Hi sir, i have booked one movie ticket on 30 april 2017 from http://www.cinepolisindia.com, they have deducted 2 ticket price from my bank account cost of one ticket was inr 167.18. But they deducted 2 movie ticket price for same seat and same show time 7.25pm, i have got confirmation email twice with same transaction i'd 689826. I have reported this issue with cinepolis support team, no response from there side they just keep delaying writing email as we will get back to you soon we are closely working, it more than 6 months whenever i write email to support team in reply i am getting response saying they are working on this issue and get back to you soon. Sir i have spend more time writing email to them and waiting for them resolve my issue. Please help

I don't understand, can you please let me know for what you require time, its been more than 8 months.
I have bank account transaction and acknowledgement email from cinepolis India website. I have booked 1 ticket but amount deducted for two tickets. May I know for what you are looking for? If you need any other information related to this transaction let me know but don't put me on hold

    Hiring of non-qualified employees to the post o[censored]nit managers and managers with no skills is really a shame to the image of such a big cinema chain. As bigger the organization the worse the employees..

    Please remove such employees like mayank in cinepolis, ashima mall, bhopal. He is totally a # to the company.

    Being a staff like mayank is complete shame to the entire personnel of the cinepolis.

    Remove mayank from cinepolis bhopal immidiately. Worst staff ever met in entire cinepolis chain throughout the world.

      Hello cinepolis concern person,

      First of all, i want to ask why you peoples not reply my previous mail.

      Once again i am very disappointed by cinepolis, in a month i got one leave from office and watch all runing movies in one day; same thing i repeat today and visit to cinepolis
      One movie in morning i watch than i purchase another ticket of julie movie and go to audi 2, when our national anthem play certainly full screen was red when i asked to executive he told me that this is the technical error and resume shortly, our show was 10 minute late that time because of the error.

      The shocking is the same error occurred 4 times in middle of the movie and it was really intolerable even almost show was 40 minutes delay because of this error.
      Executives should cancel the show in this condition but they don't because of they need money not customer satisfaction.

      You spoil my whole day and waste my harden money too.
      I never expect this type of quality from cinepolis, cinepolis always say we are the best international cinemas, is this quality is international level.

      I think you peoples should be closed the shutter and back to your country because this level is not enough for international.

      So now i want to know who is the responsible for this also reply to last mail.
      Hope at least this time you will awake and turn to customer.

        Yesterday i. E 24\11 \17 i went to watch tumhari sullu movie time 22:50. Everything was going right till my younger daughter wanted to use washroom. At 23.30 there was no water supply in. The washroom. To my horror my husband told the same story about gents toilet too. Also there was no cleaner in the washroom. There were some staff outside the washroom, so i informed them. Manager or their head told me that they are aware of the water supply problem. So the gentleman gave me a bottle to at least wash my hand.
        My concern is why this is still not resolved.

          We ordered chicken wheat momos and found a finger nail in the food article.

          Please read the following to understand that we have video and audio and photographs of the things we mention below.

          Unless we get an adequate resolution this will be addressed on all social platforms and complaint forums. Not to mention in all the heath and hygiene sites recognised in delhi ncr and india.

          My husband almost swallowed the nail and had to cough it up. We tried to speak to the dt supervisor siraj and sarthak to cc us in a mail with the concerned person and they didn’t give us an email correspondence.
          Our movie was wasted since we were puckish and disgusted not to mention we had to throw away the entire food. Our money and health it seems is of no concern to dt employees.
          Please take actions as we shall want the food investigated for quality. Before ordering we had asked if the momos were fresh since they were melting and soggy and falling apart. They told us it was apparently over steamed. We also have video proof of the staff refusing to give us a contact number.
          They finally gave us an email i’d which bounced back and was undelivered as the email was incorrect.
          Just wanted to add that we had gone to watch the movie justice league at dt saket for the 10:10 show.

          We have also previously added the image of the mail and the order bill number.

            It is to inform you that i (Neelam yadav) with my husband visited cinepolis one awadh center mall, lucknow on 6th august, 2017 to watch a movie named "gurgaon". We asked for two tickets at the ticket counter for 15:30 show. First i used my atm card to make the payment of rs.420/- (Rs.210/-per ticket) but when i entered my atm pin in your atm card swipe machine it did not accept it. The lady at the counter asked me to make payment through cash. I gave her 2, 000 rupees in cash and she returned me rs.1, 580/-. But after few minutes a message came to my mobile stating that rs.420/-has been debited from my account no. ([protected]) on 15:29:43 thru pos. During interval i complained about this double payment to the same lady at the counter, then, she said that it happens at some times due to network problem but i need not worry it will be credited back to your account within 24 hrs. I waited for 24 hrs but the amount was not credited back. Later, i decided to wait for some more days and now ten days have passed but still wrongly deducted rs.420/- is not credited back to my account no. ([protected]).
            The ticket details are: audi 8 executive e - 3 & 4 ; (1st ticket no.[protected] & 2nd ticket no.[protected] and invoice no. Is (054951) for both the tickets.
            Moreover, i got my pass book printed which shows that an amount of rs.420/- was debited on 06/08/2017 through your posp/12459793/[protected].
            Sir, from the above mentioned details you may clearly check that a wrong double payment of rs.420/- had been made on the above mentioned date and time for the above mentioned movie.
            Sir, i have informed the same to the official website of cinepolis ([protected]@cinepolis.com) on 17/08/2017 but they have not responed to me. I have waited for so long and they have not returned my wrongly charged money.

