[Resolved]  Aircel Prepaid — blocking of my lost mobile number

I lost my mobile on 8th january in chennai. My number is [protected].please block it ASAP.

Balance charged

My balance is charged rs59 is activated any other service a

very low speed

I have taken new aircel number which is [protected] recently.i have taken plan 225 which gives 2gb 3G data.but from the first day I could not listen audio song in online.it's much slower than 2g data.

Someone giving calls and sms

aircel customer care office is not providing the change from postpaid to prepaid... they simply refuse it...
