[Resolved] Air India / Ticket — Wrong ticket issued

I made an internet E-TICKET in Air India website bearing PNR number JFT5J from Delhi to Mumbai. When I approached the check -in desk the airline staff indicated that my PNR is cancelled and issued to kolkata. I was surprised and rather showed them my booking detials. Still I could not fly to Mumbai. I want a compensation towards this as the Air line never approached me to help me out even after sweetly charging me for the ticket. I want a suitable compensation for the loss of business and time and also the harrassment. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

AirIndia — regarding wrong ticket

i have been try to call airindia several time but they just put me on hold for 20 min and no response and reson for calling is that they issued my parents wrong ticket and even it was open tickets they were sayning it been used , who it was used while they are here.i wanted to reach them but i donot know how?

air india ticket — wrong e mail address

booked a ticket by ic-822 for 09 nov 2009 with PNR number X5VHRH and yatra reference number CJK8RC. BY MISTAKE WRONG E MAIL ADDRESS AS [protected]@gmail.com . but my correct e mail address is [protected]@gmail.com. please send my ticket to correct e mail address. thanks
