It has been for so many months the Airtel company is deducting various amounts from my credit prepaid balance for activation of this/that services which have never been requested from my side. When I call the customer care executive either they don't respond or show their inability to do anything and talk rubbish and disconnect the line. Even for these customer care calls I have to pay. I am really fed up and lost my lot of money because of this.
Latest on sunday 8th july 2012 without any request from my side I received a message from AT-AIRINF stating that an amount of Rs.25 is deducted from my account for MULTICONTENTSTORE on my airtel mobile for 7 days. Again yesterday i received a message stating that this service will be renewed in three days and to stop this service i have to message STOP to 121. After doing this i get a message that this service will be stopped in 4 hours.Today also when i called the customer care executive at 10.05pm he showed his inability to do anything right and also started talking in a filthy manner. By all this utter nonsense I am being made to waste my money as well as my valuable time. I request you take appropriate action against the company and compensate me for my losses.

    I wanna complaint about airtel, today I got msg from AT-AIRINF dat I have downloaded a game n I m being
    Charged rs.100 bt in reality I havnt downloaded any game infact itz not in my cell . I want airtel group to correct
    Their mistk as soon as possible and give back my balance . I m nt a vry rich prsn so plz dnt trick me.
    please give my balance back...i thought dat ur netwrk is d BST bt I ws wrong, itz d wrst

        Today I have to write about how New Delhi Communications which is an Airtel Customer Care outlet at M-22 Greater Kailash 2 Market, New Delhi-110048 and how they have managed to cheat me.

        I had lost my phone yesterday and had gone there to get a duplicate SIM card after doing the required trip to the CR Park Police station to lodge an FIR. At New Delhi Communications, they asked me for 2 copies of my photo ID, a photograph and Rs 125. I did as asked and my phone was activated. Within a few minutes I get an SMS from Airtel confirming the re-activation and how it should have costed me Rs 25/- only (not 125/-). After another few minutes I received another SMS saying that Airtel Money Transfer on my phone has been activated and Rs 100 were charged for that.

        Nobody at the counter told me about this. They asked me to sign the forms and pay. Not even a word was mentioned regarding this hankypanky that was a tie up between Mr. Varma, the shop owner, and the Airtel customer care people.

        My request to people would be please be very careful before going to this store as they are cheating a lot of people like this. When we are in a difficult, stressful situation and have so many forms to fill, they take advantage of it. Rs 100 is not a big amount but a lot of hundreds make thousands and lakhs for these people.

          i have activate 98 internet pack but m facing problem. its showing packet data connection not available. i have contacted customer care but still no use. i have setting....please tell me what to do?

            Sim Card Registration Failed

            My Airtel prepaid mobile [protected] service stopped working from past 8 days due to the error Simcard registration failed. Tried using a different phone but never worked. I tried contacting Airtel customer care many times and none bothered to look in to this matter.

            I had already sent many emails to the Airtel Appellate authorities and a lady named SHILPA S replied saying that my alternate number is not reachable. When I replied...

            I applied for New multiroom Airtel -DTH connection online .
            I HAD PAID FOR THE CONNECTION ON 9TH OF JULY 2012 WITH TRANSACTION ID IBG5614299 AMOUNT PAID FOR rs. 2380 FOR 2 MULTI TV CONNECTION FOR MY SUBSCRIBER ID [protected] NAME SALABH SARRAF AND IT WAS PROMISED THAT THE CONNECTION WILL BE DONE WITHIN 48 HRS BUT NO ONE HAS APPROACHED YET.             Airtel India — Airtel DTH

