[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — amount deducted but payment not made and has not been refunded

Dear sir
I have made a payment of rs 4553 for nios d. El. Ed teacher's training and the amount had been deducted from my account but the payment had not been made and also the amount was not refunded back to my account it is going to be 13 days but the amount has not been credited back to my account
