Dear sir,

We have taking a 4 (Four) membership on 24th march at that time they are offering membership with benefits.

1) 30, 000.00 cash back after 3rd emi
2) after 3rd emi first you go for holidays after you deside for continue.

Mr. Perminder singh was committed all the offer and they told us offer was only today before end of the day that's why we have pay at 10.30 to 11.00 pm that day
And mr. Perminder singh also committed for booking they told a you just sent me a mail for booking i have done everything but after booking mail they are not replying and they are not pickup our phone,
After 3rd emi we realize 30, 000 cash back fake commitment after that we complaint to member relation they are also agree and they told us we have registered fri against perminder singh and we have refund to 30, 000.00 in your account but still no any payment in our account.
After 3rd emi we send a mail to company for hold our 4th emi but they are deduct my 4th emi

They are too much fraud with us we are very tired from company we want our all payment refund from company
We have all the proof in writing and call recording.

Please help us as soon as possible

    I have been requesting for the cancellation of my membership 2652114 for a year now but there is no mail from club mahindra stating the cancellation.
    Why do i receive mails regarding asf payments and other holiday mails from mahindra club even after requesting cancellation?
    Why don't i receive a mail stating that your membership has been cancelled?
    Also i have received no refund inspite of not using a single holiday
    I want to get rid of this membership as soon as possible, i have been sending numerous mails regarding cancellation but received no reply.
    Please cancel my membership and send me an email regarding the same.

      My club mahindra membership 2107069 was cancelled without giving a single holiday. I kept on trying but could not use. Online booking use to show error and on calling customer care no response.
      I stopped payment and asked for refund. They told me there is no refund done. I requested them that i am not earning and need money but still they stuck to their refund policy. It's poor than lynching on gun point. Imagine product not delivered but still money forfeited. Nobody talks about cancellation policy and we expect them to be ethical. But this is what we get in return. I need my money back and keep fighting for that as i have no money to file case against them.

        Hello everyone
        I have taken the membership of club mahindra membership with id 2768948.
        After evaluating everything, i decided to cancel my membership within 7 days after its start... I have mailed a number of times to club mahindra email id but all goes in vein. No satisfactory reply from their side. Refund process takes only 40 to 45 days but in my case it has been more than 60 days.
        No official revert back to solve my problem.
        It is really a mental and financial harassment from such a popular firm.

        I have called them a number of times on their customer care number. They asked to call back in few hours. But no body replied in all the cases...

        Please suggest me some idea to get my payment back.

        No action by Club Mahindra Team ...it has been four months. ..They are just making us fool by sending automatically generated emails...The process of refund takes maximum 90 days as the Club Mahindra officials said. ..but if has been more than 120 days...No body tells when the refund will come and how much??? Such a poor system it is...

They told me that amount will be returned in same account in three months.Now 5 months are gone stil there is no updation. They people are not answering the calls. What should I do...

          Hi, in continuation to my discussion with the local member relations desk, i've decided to cancel my membership.

          I was pushed to take this membership on the 31st of march 2017 saying it is the year end and i would additional benefits if i booked it on that particular day.

          I was promised by the sales executive for a 2 nights and 3 days stay before my first emi and i continue to follow up for the same, plead and fall at ones feet. Every now and then i just get to hear on non availability and very in-courteous response. I've given up on this membership as my experience has been very poor right from the work go.

          I'd appreciate if the membership is revoked and my down payment is reversed.

          Looking forward for a quick resolution on reversal.

And also they dont have the courtesy to pick our call inspite of calling for the past 15 days.