            Hi,
            I would like to share my experience with Airtel DTH service provider wherein i found that the commitment shown by Airtel ground engineers is pathetic. I booked Airtel DTH on 25th April 2010 after doing lot of comparisons between various service providers & found that in terms of feasibility, Airtel Channel Packages are much better than Tata Sky. I have been a loyal customer to Airtel mobile services since last 6 years & therefore decided to go ahead with apprehension that services by Airtel DTH will be at par with their other offerings, though i asked the call center executive to help me with the process & he did so. I booked my DTH connection & then thereafter i enquired about the Installation date & time, which was confirmed after checking with the operations team for 26th April 2010 evening time. When i came back & checked with the call center that i have not yet received any call, they enquired again back over there & checked for timings & then they communicated that it cannot be done today. I was absolutely surprised that at the sales side the team has to be very active with their product, but it reflected "no caring attitude" from Airtel. Looking at this i asked for cancellation of my connection as the initial service at time of sales itself is not in a situation to deliver, which reflects that after few months i will get stuck with the connection & the services will be much more pathetic. Looking at the services i have decided to cancel the service & please ensure that you do not purchase online, nor from the reseller, rather you asked them to come to your place & then you pay them so that you do not face issue with an installation.
            I think as an organization this content may not affect Airtel at all, but from my end, i would not recommend Airetl DTH to my pals or family friends. I suppose they do not understand the impact of losing one customer.
            I would not be impressed by karina & saif showing their faces on top of the site rather i would get impressed by the services which are offered to me.

            Connect india / Airtel DTH — Cheating & Hopeless Service

            I have ordred an Airtel DTH through Connectindia on 16th September 2011 & I was offered an instalation at my residence with in 24 Hrs.
            I have tried to contact the number they have given but they are telling they will call back which is not yet happened.
            This kind of cheating & Hopeless service should be prohibitted.
            I am really fedup with those guys & now ordering a Sun DTH.

            I think This airtel is cheating all customers with help of Virti group & connect india web site, Let us spread messages as much as possible to save others not to get in this trap of AIRTEL.
            My story is given below.
            23.09.11 ; I have register for a DTH connection in airtel website .
            24 .09-11 : I got a call from Mr.Yogidrasing ( virti group) and he send me the following email & link for making the payment & promised me installation on 25th Evening .
            But no installation happen & no contact from aitel /connect india .
            25th & 26th I send emails to Airtel and Virti
            27th (today) Airtel person called me and informed me virti group is their partner in giving connection and he will get back to me with in an hour after checking the status with Virti... But no reply yet .

            I wanted to puchase Airtel Dth, and i call the customer care at [protected], they took my details, and sent a person to collect the installation amout Rs 1740. I have made te payment on 25.01.2012, in return i got the payment slip of the amont. payment reciept no 15258. the slip was registred under Vertex customer solutions india pvt ltd. CBD belapur, Navi mumbai. phn no [protected].

            Now the problem is no body has come to install the connection.. I have been feeling unsafe about this. If no body comes today, tommorow i have to approch the police and file an fraud case, against vertex.

              I have two prepaid mobile connection since last 10 years.As my wife was out of India for 2 months,her mobile no was deactivated in mid June 2012.I approached R C Dutt Road,Airtel office for activation of same no as it is known and circulated to friends and family members for any emergency and general uses.
              Concern person attended me well and assured me to activate same no at earliest with some internal formalities.After week He took new Form and assured me to start invalid SIM soon.After continuous follow up He gave me new SIM and assured SIM will be activated in 2 days.
              Inspite of regular visit to customer care centre at R.C Dutt Road,Vadodara, they fail to activate new SIM given to me.
              Almost 10 days have passed but still new SIM is not activated.
              Pl help me to resolve problem at earliest.

              Airtel Mobile — Prepaid deactivation

              I have been a regular customer of Airtel since year 2000 with Airtel (+91-[protected]) Right now I am holding four Airtel mobile connections 2 post paid and 2 pre paid.

              I had given request for conversion of one of my mobile number +91-[protected], from post paid to lifetime pre paid connection on 10-08-08 with requisite documents to Airtel outlet in Dilshad Colony, New Delhi – 110095, and subsequently the mobile was activated after a month with hurdles of out going and incoming calls barred later we learnt that I have to submit photo and address proof etc to activate the same. And I have submitted the documents again with new connection form 24-09-08 to the same outlet. Even after 4-5 days the phone was not activated hence we went back to the outlet and enquired with them for the delay. They told the mobile will be activated in 4 hours, and the phone was activated the next day. After 5 days the phone again went off due to validity problem. We have put a card for Rs. 60.00 and still the same problem was existing. On finding that the airtel outlet in Dilshad Colony did not pay the requisite amount of Rs. 295.00 to Airtel office yet. Now the SIM card is reading as invalid SIM. Till now nothing is happening on the mobile number.

              I have lost my Rs. 365.00 in conversion from post paid to prepaid and the visits I made to your outlet here was futile, keeping aside the mental trauma I went through??????

