Hello, i made a payment for tomorrow's movie show at tdi mall, in chandigarh sector 17 using your website but once i made the payment using my netbanking, the money got deducted, but i didn't get any tickets in my email, nor did i get an confirmation. My transaction id is avenues[protected]

Kindly refund my money as the seats are not booked.
