Hello management,

My complain is not about manager. I want to address higher management. Incident happened when i entered into your vadodra movie plex. I have diabetes so i have to carry snacks for odd hours. I was carrying corn kurkure and one maushambi juice. Senior manager stopped me and i said due to diabetes i have to carry this and i will not open until i feel it. I asked about the rule book but he said rudely, he doesn't have. He started inspecting and asking very odd and rude question. Then i have shown him my medical prescription and also wish to offer my i-card to verify. But his rudeness not gone. He allowed but lot of question was in his face.

My appeal to higher management, 1) please flash message during start and during interval that if you are in medication, bring prescription and icard. Even if you have diabetes then you cannot carry necessary snacks. 2) or instruct the counter representative, paytms etc to ask about illness before booking ticket 3) please write in back of ticket about this 4) also please write, if you have diabetes, you have to buy from our counter only.

These will help customer and they will decide accordingly.
I am not writing senior manager name. But for betterment if you want then please ask. But no need to punish him, he was doing his duty i suppose.

As one day i went on my cycle to movie in cinepolis and they said that there is no parking for bycycle. And i depressed... So please do something about it. Because i don't want to lose my health. So please do something asap.

        On 04 may 2017, i tried to book a movie ticket via cinepolis android app at cinepolis kochi. I tried 3 times & every time the transaction failed, but an amount of rs170.18 was deducted each time from my account. First 2 times, i tried via sbi maestro debit card & the 3rd time i used federal bank mastercard debit card. I received ccavenue txn#s for the first 2 transactions; they are:[protected] &[protected]. For the 3rd transaction, the reference is given as "to ecm/3883/aip*cinepolis india pr\aip*c". I tried contacting payment gateway ccavenue but no response from their side & when i contacted cinepolis via email ([protected]@cinepolis.com), i got a reply on 08 june 2017 that refund has been processed. I still haven't got any refunds & no utr number was provided. After that, no response from cinepolis. Total refund amounts to rs510.54.

          Dear Concern

          Today i was planed to watch Badshaho in Cinepolis WTP Jaipur with my friend, i was booked a ticket through Book My Show and my seat number was L-17, 18 of show which was at 3:50 PM. When me and my friend were entre in thetre the executive inside the theatre who helped customers to find out their seat told us that your seat will be on 2nd from top in right.
          But there was already somebody was sitted on that seat when we asked them then they said that executive told them that this is their seat.
          but as per our ticket L-17, 18 was ours when we asked executive to told them to change their seat insted of told them to change their seat he told us that"क्या फ़र्क़ पड़ता है यहाँ बैठ जाओ".is this the way to deal with customers in cinepolis.
          that guy who was seated in our seat misbehaved us regarding seat issue.

          why we will face this in cinepolis type reputed theatre which in known for best in services. their restaurenrs are also too much pathetic, there are restaurent namende Cofee Tree, i think service of a local tea maker will be faar better then this huge name restaurent cofee tree, no body was entertain customers i was asking them again and again for my order and they were transfering it to one to another.

          i am a regular viewer of movies through cinepolis and cinepolis is best in city but today incident changed my mind totally
          next tym i will be think twice before go to cinepolise.

          if you are really care of your customer then i hope that u will look in to the matter

            This is my worth experience with cinepolis crossriver mall.. I have booked show 7.15 today they dont have even burger not sandwich nothing else to eat.. When i ask to manager they said like khatam ho gaya kya karen bahar se apna le aao... I said ill gove money please you provide me from outside as my movie show about to. Going start he said aap. Interval me chale jana.. I said m. Very very hungry.. He said o cant do. Nothing manager name is mr. Shambu crossriver mall opposite screen 3 from. Next time ill never come to cinepolis as o was regular customer of cinepolis