              All these make me think Should I choose another Mobile operator instead of a company with whom I have been associated for such a long period?//

                In continuation to my last complaint against Airtel. Last time I made cheque payment but after much ado I was informed that due to alteration in cheque it is not being processed. So next day that is 13.07.2012 again a executive comes and this time I pay him in cash to avoid any further dealy in sorting the process.

                And can you believe within 5 minutes of that executive leaving I get another call from Airtel. On top of it the executive lied to me saying I am calling from a courier company and what not crap. An on confirmation that I am speaking her first line was - AAPKE NAAM PE PAYMENT DUE HAI AAP PAYMENT KYU NAI KARTI HAIN!!!!!

                I AM TRULY DISGUSTED WITH THE KIND OF APPROACH FROM AIRTEL. If the matter is at senior level then why do I have to get such unsolicited calls from such unskilled executives who leave alone speak in English have no etiquette how to communicate with the other person.

                Never expected that a company of such a repute will hire such rude and frivolous people at junior level who are the point of contact for a customer. I ask you how do you expect to retain your customers!!

                I just hope my payment will be updated at the earliest and I will never ever again hear from Airtel.

                Would like to warn new customers don't go for Airtel if you care 1% about customer service as they treat the customer as . I always thought that recordings of customer service BPO are monitored but after this incident which happened over 5-6 times I have lost faith in Airtel and its services.
                If you have nay concern you will look into the matter and check from which centre untrained executives are making sure to finish your client base and who sits on the extension and uses the following number -

                I am so frustrated and mentally stressed that it would not be a surprise that I file a law suit against Airtel.

                        fund transferred amount not credited to airtel money

                        sir i have made bank transfer of rs 900 to airtel money account on 10 nth of july at 12.15 am.
                        The amount is not credited to my airtel money account, the payment was sucessful from the bank (axis bank) and also i have recived my confirmation number from bank and email too. After my so many attempts to contact airtel department i am really desperated to recive same responce from call center executives. everytime they reply me same words...

                          Hi ,
                          I have taken Air tel Corporate connection (149 Monthly Plan, Mobile no - [protected]) . Every day I use to get message from 121 , about every day usages . Till few days the usages looks normal , but suddenly I saw a jump of 500 Rs 1 day uses , and next day 1000 Rs more in one day. I started calling the customer care , and the Air tel representative about this issue , they said they can not tell exactly why this amount has come , it can be known after the final bill generated. They said there will be big discount on the bill, and probably this amount will be adjusted . By this billing method , the total unbilled amount shown is 3400 Rs . The bill generation date is 12 July 2012 . I was surprised on 11 July Morning my outgoing is blocked. I can not make a call , can not send sms , and can not open Internet.
                          When again called customer care , they said my credit limit is 1000 Rs , so I need to pay 2200 Rs to unblock my outgoing call . Credit limit was not mentioned while I took this corporate connection. and airtel blocked the call without alerting me in advance .

                          When I log into to Air tel.in to see my billed amount , I see 1400 Rs , so I paid 700 Rs , and thought may be this is the final bill after discount so may be my outgoing will start now. But it did not worked in this way . When calling the customer care , the same repeated answer " sorry for inconvenience " bla bla bla , and asked me to pay the bill minimum 2200 Rs , which I do not agree.

                          Now I am dropping this connection and going to tell my company person , not to engage Air tel in our campus .

                          Apart from this , can I go ahead with consumer court , for this rough experience ?
                          What kind of proof I need to provide ?

                          AirTel — Wrong billing in post paid connection

                          I passess a post paid connection of airtel. After getting the coonection I encouraged many people towards this Airtel post paid connection and to many of my friends I provided on behalf of me thinking that Airtel services is the best. but My Thinking was wrong. four months before I observed that my unbilled amount is increasing surprisingly by 300 to 500 rs. per day. I made complaint at customer orally than by SMS and then in writing at local ofiice to check and solve this problem. But it is regret to say that no one give proper response and said that it may be use of air tel live. I informed that I didnot active the airtel live and I am not using, even though if it is active than please deactivate this as early as possible. But they didnot care for this. After that I got a bill of Rs. around 3000 and in next month around 4500 showing the use of airtell live for a huge amount. I can not expect this type of blunder mistakes in such a big company of Airtel. Now the number has been cut from two months and they are insisting for the payment of wrong bills. You are requested, Kindly arrange to solve my proble as early as possible according to the name and fame of the company and arrange to send the coorect bill so that i can made the payment and my number can be start again.