              मेरा नाम दीपक पसरीचा है | मेने आप की मेम्बरशिप ली थी | जिम कॉर्बेट में सारिम खान जी से ली थी | वहा मुझे अच्छी अच्छी बाते समझा कर मेम्बरशिप बेच दी गयी | और मुझसे वहा पे लगबग 28000 रूपए लिए गए और में नया आदमी था मुझे कोई समझ नहीं थी इनके ब्लू, रेड, और वाइट, सीजन की मुझे ये कहा गया अगर आप ब्लू मेम्बरशिप में रेड सीजन में बुकिंग करवाते है तो आप की नाईट कम हो जाती है मेने उनसे पूछा बुकिंग हो तो जाती है | तो उन्होंने मुझे कहा 100%आप की बुकिंग हो जाती है, मेने उनसे ये भी पूंछा की आप की कम्पनी के बारे में इंटरनेट फेसबुक पे कमेंट भी आप की कम्पनी को लेकर किये गए है की आप मेंबर्स को बुकिंग नहीं देते अपितु नॉन मेंबर को पैसे लेकर बुकिंग दे देते हो तब मुझे विश्वास दिलाया गया की ऐसा नहीं है इतनी बड़ी कम्पनी है ऐसा कभी नहीं करती | में आप के झांसे में आ गया और मेने मेंबरशिप ले ली उसके बाद मुझे 6 नाईट के फ्री वाउचर दिए गए और मुझसे कहा गया की ये वाउचर में किसी भी सीज़न में यूज़ क़र सकता हु | मेरी पहली इन्स्टालमेन्ट भी 7 अगस्त को जा चुकी है | लगभग 11500, अब बुकिंग का समय जब आया मुझे अपने बच्चो के साथ कानाताल जाने का प्रोग्राम बनाया 28 सितंबर को तो मेने बुकिंग मांगी तो मुझसे कहा गया की ये रेड सीजन है इसमें रूम उपलब्धड नहीं है | मेने कहा मुझे बुकिंग दे दो मेरी नाइट्स कम कर दो तो मुझे कहा गया रूम्स उपलभध नहीं है, मेने फिर नॉन मेंबर बन के इनके रिसोर्ट कानाताल में फोन किया तो उन्होंने मुझे बताया की रूम्स है उसका tariff डिटेल उन्होंने मुझे मेल की Mr. पवन शर्मा ने इससे ये साबित हो गया की रूम्स उपलभ्ध थे पर मेंबर को नहीं दिए जा रहे थे | इसको लेकर मेरी पवन से बात हुई पवन ने मुझे आश्वासन दिया की दो दिन में में आपको अपने सीनियर से बात करके बताता हु उसके बाद पवन जी ने मुझे 20 दिन तक लटकाए रखा और मेरा फोन उठाना भी बंद कर दिया, हार के आज दोपहर में अपनी पत्नी के साथ पवन से मिलने जसोला ऑफिस गया वहा
              उसने मुझे अपनी किसी सीनियर से मिलवाया जिसने अपना नाम सपना बताया और कहा में कल तक आप का केस सॉल्व क्र दूंगी | अब मुझे कन्वेन्स किया जा रहा है की में अपनी मेंबर शिप अपग्रेड करा लू मेने इनसे कहा में आप को इतना पैसा दे चूका हु उसके बाद भी मुझे एक हॉलिडे तक नहीं मिल रहा |
              में आप पे विश्वास कैसे करू पहले आप मुझे मेरी बुकिंग कन्फर्म कराये एक हॉलिडे के बाद में अपग्रेड कराऊंगा | में मेंटली फिज़िकली बहुत परेशान हो चूका हु अब मुझे मजबूरन कंस्यूमर कोर्ट जाना पड़ेगा मुझे विशवास है वहा मेरे साथ न्याय होगा |

                My father dr bharat pandya is applied for membership on18/5/2017, for me and paid down-payment through axis credit card payment.in a application i had not signed as a applicant, that mean application form incomplete and is submitted by club agent.
                On next-day i said to agent for cancellations for membership through telephone talking.
                How it possible without my signature you accept this application form???
                On 1st june 17 i had emailed for cancellations, your system accepted it on 18th june. Email came from you as follows;

                "dear mr. Pandya,

                Greetings from club mahindra!

                With reference to your request received, we have raised cancelation in your membership. You will receive your refund within 60 working days from our corporate office.

                We urge you to reconsider your decision for membership cancelation

                We thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you!

                From this day to till today... Your 60 working days is not completed.

                And it possible without my signature it happen.
                And duplicate copy of application i had not received till day.
                I want my application copy as early as possible.
                Also give me your company rules for refund process.
                It's absolutely not fare for delaying of refund.
                If now delay happened than you have to pay me refund with banking interest.
                Always from your side i had received only and only computerised replied that within 2 to 3 working days our employee will contact you solve your problem but not a single positive response derived from your club.
                Your club team, help center number [protected], regional office [protected], and your agent name tejas daraji [protected] are not given any answer for this case.

