Booking amount not refunded

I booked single sharing room in February and made booking through colive app. Later I was denied single sharing room and asked for my refund which I paid at time of booking. Since February no one is listening to me and not even giving my refund....

We were new to Chennai, and essentially looking for apartments to stay. A Sales agent with the name Rinku, approached us, and essentially asked us for the details and said that we needed to pay 1500 INR to check out the property. Usually Colive does not provide refunds. But, this sales agent committed over email that they are going to process the refund. Initially, he spoke on behalf of Colive. But, then they mentioned that since it's an associated property, we will get the refund. Upon constant pestering, he provided us with the Google map location of the accommodation where the property manager said that there were no place to stay. Essentially, the accommodation looked very different from what it was shown on the paper. After the sales agent pestered us till the middle of the night to make the booking amount of the other two rooms as well. When we declined, he started hurling abuses like "liars" at us. Then, he threatened that unless we pay the whole amount, he won't process our refund. This mockery of the stay situation continued where we told him that we were done with him and his behavior and that we wanted our refund, to which he said he is looking into it, and now, saying that he is not even going to process it.

    I have booked a colive stay as per available shown in application. And I went that place on proper time and date . Caretaker didn't given room to me by saying there is no availability for room. And Iam contacting for the amount which I payed they are not responding

      I was looking for pg in Hyderabad. This guy named Rinku called and asked me to deposite booking fees of 1500. When we went to the pg on assigned date, the owner said they don't take booking by colive and no room was booked in our name. Now he is not responding to call or text. Kindly get my money back. Rinku is the name of agent. I am attaching the booking amount screenshot.

        I have made reservation for PG in bellandur, bangalore via colive website. But the owner of PG is declining the reservation. I have screenshot of payment done in colive website. I want my reservation amount to be refunded.

          Colive has not refunded my security deposit of Rs. 16, 465 for my previous tenancy at Colive WhiteWings. My lease agreement with Colive ended on 31st march, and I have since vacated the property in accordance with the lease agreement.

          I have tried contacting Colive WhatsApp chatBot, support number and already wasted around numerous hours in trying to reach on official channels. This is very frustrating and I was not informed...

          Hello Team,

          I had booked for a double sharing room in Bellandur, Bangalore through a colive employee named Rinku. He had asked me to pre book the room so that, it would be available for me during my move in date. Based on this communication, I had paid the advance amount of Rs. 1500 (proof attached). At that time I was in my hometown. When I was nearing my move in date, I approached the property and asked for the room. The manager of the property - Stanley Premium PG Coliving said that he doesn't know who is Rinku and that no room is pre-booked. And then whenever I asked Rinku about the booking and for my refund, no proper communication was provided. Once, he asked me to fill the details for refund which said the amount booked would be refunded in 7 business days. But again it's been more than 14 days and there is no information from their side. This is totally a fraudulent activity and I would request to take a strict action on the person and please provide me back the amount I booked.

            On 30 april 23 i booked paradise coliving PG under colive agent name rinku [protected]. First he said book it for 1500 it is fully refundable than after paying 1500 he is saying pay 1500 more . he didn't told about 1500 extra before. I paid the money. Due to some issue i cancelled the reservation on may 8 23 but till now i haven't got my 3000. I tried to contact him but he is not picking up . I want my money back. All traction information i have uploaded . I want strict action agaist it.

              Mental harassment through legal notice

              The agent name is rinku. He recommend me a property made me to pay the reservation for me and my partner it was 3000 .Now I have cancelled the booking. They are not paying back my refund

                Submitted security 17000 and rent 13000 same month colive left the property due to conflict with the property owner now they just sent goodbye message on email and they left without refund of the money.Now we are stuck between owner and colive

                  I submitted rent to colive approx 13000 and security 17000 they just left the property because of some despute with the owner now I am a tenant colive didn't refunded the security and just sent me goodbye through mail.Now I am stuck please help and I am also not able to reach to their customer care.

                            I am Devarajan Arunkumar, i moved to bangalore 3 months ago and When I was browsing for pg booking online, one of colive employee (likitha) contacted me and showed a video tour of a room and I paid a booking advance of Rs1499 on the same day (14 jan 2023) . I was told the rent was Rs11, 000 and security deposit was Rs5000 for a single shared room..After few days another employee (Ankita) introduced her as from check-in department and mentioned...

                            Fake app and website. Paid money for booking and when visited for check in there is no tie up with this company. This is totally a scam company. Also the customer service is fake they will tell you to call IVR and in IVR no one will receive your call. Also raised service ticket SR2SR289010. But it was resolved without acknowledging us Or without any resolution.

                            It have been 3 months still no response got from Colive. This all are fraud and fake people. Also no consumer complaints helped us. After having so many consumer complaints with proof still the company is running fine and are cheating others.

                              My wife was 8 months pregnant and due the doctor advised not to travel from home to hospital so we needed a place just for last few days of delivery. We contacted colive customer care and spoke to person named Ramjit who suggeste a place Amigo-coliving and assured it's the best for a pregnant lady and also we needed car parking. He claims he spoke with the location person and there is parking. Just 1 day before check-in i wanted to make sure everything was fine and reached the location the person who runs the place Mr Venkatesh highly objected a pregnant woman and also no parking facility. When i contacted Ramjit he tried speaking to Me Venkatesh who also told him the same so he sent me to another location colive kings and queens which again did not allow pregnant woman. So Ramjit agreed to process the booking refund. But no one from colive seems to help since that day.

                                I made a reservation of Rs.2000 for triple sharing Colive Ruby, Gowlidoddy. The sales executive was Mousmi. She took the booking for a room which was unavailable. She later told it was mistake from their side and the room is unavailable. The other options were not in Gowlidoddy and I demanded refund and she agreed so. But she is not responding since then. Please provide my refund. I have attached the confirmation mail from her side.