              It is to inform you that i (Deepak singh) with my father visited cinepolis grand venice mall, greater noida on 5th september, 2017 to watch a movie named "toilet ek prem katha". We asked for four tickets at the ticket counter for 10:30 show. First i used my atm card to make the payment of rs.440/- (Rs.110/-per ticket) but when i entered my atm pin in your atm card swipe machine it did not accept it. The men at the counter asked me to make payment through cash. I gave her 5, 00 rupees in cash and she returned me rs.60/-. But after few minutes a message came to my mobile stating that rs.440/- has been debited from my account no. ([protected]) on 10:16:28 tuesday pos. During same time i complained about this double payment to the same men at the counter, then, she said that it happens at some times due to network problem but i need don't worry it will be credited back to your account within 24 hrs. I waited for 24 hrs but the amount was not credited back. The ticket details are: audi 3 executive j - 2, 3, 4 & 5; (1st ticket no.-000522, 2nd ticket no.-000521, 3rd ticket no.-000520, & 4th ticket no.-000519) and invoice no. Is (038631) for four tickets.
              Moreover, i got my account statement printed which shows that an amount of rs.420/- was debited on 05/09/2017 through your pos i will attached message screenshot on this mail
              I am also attaching the photos of my movie tickets and account statement along with this application.
              Sir, from the above mentioned details you may clearly check from your system that a wrong double payment of rs.440/- had been made on the above mentioned date and time for the above mentioned movie, so, i request you to please refund my rs.440/- to my a/c no.- ([protected]) as soon as it is possible.

                  I will visited every week i ask at counter vip tickets,
                  they will tell no vip tickets, every week . when i see in online also its not showing. where it go vip tickets, if not what happening for vip tickets .

                    I have done my complaint one moth back for two unsuccessful transaction against movie tickets on 30/7/[email protected] each... I received one payment back... But the other one is still pending...
                    I have complained to my back also.. They have informed that the pending one is reached to the vendor.. So i need a receipt of my payment then only i can recover that amt..

                    Please send the receipt of my payment which i have not received the tickets...

                    All details of my payment is mentioned in my previous mail..

                      I regularly visit chembur k star mall fun cinema and have observed that they are deriving profit out of gst for food items. Before gst rate of samosa was rs. 100 & now after gst it is rs. 118 so there is no reduction in basic price after gst. Same thing happens with other food items where they are charging gst over & above the mrp value. This is clear violation of gst anti profiteering law

                          I bring you kind information. That i visited your cinema halls at lucknow and patna and it was unfortunate to find that there is no seperate provision for wheelchair users... If person booked your gold or vip seat the entry is through front and there is lots of stairs.. There is no provision of ramp or direct entry from back side to reach at last row of hall (For recliner). Its very humiliating and scary for person who uses wheelchair.. Cinepolis is international brand.. I didn't expect such negligence from them. Pls do something for this issue

                            Its second i m facing this problem from your bhandup branch i swifed my card nd my money dedicate from my account nd then also he is taken cash nd after that i told him to refund my money then he is saying wait for 2 days nd today is 4 day the refund is not credited to my account what rubbish service r u providing cinepolis
                            We r paying from cash also nd from card also u r charging for 2 times for single ticket

                              It is to inform you that i (Neelam yadav) with my husband visited cinepolis one awadh center mall, lucknow on 6th august, 2017 to watch a movie named "gurgaon". We asked for two tickets at the ticket counter for 15:30 show. First i used my atm card to make the payment of rs.420/- (Rs.210/-per ticket) but when i entered my atm pin in your atm card swipe machine it did not accept it. The lady at the counter asked me to make payment through cash. I gave her 2, 000 rupees in cash and she returned me rs.1, 580/-. But after few minutes a message came to my mobile stating that rs.420/-has been debited from my account no. ([protected]) on 15:29:43 thru pos. During interval i complained about this double payment to the same lady at the counter, then, she said that it happens at some times due to network problem but i need not worry it will be credited back to your account within 24 hrs. I waited for 24 hrs but the amount was not credited back. Later, i decided to wait for some more days and now ten days have passed but still wrongly deducted rs.420/- is not credited back to my account no. ([protected]).
                              The ticket details are: audi 8 executive e - 3 & 4 ; (1st ticket no.[protected] & 2nd ticket no.[protected] and invoice no. Is (054951) for both the tickets.
                              Moreover, i got my pass book printed which shows that an amount of rs.420/- was debited on 06/08/2017 through your posp/12459793/[protected].
                              I am also attaching the photos of my movie tickets and pass book page along with this application.
                              Sir, from the above mentioned details you may clearly check from your system that a wrong double payment of rs.420/- had been made on the above mentioned date and time for the above mentioned movie, so, i request you to please refund my rs.420/- to my a/c no.- ([protected]) as soon as it is possible.