                  Club mahindra memebrship no 2730171
                  You have informed us that we can use the club mahindra resorts in dubai/malaysia inplace of rci resorts for our first holiday but we shall need to pay some exchange fee for the same. Your executive has very clearly stated that we can stay at any of these places mentioned above without having to pay any fees. It is a free international holiday in our first year of membership.

                  We are having lots of trouble with club mahindra membership.
                  The executives who have made us members have made promises to us which they cannot keep.
                  This is very painful. We expected a very good experience from a mahindra brand.

                  Please cancel our membership and refund our full amount.

                  We request you to please make it upto mahindra image and dont make false promises while selling your holidays!!
                  This way we shall never recommend your holidays to anyone!!

                    I have taken the membership of club mahindra in january 2017 at mussoorie, uttarakhand. My member id is 2738491. I am complaining about refund matter since many days but there is no looking forward yet. I paid a down payment as they asked for although belonging from a middle class family. I have not availed any facility of club mahindra till date.in this regard several emails to club mahindra and when we asked for refund, no reply since then. I need a solution as soon as possible.

                    Original Message----- From: sd uniyal ([email protected]) Date: Wednesday, August 02, 2017 02:51 PM To: Club Mahindra Holidays ([email protected]) Subject: Sub- Regarding refund of initial deposit against my club mahindra ID-2738491 Sir/Madam, I had taken the club mahindra membership ID-2738491. I have requested several times to club mahindra for refund of my initial deposit ( Rs. 31, 160.00). My last e-mail (reminder-2) send to your department on 10.06.2017 for refund of my initial deposit and in this regard your response through e-mail on dated 15.06.2017 was received that my initial deposit will be refunded within 25 working days, but no refund has been received till date. It means Club Mahindra has not taken necessary action on my request. Only assurance given to me that my money will be refunded within few working days. I am surprised that how much time required for process of refund (as per your responding e-mails refund time= Ist 60days +IInd 20days +IIIrd 30 days and last 25 days). I have not availed any facilities of club Mahindra. Presently I am facing financial problem. It is very unfortunately inform to your department that their working style depend only business conversation based. Once again I am requesting to you please solve the matter about my refunds.                       I am member of club mahindra. My memebership no. Is 2748747. We get into this membership on womens day through parth barot and mr. Raday from ahmedabad who is an authorised executive of club mahindra his contact no. Is [protected]... While making us member he promised us to give 15000 points n 3nights from club mahindra and 5 nights additional from himself as holiday pakage. And also said for making other member he will give extra points... But later on he is neither doing anything of what he promised to do and nor receiving our call. Not just mr. Barot but his senior mr. Raday is also not receiving call. And on our last call he said dnt call us again and again we have many other things to do. They both are behaving so rudely and not doing well with their profession... We are a group of members who are facing this issues with dis executive who talks sugary while making member n later runs away from doing wat he promised... So, i jst want to say do for wat u promised or club mahindra should not hire fraud people for selling their membership and shud take strict action against mr. Parth and mr. Raday like who suffers members and spoil club mahindras name too. I want club mahindra to solve this issue asap. Dis 2 ppl have done the same wid so many others if you enquire you will come to know many are suffering after becoming member of club mahindra through them.

                      we have complaint against mahindra club and already told them we dont want to continue membership and will not pay for any installment still they are sending messages to deduct amount for installment...so now shall we suit against club mahindra for harassing us .we want a sooner reply for this issue.we humbly request consumer complaint forum to guide us wat next we should do to solve the issue.

                      we have complaint against club mahindra resort. and now they have deducted amount from our acccount even after denying for membership on 2nd sept through mail. we want our money back...we want refund...and guidelines for further what should we do...i want consumer forum to help us get refund and take action against all this kind of cheating happening behind big names of resorts and their services.

                        Club mahindra is the fraud company. They are selling the holidays by providing false details. I am so tired of following up with u guys for membership amount reversal, it's been more than 3 months. First it was told u will reverse it with in 60 days that ended on 20th of july then after my so many mails and complaints it was guaranteed and confirmed from your team that it will be done in next 30 days i will get the credit in my account but still nothing, please respect your own words, and make sure u credit asap.

                        What u guys are doing is horrible and your image will go down.