                          AIRTEL/ POST PAID BILL — WRONG BILLING

                          I am the customer of Airtel since past 9 years and have been using the number
                          [protected] but recent experience with Airtel has forced me to rethink about my
                          choice of Airtel as my mobile service provider.

                          Recently i got a bill from Airtel of more than Rs 4000 and when i enquired about
                          this, i came to know that this is for usage of Airtel Live and it was shocking
                          for me as i did not use Airtel Live. My past usage has never been so high. I rasied this matter with 121 in
                          January in my conversations with them but no proper response was given. After
                          getting my bill i again raised this matter with 198 and raised a complaint but i did
                          not get any satisfactory response. I further escalated the matter to Nodal Officer and appellate office and they are also insisting that this bill is for my Airtel Live usage, however, i would again like to reiterate that i never used Airtel Live and how can there be so much usage in one month when there is no usage in the past.

                          Further, there are some charges of Rs 477 for SMS-others and these are mainly for various games which i never subscribed to. I am shocked that i had conversation with 121 regarding these messages also but they said that nothing of these sort is happening.

                          I am still getting messages for various downloads which i am not doing. I firmly believe that there is something wrong with system.

                          For instance i got a message from AD-54321 on 16 Feb 2011 stating " you have been renewed for Games Club subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 30. Get latest games at http//gclub.in/ea." However, i never subscibed to such service.

                          Please help me out as airtel is not listening at all.

                            It is increased recently. It is too high compare to other network

                            When i messaged for PORT, they promised me that they will provide all calls 30 paise offer, but they didn't give that offer though i cancelled the PORT request...

                              Wrong deduction from prepaid connection

                              I have a prepaid mobile connection of Airtel. My no. Is [protected]. I m being charged unnecessarily for Internet services which I have never done. I made a number of complaints and was told that since GPRS is on I m being charged. To which I stated that please disable my activated service. I was told that this service once discontinued . Accordingly I was categorically told that services have been discontinued and no charges will be levied. But I m really helpless as the charges are still being levied. I think to keep their operating cost low, the company is hiring some half-baked stuff who come for pocket money as has been the trend in the State of maharashtra. I m sure the same must be true for other states. There is absolutely no seriousness on the part of these fellows and the consumer suffers as u hardly find any redressal for your complaints. my mail [protected]@indiatimes.com

                              Airtel — unnecessary hello tunes and network problem

                              Im getting to hear unnecessary hello tunes on my cell phone daily atlest i get to hear 20 hello tunes without subscription on my cell phone. There is a lots of network problem
                              I have prepaid mobile connection [protected]. Airtel has been sending me unsolicited "thought for the day" and deducting Rs 3/- every day from my account. After great effort and repeated try, I could catch hold of a Customer Service officer on "121" . Lodged a complaint. He promised to get me the refund of the amount so debited. I do not know what he has done so far. The debiting is continuing. They have not stopped the same even when my prepaid amount is showing debit. The debit has also occurred only on account of the above said disservice.
                              Will they please stop this harrassment and refund me the unsolicited debits?

                              I have been a very fond customer of airtel until the recent past incidents. previously, it was in the mnth of july, that i had received an sms to recharge a certain amount and all local calls to be 60p for 1 month. which i just got for0 days.
                              secondly, this tashan.com has been charging 20 rs every week from my account. this again is an un-necessary harrasment.
                              both the complaints had been registered with your coustomer care. everytime i received a sms saying my complain will be resolved within the next48-72 hours which haven't yet come in the past 3 months.

