Dear sir

I am a club mahindra member[protected]. One of the sales representatives of mahindra holidays made lot of false promises to me including that of referring 5 different customers under my name and obtained membership from me.

She has stopped responding to calls and replying to my messages since last couple of months. This may not be the right process however, i have been sold the membership under the wrong pretext.

    We bought club mahindra holidays in 2007. By paying the life time fees of 1.88 lacs my membrrship number is 307723

    1) we were promised many incentives on referring our friends, discount vouchers etc., wr received none, even after many if our referred friends bought the membership. The company shifted its office from hub mall, goregaon and we were told that the executive had left the company, hence the incentives cannot be provided.

    2) the company was not able to provide holidays on our requested timelines and in 10 years, we could get the desired holidays only for 15 days, whlie the company kept on asking for asf. It was so happening, that the desired holidays were not availble, the moment we used to refuse for asf stating the reason, miraculously the holidays were reported as available. This is how we could avail the holidays during initial four years.

    3) now since 2014 we are requesting the company to refund our money and have attended two grievance sessions as well. The company keeps on promising the refunds, but does not pay, giving one reason or the other and many a times without even revert. Interestingly, every year they keep on increasing the asf and adding to our account, so that the amount is squarred off.

    Really a rouge company.

    I am fed up with the assurances. Your Mr. Rohit Khanna is fully aware about this matter. May please refund the money with intetest at the earliest.
    guys please stop harrasing us. Just now Mr. Ashraf called and was cincerned ehy I have raised a complaint against Club Mahindra. Very conviniently he wanted to know if I wanted to avail any holidays, so that the ASF in full could be paid be us. He was not concered in solving the issue and did not want to talk about refund.

    Mr. Rohit Khanna is aware about the entite issue, let him get back to us.

      I had earlier lodged complaint as the cheat company mahindra club is not refunding my membership fees. Using dilatory methods. Asking me to communicate from the registered mail id all the time when the requests are sent from registered mail id also. I have furnished always my membership details. For all my mails it gives one standard reply. "communicate from your registered email" and deos not talk about refund.

        I signed up for club mahindra holidays by paying 50 k on the same day but after getting the feedback from friends, i requested the executive who signed me up to cancel it the very next day. He said that he will cancel it but even after following up continuously for 10 days in a row, he didnt provided any details on the cancellation or my refund back and on the 10th day he informed me that he will login and then i have to send an email to cancel it and will get my refund back after 45 days

        I dont understand as why i have to wait for that long to get my money back when i informed to cancel the membership with in 6 hours of signing up.

        Please help me to get the refund my money immediately

          We r at virajpet location & room number 1102 &1103.
          We had ordered snacks yesterday evening & one of it was peanut masala, in which there was a stone which I bit and BROKE my TOOTH.
          I complained & ur person Muthu/Sarvanan came & said he would send medicines aid for me. Till today morning nobody turned up for help. Whole night I couldn't sleep.

          This is the hospatilaty ur resorts provide?
          I will wait for today to c what support I will receive, otherwise I will take action myself on this issue against u.

            I really appreciate your follow up on notifying the change in law with regards to GST.

            However, I am surprised to see that there was no change in interest rate for so many rate changes over the last 3 years.

            In light of this, I would request to review the request on change of interest rate and pass of the benefit to customer for revisions to the interests earned on account of such differential interest rates by Club Mahindra.

            There is no clear answer in writing to my question, as it's an interest plan, why there cannot be any revision to interest.

            I don't think so that anyone at club Mahindra can even have courtesy to clarify the terms and conditions of the contract.

            Have lost hope and patience with this confusing and unclear way of responses.

            Not to mention, even the highest customer grievance point of contact has no time to address such issues with clear resolution.

