[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — money issue

A week ago i had transferred an amount of rs 3600 from my kotak account into my citrus wallet and another 1000 from my sbi account.
I received a message saying that the amount would be credited within 2 working days.
A couple of days later, i received another message saying that the request go declined and the amount will be credited back to my bank account within 8-10 working days.
Its been more than 12 days now, i have received 1000 in my sbi account but i still haven't received the remaining (Rs 3600) into my kotak account.
Need you assistance urgently as i have been trying to contact you for over a week now but the call doesn't get connected.

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at email@example.com via email to assist you further -
• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• First six and last four digits of the card (In case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• UPI / VPA if any used