                                Today I went to enjoy a movie "Toilet" at Cinepolis Aundh, Pune which was to start at 12:10 pm. We had to bear with 25 min of commercial before the movie started. During intermission again 25 min of commercials were inflicted on us. So the movie which was of 2:40 hrs duration lasted for 3:20 min.
                                I want to know why we shooulkd pay for watching the commercials when this is the most expensive movie hall in the town?

                                  I would like to inform the awful situation faced by me on 11th aug 2017 when i came to watch war of the planet of the apes at 10:10pm at cinepolis, seasons mall, pune.

                                  I faced major inconvenience especially when i had to purchase my tickets as there are 7 ticket counters and only 2 of the counters are active and the remaining do not have any staff running them!

                                  Besides the long queue and missing the beginning of my movie as always, when i was watching the movie, i could hear bollywood music and loud vibrations and thumoing from the next auditorium.

                                  I have faced this issue previously as well, this is not the first time, i am deeply disturbed and upset as i was unable to watch my moie, my time and energy was totally wasted as there was nothing done about this!

                                  When i went to the box office to complain the manager at the box office kept refusing this and i had to ask him to come with me to the auditorium after which he till shamelessly denied the sound leakage taking place from the next auditorium disrupting our movie, when i asked another staff member he clarified it out mentioning he could her the music from the next auditorium as well! This has been the most disgusting, despiteful experience i have ever had in any multiplex.

                                  Besides this the manager named rahul ([protected]) refused to process my refund and kept delaying me with his random ranting about unnecessary things in order to waste my time and give me complimentary tickets which seemed inappropriate considering i was really furious with this issue repeating for the second time!

                                  He said he was unable to process the refund the same day and then took over 30 mins of my time just to process it.

                                  The priority of your multiplex and the managing director should not have to be to expand to 400 screens when he is unable to manage a tiny multiplex with just 12 screen that is terribly managed, dirty, stinky, noise polluted with sounds of each auditorium leaking into the next auditorium!!!

                                  I am truly surprised as to who has been hired to manage and maintain this multiplex as it doesn't even deserve a single star out of five.

                                  I would rather be home and watch a movie than to come to the multiplex to stand in the queue for over 20 mins when there are 5 other ticket counters at the box office inactive, only to spend my money to miss the beginning of my movie n then get disturbed by noise pollution from the next auditoriums!!

                                  I am disgusted of cinepolis and i shall discourage all of my friends and family members from coming to cinepolis ever again!!

                                  I shall highlight this article in several online publications, blogs, newspapers and the media through my journalist friends as there has to be strict action taken about this immediately!!

                                  Is there anyone in charge of quality control for this terrible multiplex?

                                  My time, money, energy, fuel has been wasted to come to your low grade multiplex to watch a movie and to receive such unaccomodating unacceptable service!

                                  Is there anything as awful as that?

                                  I shall never step into cinepolis ever again!

                                    I booked 2 tickets online on your website using paytm as the payment method. I paid 558.4 and the transaction details are as mentioned below.

                                    However, when we went to the theatre, the man at the counter said that he

                                    I had raised a complaint with paytm and they have confirmed that the transaction was successful and have referred me to you. I have emailed you so many times on [protected]@cinepolis.com which was mentioned on your website but have not heard back from anybody.

                                    Would request you to arrange a refund.

                                    My issue has not been fixed but you have resolved this complaint. Really bad Customer Service. I am not booking any more movie tickets with you.
                                    I booked tickets for Jagga Jasoos for 15th July, 2017, show timing- 14:30.
                                    Amount of Rupees 800/- got deducted by i did not get the tickets.

                                    And its September and still no action has been taken in this regard.

                                    Thus you are requested to refund the amount of 800/- as soon as possible.
