We bought club mahindra holidays in 2007. By paying the life time fees of 1.88 lacs my membrrship number is 307723
1) we were promised many incentives on referring our friends, discount vouchers etc., wr received none, even after many if our referred friends bought the membership. The company shifted its office from hub mall, goregaon and we were told that the executive had left the company, hence the incentives cannot be provided.
2) the company was not able to provide holidays on our requested timelines and in 10 years, we could get the desired holidays only for 15 days, whlie the company kept on asking for asf. It was so happening, that the desired holidays were not availble, the moment we used to refuse for asf stating the reason, miraculously the holidays were reported as available. This is how we could avail the holidays during initial four years.
3) now since 2014 we are requesting the company to refund our money and have attended two grievance sessions as well. The company keeps on promising the refunds, but does not pay, giving one reason or the other and many a times without even revert. Interestingly, every year they keep on increasing the asf and adding to our account, so that the amount is squarred off.
Really a rouge company.
