I was booking movie ticket for 17th may for baahubali 2 at cinepolis, tdi mall jagat, chandigarh and amount of rs. 70 was
Deducted 2 times (I. E rs.140 in total) from my account but still my ticket was not confirmed. And its been many days there has been no response from your side after putting up so many mails also. When will be my money transferred back to my account.

It's more than a month and i have not recieved any refund of my money from your side. Everytime i put on a mail to you, you ask for some time. how much more time do u need. atleast your customer service should contact me in other ways. just replying mails is not going to refund my money. and 1 month is more than enough time for you.

    I am watching Bahubali 2 movie in cinepolis cinema, v3s mall, nirman vihar, delhi. But in the theatre dolby atmos is not working properly, specially left surround sound is not active at all. I am a sound engineer in film industry and i think my ears are pretty much trained to notice it out. I told the cinema guy to fix this but thry did not fix it and kept on playing on the movie.

      but transaction failed while returning back to your website with message that money has not
      been deducted.

      back to my account asap.

        I had booked 2 tickets of Guardian of galaxy 2 (IMAX 3D) Premium seat L8-9, morning show (8:25 am) from Paytm (order id:-[protected]) at cinepolis westend mall sumanship Pune. But the show was cancelled due to some technical issue. They had told the money will get refunded if you have booked it online. But the money is not refunded up till now . The amount is 769rs (i had received 100rs cash back from paytm while booking), so the amount to be refunded back is 669rs.

        I went in cinepolis Triton mole Jhotwara & went to canteen to buy Patty bit the were not allowed to buy single. The main issue is that there is no menu card contained this details and this is not fair.

            Today i tried to book 2 tickets online for baahubali movie in cinepolis ashima mall bhopal. It showed my ticket is booked but no message and mail receive to about booking. I checked my bank account and rs. 394.36 has been debited.

            There is no customer care to call. I sent email to their support email but no response till now. I want my money back...

            I booked 2 tickets from cinepolis website for Baahubali 2. I did payment through Paytm. My money deducted from Paytm wallet and ticket not granted to me.

              Last evening I tried to book 2 VIP TICKETS online for Baahubali movie in cinepolis Manjeera mall. It showed some error and said ticket not booked and you won't be charged. I checked my bank account and Rs. 557.26 has been debited.

              There is no customer care to call. I sent email to their support email but no response till now. I want my money back.

                  You message us to reach cinepolis before 30 minutes. But we have to wait for the gate to open on road till 8:45am in a show which starts at 9am. Can you please arrange at least sitting arrangement to wait for the show.
                  It is my first morning show. So i am suffering first time. But many of your customer is waiting on the road, all are complaining that at least mall should allow him enter the campus of mall where there is sitting chairs. But guards denied to allow them. So please resolve this problem.

                    Dear sir

                    This is to inform you that i have booked a movie bahubali 2 (Location-kolkata) ticket from cinepolis site and payment is made through paytm account. But on cinepolis site is being shown that due to web failure, the booking isn' t confirmed. Hence payment is successfull from paytm transaction but no booking confirmation received on my mail. Its been 1 month now amount rs 740 not added to my paytm account.
                    I have sended a mail to cinepolis support team but till date no update receive till now, they are just saying we will look into the matter and update you and they dont have any centralised number when i asked for any contact number.

                    So this is to inform you that whenever there is site problem, consumers like us face such problem, amount deducted but till date no such refund made.
                    This falls into a criminal category for stealing consumers money.
                    I expect justice in this forum

                    In case, cinepolis india private l denies the transaction/payment, kindly share the consent mail with us from the merchant end against the failure transaction.

                      I've booked two tickets for bahubali-2 (Telugu) at cinepolis city center mall, mangalore. The payment was done through the cinepolis website and after the process, the website prompted that the ticket booking process failed after payment. I did not receive any mails or messages from cinepolis.
                      Show date: 28th april, friday. I lodged a complaint at state bank they told that the transaction id igabffwvx0 is successful and processed to your merchant. For more details kindly contact your merchant.

                        I attempted to book 3 nos. of tickets for bahubali-2 (Hindi) at cinepolis at lake mall kolkata for the show commencing on & from 7.30 pm on 7.5.2017 (Sunday). The payment (Rs.831.54) for the said 3 tickets was being processed through the cinepolis website and even after confirmation of process of payment, the website prompted that the ticket booking process failed after payment. Accordingly, the payment was charged on my credit card and i got bank's sms alert that the amount had been spent !!!
                        Unfortunately, I did not receive any mail or message from cinepolis that my tickets were booked.
                        I repeated the same process once again after few minutes and finally got tickets booked against seat nos.C-18, 19 & 20 (Auditorium 2) in lieu of the same amount being charged once again (at around 2.01 pm). The ticket confirmation for the 2nd booking was received by me at around 2.02 pm.

                        But till date I have not got refund of the money (Rs.831.56) deducted earlier (at around 1.51 pm).
                        kindly arrange to refund my money at the earliest.

                          I was booking two tickets for bahubali-2 (Hindi) at cinepolis at alpha mall ahmedabad.

                          The payment was being processed through the cinepolis website and after the process the website prompted that the ticket booking process failed after payment.. But the payment was charged on my debit card and i got bank's sms alert that the amount has been deducted!!! I did not receive any mails or messages from cinepolis that my tickets were booked so what happened with my money???

                          If you website cant process the payment and shows error atleast dont charge it on my debit card.. You charged me money without booking any tickets!!!

                          Please refund me my money asap, i did not expect this from cinepolis!!

                            I've booked two tickets for bahubali-2 (Hindi) at cinepolis cross rever mall, shahdra delhi. The payment was done through the cinepolis website and after the process the website prompted that the ticket booking process failed after payment.. I did not receive any mails or messages from cinepolis.
                            Show date: 7th may, sunday
                            Movie: bahubali 2- the conclusion (Hindi)

                            It would be better if the money was refunded..

                              Hi,
                              I booked 2 tickets for 12:25 PM show of "Guardians of Galaxy Vol 2" @ Cinepolis Lake Mall Kolkata on 7th may 2017 (Sunday). We were made to wait till 12:50 PM and finally when the show started there were issues with the 3D projection and the same was mentioned to the concerned personnel, they agreed to the issue and confirmed that the money would be refunded within 24 hrs, its been 2 days now but the refund has not yet happened. Below are the transaction details :

                                  Booked 3 seats for baahubali 2 (Tamil), 8th may evening show, viviana mall cinepolis.

                                  Haven't received the m-ticket on my mobile phone.

                                  Booked via paytm. Got a transaction confirmation with id [protected] from paytm, but no confirmation from cinepolis. After half hour, the seats are still showing as booked on the website, which clears up on booking failure.

                                  On 06may2017 I went to watch a movie in fun cinema which is owned by cinepolis India Pvt Ltd. in Gwalior DD mall, I purchased 1 popcorn tub and a friendly combo which includes 2 large coke and 1 popcorn tub for which they charged me vat at different %.5 and 20% respectively

I have booked (On 7th may 2017 around 21:13 pm) 3 tickets for cinepolis ghaziabad red cinepolis for 10th may 2017 bahubali 5:35 pm show. The amount rs 426.54 got deducted but i have not received ticket or any email or sms from cinepolis.

                                    I have selected the download ticket option but the ticket didnt got generated on the website or to my email.. Though the amount got deducted. I have dropped an email to their customer care but no one replied.
