Dress which i ordered is totally different and very cheap quality. But the rate was very high. I want to return it back but their email ids are fake. I want my money back rs. 799. Website us very fake. It shows very attractive product send emails and after order if we want to return it back there is no reply and email ids are not working. Plz take immediate action and i want my money back....

Would like to return the dress I bought. It is not what is depicted on the picture. The picture indicates a light pink and the product delivered has parpal and looks awful. And not my size not happy with the quality of the same. I received this dress very low quality. As per photo's showing on website product received is different.in description given inner is cotton but inner not available also in photo's showing belt for the dress but in actually it is not available.
I want to return this product but on website no return procedure is available.

This company is bogus and viewers are requested not to buy anything from them. No customer care number ever existed total fraud
These sites should be banned. Where there is no return policy

The product shown on the site and the product which is supplied
Does not match nor does the material which is used it is of totally
Inferior quality not worth thousand rupees.

Product delivered is different and very bad quality. It even doesn't match to the picture shown in advertisement. We feel fooled and cheated. Such companies should be banned. There is no return policy.
The site is just posting fake images and facebook is also showing such sites.. Government should check and verify such fraud companies.. Who should be taken responsible for such fake underrated product providing sites.

I ordered product clo004 and i got the product but while trying it was so transparent which i can't wear it out.. I hv tried to fill details of return but it wasn't happening.. The quality of the product is really bad. A completely different product than what is shown on the website.

A low grade material like a nighty with no frills or lining was delivered. Very disappointed as the order id isn't working while returning and no point of contact

I had ordered a western dress through clothing heart.com on cod basis on 16.12.18. The western dress is not upto the standard and i want to return the same. The product was delivered to me on 19th dec and i mailed and whatspped them about the return on 21 dec but so far no response. The phone no. Given is also switched off. On logging into their site, the order shows pending and there is no return tab in the site through which we can send...