              I had choosen for your membership white studio, but in future i do not want to carry forward this membership, reason being i have not enough time because my profession does not allow me, being a public service in govt hospital, i can not enjoy your holiday package, any emergency call could come from public hospital for care of patient
              i had chosen this member ship in march 2017, and after that there was log in problem from your side then i decided to quit from the membership i had mailed several time but your official said mail were not received. so i have stoped my advance cheque of emi for the month of may and june emi

              despite my several reminder your company is debiting the charge the ecs amount from my bank a/c for the month of july and august
              it is a clear intention to harash me by mentally and economicaly

              this is an inauthentic practice done by your company, pls stop to charge my ecs bank a/c else i will sue to in the court or consumer cell, or else refund me emi deposited for the july and aug2017

              i had mailed with you several time but your officials said that in this regard no mail is received from your side, how it is possible you can check my mail sent box then things will be clear

              i hope this letter of mine give you immediate attention else the legal suit will be done in appropriate time

                Date of cancellation of membership : 3rd may 2017.
                Amount paid as 30% advance : rs. 162, 630/-

                Full description of the incident as below :

                I am writing this after being completely frustrated by the attitude of people at mahindra holiday's, i had applied for a membership on 2nd may by paying a 30% advance. Unfortunately, due to a financial issue that came up on 3rd may, i sent an email followed by letters to club mahindra offices for cancellation. I received an acknowledgement for my cancellation request on 4th may, 2017 and was told that my refund will be processed in 60 day. Today (14th august, 2017) its been 100+ days since my cancellation request, i have no news on the refund.

                My repeated follow ups on this matter, each time i am told that there is some issue in processing and hence it will be delayed by few more days. Processing issues??? For 100plus days is unbelievable.

                The only reason for me to choose mahindra holidays was because its part of mahindra group which has a good reputation and goodwill. My personal experience of owning a mahindra xuv and the after sales service of mahindra has been good. But the experience i am having with mahindra holidays is so bad, i hope this bad experience does not influence my future decision on relationship with this group.

                Desirable resolution :
                As per the general conditions clause 8 : withdrawal of application for full refund - extracts of the clause "... Members are allowed a period of 10 calendar days from the date of mhril's realization of the down payment to withdraw their membership...".
                My payment to club mahindra was done vide my debit card, the payment was credited to the account of club mahindra on 2nd may, 2017.

                Resolution needed : the full amount of rs.162, 630/- should be refunded along with interest until the date refund is received in to my bank account.

                  1. I, had applied for membership of club mahindra at mahindra resort at corbett, ramnagar on 29/03/17 and made a down payment of rs 26980.00. The maf number allotted to me was feb/2017/25 yrs/168102.

                  2. I then planned to withdrew my application for membership of mahindra club the next day as the aspect of yearly maintanence feei was purposefully not told by the service representive to me at the time of filling the form. I informing about withdrawl of my application within one day of applying for the membership i. E on 30 mar 2017 to all the concerned. And as per para 8.1 of the agreement that had to be informed to mhril within 10 days of making the agreement for 100% refund.

                  3. Even after repeated requests every month and lapse of more than four months of my intimation of withdrawl of my membership application i have not been refunded with my amount. Every time the respose is that we are processing the refund but the money has not been refunded. You are requested to please act on the issue and and refund rs 26980.00 to me.

                    1. Rs. 30, 000.00 cash back after 3rd. Emi.
                    2. Not booking as per committed.
                    3. As per discussion with perminder sing & manpreet sing they told us you have pay only 3 emi and after 3rd emi first you go to holiday and if you satisfied with as then continue.
                    And after 3rd emi not release your 4th emi before your holiday.
                    Thats why we submitted 3 chq. (For 2 members)
                    And we have send you mail for hold 4th emi but you release 4th emi
                    But without any information and permission you convert in ecs.

                    Please close our (4 membership) membership and refund for the same.

                    We have all proof in writing and recording too.

                      Dear concerned,
                      I had written a mail on 6th october'2016 to memberrelations mail id, requesting club mahindra to discontinue my membership (No. 2679106) as i was going through financial constraints. I had specifically mentioned that my ecs/emi needs to be stopped with immediate effect and that i was not in a position to pay any further emi. Inspite of that, my emi of inr 5733/- got deducted in the immediate next month. I again raised a complaint on 8th november'2016 that the money has been debited from my bank and i need my reimbursement. Then i was continuously coordinating with one mr. Sandipan for my reimbursement. Several mails also have been sent to that effect, but all i was told that it is under process. Now, after 10 months, i get a mail from sandipan that the request has been denied. This is absolutely ridiculous. How can you come back and say that i will not get back my hard earned money? Now, i want this money reimbursement with 10 months interest at the earliest possible, else i am going to escalate this further and am ready to go to any extent to get my hard earned money back.