              On 3rd october 2017 at around 16.22 we initiated a payment of rs 657.60 for 3 tickets for the film newton at lake mall kolkata through your website www.cinepolisindia.com

              The amount was deducted but no ticket confirmation received and we had to purchase again.

              The details of the failed transaction is as follows

              03 oct 2017 [protected]-paytmcinepolisindiap [protected] 03 oct 2017 657.60

              The payment was initiated from my account in the name of sudip ghosh, bank : hdfc bank, a/c no [protected]

              The bank confirmed that the amount has reached your account.

              We have been constantly following it up with your [protected]@cinepolis.com but more than one and a half months gone still no refund

              Please do the necessary for a refund.

              It has been two weeks since I lodged the complaint here and two months overall with [protected]@cinepolis.in and the issue is still unresolved ... A simple and common problem of money debited but ticket not received is unresolved for two months is unheard of ...

                I made a payment of 2400 for 6 tickets on 31st oct for movie thor at cinepolis westend mall, pune using your app. The payment was made using upi. However, the money was deducted from my linked bank account and my phonepe app also showed transaction successful. However, the tickets were not booked. I am attaching screenshot of transaction details from my bank and phonepe app. Please refund the 2400 asap.

                  Hi.. My name is arshad ansari,

                  I tried booking 2 tickets for movie 'subh mangal savdhan' on 29 september 2017 for 30 september 5:35 pm show, at viviana mall thane maharashtra, from the cinepolis app.

                  Although rs.440 got debited from my account, no ticket was booked. Till date i have not received a refund,

                  I have lodged complaints through the app and have also raised the issue in cinepolis viviana mall thane, with mr. Sagar (Unit head) and i was also talk with mr. Abhimit kumar (Cinepolis finance department) he was tell me your money was send automatically to your account same day,

                  Till date i have neither received the refund,

                  I have also e-mail to [protected]@cinepolis.com with my bank statement,

                  On taking up the matter with the bank, the bank has also informed that they had not received any communication or refund from cinepolis,

                  No refund has been received by me even after 36 days after the transaction although no ticket was booked,

                    I have booked 5 ticket on 22nd oct 2017 for 'secret superstar' movie for 16:45 show at cinepolis crm mall shahdara through cinepolis website. There are three debits of rs 1596.00 and one credit of rs. 1596.00 in my hdfc account.

                    Please note that i have contacted hdfc bank and they have told to contact cinepolis for refund.

                    Please find the copy of statement and ticket booked for your further reference. Kindly contact and refund the amount.

                    I have booked 5 tickets for tomorrow (10/11/2017) 20:45 show for the movie
                    "THOR : RAGNAROK". I have got the confirmation sms in my mobile ([protected])

                      A berger 2 popcorn and chocolate. The berger was pathetic and could see fungus and jerms in light. Here the manager has recognize it but have no sorry feeling and started fighting on complain. His name is abhishek pratap singh and same with the supervisor.
                      Is there a way you can control this kind of delivery. I am also following with food security of india. Hoping you will take an appropriate action.

                        I tried booking 4 tickets for movie 'tubelight' on july 1, 2017 for 2.35 pm show at lake mall kolkata from the cinepolis app. Although rs 788.72 got debited from my credit card account, no ticket was booked. Till date i have not received a refund. I have lodged complaints through the app and have also raised the issue by emails. The mails sent to email ids [protected]@cinepolis.com and [protected]@cinepolis.com have bounced back with the message' the email id was not found'. Emails sent to [protected]@cinepolis.com with reference id feedback 07/07/2017, issue=6883 proj=78 have also gone unanswered. Till date, i have neither received any response from cinepolis nor have i received the refund. On taking up the matter with the bank, they had given me a temporary credit which they have now reversed as the transaction was settled successfully. But no ticket was booked. The bank has also informed that they had not received any communication or refund from cinepolis. No refund has been received by me even after 3 months after the transaction although no ticket was booked.

