reached cinema hall, there was no reservation and i had to but tickets across the counter.

              I have written twice to cinepolis but they have not yet responded to my grievance nor they have refunded my money.

              I have been chasing cinepolis for over a month to get my refund of 680 and it is still not resolved. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced :(
              Cinepolis is least bothered to refund the money as they have already received money. It looks like they are surviving on our money to pay their overheads. I can imagine how many like me will be going through such issue with cinepolis across the country.. cinepolis seems to be least interested in resolving customer issues...and if they were then this should have taken over a month to resolve. It is sad that m hardened money is used to pay the salary of cinepolis employees even without providing me the service what I paid for...and there is no number given for you to speak to someone and the only point of contact is [protected]@cinepolis.com and the only reply one gets is We are already looking into your concern, we will be updating you soon.

                I booked a ticket in seasons mall, cinepolis, pune for the show 10.40pm on 20th june 2017. After completion of movie, within 5 mins i went back to cinepolis, to search for my wallet. Again next morning, i went back to cinepolis and asked supervisor for my wallet. But i didn't get any satisfactory response from them. This is the worst experience ever in any multiplex till date.
                If possible, kindly help me to recover my wallet as i'm concern for my documents, not for the money.

                  I booked ticket for movie rabta on 10 june _2017 night 10.20pm at cinepolis thane viviana mall.
                  I went for food during intermission and observed that food kept in oven with used of plastic plates. When i ask food vendor to show me the grade of plastic plate & certificate of the same, he just unable to answer. Then i went to customer care desk & i talked with mr. Nilesh ghadi who told me to write my complaint in simple register kept at their desk. He also confirmed that the senior person will call me in the same regards. But still i didn't receive any call from concern person & my complaint is still not closed with proper action.

                  You are charging so much on food/drinking products which is much higher than mrp of the same products sold outside cinepolis,.
                  Still not maintaining quality of products & aslo you don't know if there may be other problems (Such as melamine, which releases toxic chemicals when heated).

                  Please check & confirm the cookware which should be used for foods heated in oven.

                    I booked ticket for movie Cars 3 show time at June 18_2017 evening 5.30.
                    As my wife was pregnant, upon doctor's insist I had to carry food for her which was just a chips packet and a biscuit packet.

                    But the staff at your branch CCPL Malkajgiri was so horrifyingly rude enough that despite me explaining the situation they reluctantly objecting me and all of them as a group were stopping me n my wife not to carry outside food.

                    I just can't understand how senseless can an organization like cinepolis can be so blind in framing policies and implementing ruthlessly.

                    I need contact details of head of the cinepolis Hyderabad, else I would be taking this issue further seriously.

                    The staff was name Sharath. I need a call from Cinepolis and speak regarding this issue.

                    Expecting to contact me ASAP...I did not get any mail from you guys, youve been updating the comments here, y cant drop a mail ?
                    Anyways please contact me ASAP, there are lot of people who are suffering for the same at the Cinepolis Malkajgiri branch, they are not even allowing food for small kids too apart from pregnant women. There are lots to discuss.

                      I've booked three tickets for bahubali-2 (Telugu) at cinepolis, pvp square mall, vijayawada. The payment was done through the cinepolis website and after the process, the website prompted that the ticket booking process failed after payment. I did not receive any mails or messages from cinepolis.
                      Show date: 28th april, friday. I lodged a complaint at state bank they told that the rr no:[protected], id no :[protected] is successful and processed to your merchant. For more details kindly contact your merchant. So i request you to please return my money as soon as possible

                        The money was debited from my account by the ticket was not generated.
                        I have emailed cinepolis as well, they mentioned that the matter has been escalated.

                        I have met mr ajit at the cinepolis orion east and he assured me that the money will be refunded, but i have not received the money back.

                        I have provided screen shot of my bank account showing that the amount has been debited from my account s well.

                          I went to cinepolis lake mall kolkata today in rashbehari avenue.

                          I was asked to talk to the manager by the guy in the ticket counter due to some issues with my age proof.

                          The manager behaved extremely rudely with us and started shouting at us.
                          I think it is somewhat sexist because he wouldn't have behaved the same if it would have been two men instead of two women. You see, he thinks it is very easy to shout at women like that. I am sure he wouldn't have dared to speak like that if there would be a man with us.

                          Not just me, he talked to my 60 years old mother like that to. Not talked, he shouted. He has no respect for the elderly at all. I wish we never went to cinepolis in the first place. The people at inbox don't even dare to speak with customers like that.

                          The way he behaved with us today, it is very clear that he is uneducated and has not manners or etiquettes.

                          I strongly suggest that cinepolis improve their hiring procedures and only hire educated people to do the job of a manager.

                          This guy needs a personality development course.

                          He is a extremely skinny tall guy who was there at 11am in cinepolis lake mall kolkata. Please take action against this illmannered bully.

                          Never making the mistake of going to cinepolis again in my life.

                              I wish to bring to you notice that when i tried to book a cinema ticket online from cinepolis kochi on 27/03/17 (04 times) and 18/05/2017 (01 time), cash is deducted from our accounts but ticket is not processed due to some technical problem. (Total 05 times)
                              Total rs.2, 404/- debited from my a/c (Total 05 tme transaction) and not credited back in my a/c, that amount go to your a/c. So i request you to return back my above said amount.

                                I watched the movie chi va chi sau ka (U/a) at cinepolis seasons mall at 10.50 pm on 6th june, 2017 (Audi 10 h7). After coming out i realized that i had let my phone at the seat. At night i was not allowed to enter the mall again, so with hopes i reached the mall today morning. Please note that my cellphone was on and ringing. As soon as i reached i asked the cinepolis guards to check it, as i wasnt allowed to go in, and kept calling my
                                Phone so as to ease them locate the phone. However to my disappointment withing 5-6 rings the call was disconnected and switched off. I suspect that the guards kept the phone to themselves and blatantly informed me
                                That the phone was missing. I am deeply let down by such a response from cinepolis. This has been the worst experience at any multiplex in pune. I wish to hear from you at the earliest else i would like to extend this
                                Matter to social media to warn my friends and family about how cinepolis services its customers by stealing their belongings.

                                  I visited cinepolis crm on 21.05.2017 with my family, although charges are to high for items but at counter they are providing low qty. Even at very high prices, like they put the pop-corn without opening the paper container properly at lower side and serving lower quantity than requisite quantity, even at too high prices (rs.170/- for 100 gram)

                                  further for above said bill they charged vat rs. 42.50 as @ 12.50% on bill of 4x6 square inch fax paper which lost their print with in 10-15 days, so proper paper should be there

                                  in above said bill you can not charge vat because no registered vat registration number mention on invoice,

                                  please clarify else i am bound to write vat department and consumer cell for vat and too high prices charged

                                    I need your help. I had booked 5 movie tickets for baahubali conclusion for fun republic, lucknow via cinepolis through paytm at 6:11 pm on 6/may/17. Amount of 995 rs debited from my account however tickets were not booked. I contacted paytm for the issue. I was told that transaction against order id - 54832 of rs.985.90 is successful from their end and asked me to contact cinepolis for the same.                                         I booked my tickets on 4th May 2017. The ticket money was deducted from my debit card but the tickets werent booked. I contacted Cinepolis Support 4 times and everytime they ask me to wait. It is 22nd May 2017 today. I dont think refund takes this much of time.