                        Recently i got a call from an arrogant lady who got my number from a public sale man from kollam... Whom have already taken my details... And my least interest in it... That arrogant lady probably have called me from there ernakulam division.. She has called me for to know my personal details... I provided her...in the end she realised that i am not eligible and not interested in it... So changed her way of approach through mocking me regarding my voice tone... As my voice is like a person who is gonna die soon.. She was lucky that i was busy in something... So refused to argue or go for a verbal fight.. I[censored] keep this kind of imbecile people around, you would likely end up in losing customers. It is just matter of time, like four or five incidence can spread the word around ultimately resulting your customer satisfaction

                          Club mahindra is fraud!!
                          Mr tarsh gaur and his team member gave us false commitment and assurances, like waving off of annual subscription fee till 2020 etc etc at the time of taking membership.

                          But once the substantial payment is made towards the membership. They don`t even bother to take your call.
                          At the time of taking membership they assure of providing personal assistance / service for booking of holidays etc, but soon after that we are harassed on various fronts.

                          We receive / calls / sms and emails asking us to make asf payment against their written commitment and assurances.
                          I had logged a complaint in the past, soon after that we received calls from taresh and he also came to meet us and again assured us that we would not be receiving such calls / mails for payment of asf. This false assurance was also made by him, only not to persue our complaint against him and get a clean chit from us.

                          Once he received a clean chit from us, he behaves in the same unprofessional manner.
                          And we have been again receiving sms / calls/ mails asking us to make the payment of asf against their commitment.

                          He confirmed / assured us for getting a confirmed booking in kandaghat since last 15 days.
                          Every day since then he has been giving a new date of providing the confirmed vouchers.
                          But everytime he says on phone and sms that our booking is confirmed.

                          Our journey date is tomorrow, and till tonight he has still not provided the confirmed vouchers. Now he is again saying that he would provide the confirmed voucher tomorrow morning.
                          We have booked cab on the basis of his confirmation (After asking him), made advance payment (Non refundable).

                          He is spoiling our holidays and is highly unprofessional on the part of club mahindra as we have made a substantial amount of payment of more than 2 lacs.

                          They just lure to take the membership, but club mahindra do not have enough resorts / rooms to accommodate members.
                          They take money but they do not provide any service,

                          I request all of you whoever reads this message, not to take membership of club mahindra as they are only interested in taking money and giving false assurances but not interested in providing any service.
                          We have so far made a payment of more than rs. 2 lacs, we have been at the receiving end, without enjoying a single holiday as they are not able to provide any service.

                            Hi,

                            I have asked multiple times to cancel my membership. Finally i have received mail that my membership is cancelled but they have not stopped my emi. It has been last 4 months, emi gets bounced even though i have got confirmation of membership cancellation. I am talking to mr bharat mhaprolkar, member relations officer who is every month promising me that emi request will not come to my bank but its of no use. Today i did called him almost 5 to 6 times but he did not picked the phone not even called back me. Finally i sent one more mail about the complaint to [protected]@clubmahindra.com.                             Its really pathetic service by club mahindra. Will ask my relatives and friends not to take club mahindra membership.

                              I was offered membership in club mahindra holidays through a randomised selection and was given a window period of 10 days time to confirm my membership and was assured by the company employees that if in case i cancel the membership within 10 days..                                 Hi i took club membership from you guys in april end, i requested for cancellation immediately as i realised it was not suiting us, they started the reversal process but they told it will take 60 days time. It was bit much but i was ok with it. But now it's almost 3 months and still no refund or anything. I have c sent around 10 mails but still no proper reply, just a statement it will be done.

                                You guys are soo irresponsible, why do u guys make customers run likes this?? You guys get any pleasure is it seeing us send mails n trying to reach you guys to get our hard earned money back??

                                Pathetic.

                                  In spite of several calls and follow up no update has been given,

                                  I have asked for cancellation of my membership with

                                  But no action has been taken, neither got any call. Every time i make a call at call center it took always more than 10 mins to connect, and when u get connected, they will say there are in process and you will get call back shortly.

