[Resolved] Airtel — Balance cut off | |||
Yesterday, the mobile phone service provider airtel cut off the balance of rs. 30 from the current balance. Whem i tried to call and ask to the customer care they always say we are checking please wait and after1 or 2 min the call ends up by them. So i request to take a action against the company Was this information helpful? | |||

Cutting my balance

I recharged my airtel sim [protected] with Rs 20 and next morning my balance was 1.31 without making a call or anything and when i try to call customer care it give a message that "type airtel and send to 121 to know your balance..." and disconnects my call so i am really fed up by calling customer care

This is in reference to subscription of scheme from your side on my mobile No. [protected] which I personally not subscribed but forcibly it was given by airtel. and cutting the balance continuously from last two months. if i am not subscribing any scheme like Game loung, picture download then why my balance is cutting by airtel. why i should suffer for this balance cutting regularly.
If this was not stopped i will stop your service and change my sim card.
Please stop subscription of any of scheme on my moblie so that there will no unnecessary balance cutting.

actuly compeny cut my balance about 53 inr without any msg without reson Hi every one,
Will i am using Airtel Connections since 5 years long, initially the service was good but from last one year onwards the service is not up to the mark, As the Add promotes India's Largest network i feel very embrass, when the network touches my place i stay at Narayanguda center of hyderabad, The network is very low, and once i step into the house the network dips to zero . i am facing these problem since one to two years .

Dear sir,
i opened a site at my airtel no. [protected] and the company cut my 300 rupee for downloading charge of any game which i have not dwonload.
and company costmer care excutive is not talking properly about this.
will u plz help me in this issue because i want my balance reverse.