                          On the 3rd of oct 2017 i had purchased a movie ticket for judwa 2 for evening show. On reaching there i was informed by the security in charge that this show has been cancelld because of a movie premiere in the same screen where i was to be shown the movie.. I went down at the ticket counter to ask for a refund.. The people there confirmed that the show had been cancelled and told me that within 7 days my money will be refunded in my bank account as i had booked it through bookmyshow app... Till today i haven't received any refund and yesterday i called bookmyshow customer care to enquire and they told me that they haven't received any update about that movie being cancelled from the multiplex... Please look into the matter and revert me asap.. Movie ticket cost was rs.145

                            So i was expecting my movie timing at 12:15pm of rs 1.15 that was normal and she handed me executive instead of that she given me a ticket of rs 150 at at1:15 and when i asked for the alteration she refused to do it and said its not her mistake although i clearly mentioned that i need current movie of 12:15pm.                               My complaint is about fun cinemas sigma mall bangalore. (Spyder tamil 9:10pm show sep 27th 2017)
                              Being one of the theatre chains in india, it's the worst maintained cinema hall ever. Luckily on a weekday all my friends agreed on the movie plan and we booked ticket in fun cinemas since their primary things seats and sound are pretty good.in the middle of the show, screen went off and we were only able to hear the audio. They came and told server was down and it would take sometime. After 15 minutes we were asked to leave since they couldnt do anything and we were promised that refund would be done. Since i booked it thorugh paytm, they told we would get from paytm only.in short they ruined my movie night.

                              Your Nachos combo clearly mentioned Rs. 370/- on the LED screen, I hv been charged Rs. 470/- ++ for the same. I have at attached the bill copy, kindly revert/refund.

                                Hello management,

                                My complain is not about manager. I want to address higher management. Incident happened when i entered into your vadodra movie plex. I have diabetes so i have to carry snacks for odd hours. I was carrying corn kurkure and one maushambi juice. Senior manager stopped me and i said due to diabetes i have to carry this and i will not open until i feel it. I asked about the rule book but he said rudely, he doesn't have. He started inspecting and asking very odd and rude question. Then i have shown him my medical prescription and also wish to offer my i-card to verify. But his rudeness not gone. He allowed but lot of question was in his face.

                                My appeal to higher management, 1) please flash message during start and during interval that if you are in medication, bring prescription and icard. Even if you have diabetes then you cannot carry necessary snacks. 2) or instruct the counter representative, paytms etc to ask about illness before booking ticket 3) please write in back of ticket about this 4) also please write, if you have diabetes, you have to buy from our counter only.

                                These will help customer and they will decide accordingly.
                                I am not writing senior manager name. But for betterment if you want then please ask. But no need to punish him, he was doing his duty i suppose.

                                      On 04 may 2017, i tried to book a movie ticket via cinepolis android app at cinepolis kochi. I tried 3 times & every time the transaction failed, but an amount of rs170.18 was deducted each time from my account. First 2 times, i tried via sbi maestro debit card & the 3rd time i used federal bank mastercard debit card. I received ccavenue txn#s for the first 2 transactions; they are:[protected] &[protected]. For the 3rd transaction, the reference is given as "to ecm/3883/aip*cinepolis india pr\aip*c". I tried contacting payment gateway ccavenue but no response from their side & when i contacted cinepolis via email ([protected]@cinepolis.com), i got a reply on 08 june 2017 that refund has been processed. I still haven't got any refunds & no utr number was provided. After that, no response from cinepolis. Total refund amounts to rs510.54.

                                        Today i was planed to watch Badshaho in Cinepolis WTP Jaipur with my friend, i was booked a ticket through Book My Show and my seat number was L-17, 18 of show which was at 3:50 PM. When me and my friend were entre in thetre the executive inside the theatre who helped customers to find out their seat told us that your seat will be on 2nd from top in right.
                                        But there was already somebody was sitted on that seat when we asked them then they said that executive told them that this is their seat.
                                        but as per our ticket L-17, 18 was ours when we asked executive to told them to change their seat insted of told them to change their seat he told us that"क्या फ़र्क़ पड़ता है यहाँ बैठ जाओ".is this the way to deal with customers in cinepolis.
                                        that guy who was seated in our seat misbehaved us regarding seat issue.

                                        why we will face this in cinepolis type reputed theatre which in known for best in services. their restaurenrs are also too much pathetic, there are restaurent namende Cofee Tree, i think service of a local tea maker will be faar better then this huge name restaurent cofee tree, no body was entertain customers i was asking them again and again for my order and they were transfering it to one to another.

                                        i am a regular viewer of movies through cinepolis and cinepolis is best in city but today incident changed my mind totally
                                        next tym i will be think twice before go to cinepolise.