                                    Hi Iam a serving army officer and have fwg for your consideration and early resolution

                                    Its been months since i had first contact with club mahindra through one of your rep who visited my place .He insisted me to make the down payment same day which i advice to him to atleast allow me to spk to me to family members regarding membership but finally paid him and he said i[censored] r not happy with membership money will be refunded so on 28th i made the payment of rs 36720 and after consulting my family members and friends the same day i wrote to club mahindra for the cancellation.To my utter surprise every time i used to get a response from club mahindra that i have to apply for cancellation from my registered email ID which in form i filled as 2014.[protected]@gmail.com but club mahindra data entry operator entered as 2014.[protected]@gmail.com.Any way after giving numerous calls i got it changed it and i suffered this mental agony and delay in cancellation because of no fault of mine.

                                    Now after a month whenever i call your reps i get contradicting responses and iam not sure what is the current status of my cancellation request and refund status.

                                    The point in writing mail to you is that this service of clubmahindra which i was apprehensive about and warned by my friends and family members.

                                    If this is the way a customer is dealt then i dont know how club mahindra gonna grow.

                                    please revert to me the current status of the refund status.

                                      Big fraud - club mahindra and their sales person deepali sonawane has ripped off my rs.65000/-

                                      I am one of the newest frustrated members of club mahindra family. My frustration is based on the breach of trust.

                                      My wife and i have been persuaded by your representative deepali sonavane (Deepali. [protected]@mahindraholidays.com) to book a membership some time back. My membership id is 2750175

                                      The membership benefits are not what were communicated to us.

                                      My wife and i were begging to deepali to solve our problem and all i am getting is "i will get back to you" and nothing was happening.

                                      I had been trying to contact deepali over the phone and text messages for many days but she was not picking up my call or reverting back on phone.

                                      I am disappointed and wanted to cancel my membership and issue a complete refund.

                                      I have not availed any single holiday and i did not intend to anymore.

                                      I have evidence that can easily prove that the "sell" that was made under the promise is fraudulent.

                                      I understand that to close a "sale", representatives sell things which should not be sold - and this was the case here.

                                      I requested them that since i have not used any of their services and their services were not what were communicated to me, i don't want it - they took 2 months time in responding and now said that your plan is not eligible for refund. Big #.

                                      They treat customers like slaves and they are pathetic when it comes to serving you.

                                      I read many complaints about them on internet but unfortunately it was after i got trapped in their "sales tricks"

                                      A very unhappy customer of club mahindra - they are suckers and *do not* opt for any schemes of theirs, they will try to fool you and rip off your money like they did with me.

                                      I hope this is not your standard "social media" answer like probably your fellow team members are doing over Twitter. I am really fed up with your processes and I want to shout out to the world to stay away from Club Mahindra.

                                      Whey the hell are your representatives "fooling" your customers with misleading and fraudulent info just to close a sale? Pathetic.

                                        This is our biggest mistake that we took mahindra membership. Its been almost more then one and a half yr now and we could only go once. Since then we are struggling for booking. At the time of making members when they have to fulfill their target for promotions and salary hike they have diff. Story and after membership absolutely different. At the time of taking membership i was v. Much clear that i have small kids and i cannot plan my vacations 4 months before but then they said you don't worry we are here for your bookings you just give a call to us. Yes but if you will go for higher season holidays we will deduct few of your days and nights that we have paid under package. Whereas we are not even allowed to do bookings when bookings are opened for red and purple colour. Why they give incorrect and inappropriate information, andt now they don't even pick our calls. Then we write mails to them for my mail some samidha aeer replied explaining me rules and regulations but then when i asked her my points she didn't replied, rather she put my mails on automated reply saying our team is working round the clock and will get back to you in two working days. But its been 3-4 days now no response from mahindra end. Even when we went to munnar for our holidays mahindra bus driver was that smart that he took us to his particular shop (As he may be getting good commission for bringing memebers) rather then taking us to dam which has fixed timings to visit, next day we have to go thekkady, now who is going come all the way from bangalore to munnar for one dam. Our day was badly wasted in that shop. We really had v. Bad experiences with mahindra up till now and would not recommend anyone to waste their 4-5 lakhs, as in this amount we can get nice branded hotels whenever we want. You can only enjoy mahindra vacations when you buy red and purple season otherwise for other colours it is a big pain. Again i am saying i cannot plan my vaccation 4 months before with my kids as if i had to cancel my holidays again they are going deduct number of days and nights on cancellation of the booking. Again i will be in loss. Either sort our problem or refund our money.