                          I have taken this membership on 25th june 2017, by paying down payment of 26980/- and also paid first installment of 6882/-.

                          But there is some problem at my end, as my husband has lost his job, we have some other loans also to clear, hence we will not be able to continue with mahindra membership.

                          Hence request you to kindly refund my money by cancelling my membership..

                            I got a call from clubmahindra holidays on 03.08.17 saying that i will get a free voucher for 2 night 3 days vacation and for that i have to come to hotel little palace, dibrugarh. When i reached there on 05.08.17 i was said that i will get the free voucher and also they explained about their membership details. We said that we cannot decide in 1 hr about becoming member and we need time. We got the free voucher which has a validity for 6 months i. E. Upto 05.02.2018. But today on 23.08.17 when i am trying to redeem the voucher it is showing there is no vacant room avaible at any resort. This is really disgusting. When i called the customer care no, it could not be contacted

                            We, Anil and Mrs. Shyama Kothari were called on 10th February 2018 to one of the posh hotel in Nashik. There we were nicely explained the schemes by Smt Arsheen Khan and Mr. Gaurav Rai. We requested them to show us short duration scheme instead of 25 years span, as we both were 60+. Accordingly we were offered Valantine day scheme against payment of Rs. 6100/-. We accepted it and paid Rs. 6100/- and they issued us 5 vouchers and told that we could use them within two years from date of issue. Accordingly I tried for booking in July against voucher no. IJCU544SUO, which was registered on 14 June 18 by Mr. Sundeep Pillai. and sms was sent to me. But I could not get booking. Now from last 10/15 days I am trying for booking in between 18th November to 20th December 18, but message displayed "Voucher invalid. Please contact voucher issued person. Nobody is answering.

                                Hi i'm here to complain about the scams of this club mahindra free holiday coupon. By saying that we won the coupon for 3n/4d free holiday coupon, they kept calling us and urged us to collect the coupon at hotel hilton on 5th august.
                                I took permission from work and went there since they said i should go along with my wife. There we saw a lot many other couples too. There the club mahindra marketing guys asked us to attend a presentation which lasted for 40 min, and prompted to take their membership. When we said we weren't interested to be the partner, they said by the end of the session we would get our free holiday coupon (Within india-valid for 6 months).
                                After the session those guys said they would send us the coupon by email in 2 working days. It's been 2 weeks now and we didn't receive any yet.

                                Those frauds wasted our precious time, energy and trust!! Beware of club mahindra and their fake holiday offers!!

                                  Last ten days i have received about 6-7 calls from various offices of club mahindra. Every one understood my problem and promised to help me getting me refund as early as possible
                                  Today i received call from the boss of marketing person who has taken money from me for enrolling me for membership on 15th August. The gentlemen told me that my membership id is not created yet. I will receive the varification call from some deptt of club mahindra and i should complete user ID creation activity then put the request for cancellation again in this way i can get the money refund in 25 days otherwise it will take two to two and half months. I am not sure this is the right procedure. Can somebody guide.

                                      I purchased club mahindra holiday membership. But initial experience was worst. I was unable to book holidays of my choice even when there was availability. So i decided to cancel my membership. There executive came and told me that you deposit another 9400 and you will get amount within 45 days. Then club mahindra replied that refund will be done in 70-75 days. After 90 days they are telling that refund will be done in 45 days. This is largest cheating company

                                        Due to some reason, i have cancelled my membership on 08.08.2017. As per general condition clause part c 8.1 and 8.2, i am eligible for full return if i request to withdraw application within 10days from the payment received by you.

                                        After lodging above complain, One of your club mahindra executive called us on 17 November 2017 and said that he will inform about the status of our refund application within one day but till today i haven't receive any call from your side.

                                        In each call new executive is asking my complain from initial stage and assuring that complain will be resolved as earliest, but till date i havn't seen any resolution from your side.

                                        Therefore, it is requested you to go through all the communication(verbal and non verbal) which i had with you and give me a meaningful reply so that accordingly, I can plan my future actions as i am fed up with all your useless response.

                                        This is very bad for your reputation that we are asking for our money since last 3 months and club mahindra is not even eligible to pay a small amount of Rs. 37, 220 since last 3 month.

                                        After having above experience, we will not even think to take your membership again in future and we will not recommend others to do so.

                                        Awaiting your positive reply this time.