                              Airtel connection.
                              On 17th Sept eve, i recd an SMS stating that i have been subscribed for
                              Hello Tunes and Rs 30/- has been deducted from my balance.
                              I imme called up at your Callcentre and informed them that i have not
                              requested for any Hello tunes activation and kindly deactivate it and
                              refund the amt back to my account and a complaint was registered. I was
                              assured that the money will be refunded back in 24 hrs.
                              Next day again i called up to inform them that the specified time has
                              crossed and the amt is yet to be refunded, then i was told that there is
                              some problem with the system due to which all refunds will take additional
                              24 hrs
                              On sunday morning at 10:15am again i called up to check on the refund. At
                              this time your executives told me that the refind cannot be processed as
                              the request was made by me for activation. I have been clearly
                              stating right from day one that i have neither made any request nor recd
                              any automated call from airtel for such requests.
                              I have spoken with kamal ,. the escalation desk officer but he is not
                              willing to listen
                              Further this interaction was not classified as a complaint when i had
                              specifically mentioned that this is a complaint. Also your team was not
                              willing to share the case reference no and only after repeated calls i have
                              managed to get the same.
                              I have been associated with Airtel for couple of years now and never faced
                              any problem this is the first time when this issue has come up and there is
                              no one to resolve my query. I am writing this mail with a keen expectation
                              of receiving a positive reply from your end

                              I m moumita..i have prepaid airtel connection ...on 19 th of august at 8:19am i recieved a message from 543210 stating "thanks for downloading games using Airtel live wap.You have been charged rs.99".....but i havent downloaded nething...but according to their "error free" database i have downloaded 2 games which charges Rs50 n Rs 49... no such games were stored in my applications folder of my phone(it was nt possible also becoz i havent downloaded such games ,,so how it could be??).....i have repeatedtly asked artl CCE s to consider the matter n ensure me that it doesnt happen in future but they told me it can occur again ...unnecessary deduction of balance n no refund!!!!!

As for some services which was not opted by me,I have been constantly getting deducted certain amount from my balance. For example this afternoon i was in a hospital for an emergency. Though I have disabled my data connectivity from morning, i suddenly lost my existing balance and got a msg that my balance have been deducted for videomod or something else. I am trying to connect to the customer care from that time for a clarification. No one is picking it up till now. I was struggling a lot to connect to my dear ones from the hospital. This was not the first time. Last time when i called the customer care for clarification, they said it was done by mistake and i will get the amount back to my account.                               This is to inform you about the unsatisfactory services being provided in gujarat region.
                              The issue is that i recharged my GSM no. [protected] with Rs. 50 on 23
                              june 2011,and on the next day there was a deduction of Rs. 34 from my balance while i was talking to my parents without any request for services.I complained about
                              this matter by mailing on your email address but there was no response.
                              The problem prevailed when i got my no. recharged for Rs. 30 on the same day and a deduction of
                              Rs. 6 wa there again on first of july.
                              So i request you to please see into the matter and take necessary
                              action otherwise i will have to complain to higher authorities as i m
                              going to do it now if some action is not taken as soon as possible .

                              Its is very depressing to inform you that Airtel is highly apathetic towards customer complains.
                              I have a pune SIM card ([protected]) in my name Nikunj Dosi. I have been out of Pune since last one month. I have been using Mobile internet services by this SIM card in Mobile Office (with 98 Rs. recharge). Despite having balance and validity, in the last 2 or 3 days Airtel has deducted more than 60 Rs. from my main account balance. I tried many times on your toll free no. +91-198, but its not responding and through 121 i couldn't talk to Customer Care executives of Pune or Maharashtra region. When I tried to contact Customer Care executives through 121, I was received by Rajasthan call center (As i told you, I have in Rajasthan these days) and they couldn't solve my problem. I want my deducted balance back. And please make availability of your customer care services more simple. Being a loyal customer of Airtel since last so many years, I am giving Airtel a last chance. Else I will switch to DOCOMO through MNP.
                              I hope this time I would be heard.
                              Once again Airtel has let me down, rather i should say now Airtel is irritating me. And now the limit is over. What do u think of yourself. Without informing, u people have increased call rate on my tariff plan. Let aside 3G, your network coverage is inadequate for even normal calls, and cross connections are more often than your customer care recipients.
                              This time I m not here for any complain but this to inform you that u irked me a lot, your customer care executive think they are more intelligent. Fine.
                              I am switching to DOCOMO, thanks to MNP. And not only me, i have also persuaded my 8 other friends to do the same.
                              The above said company is just going on deducting my balance unnecessary for some of the services which i never used. Whenever i called to the customer care they always told that they will surely look into the matter but yet no action have been taken by them.
                              I request the concerned authorities that please look into the matter and make a possible resolution.

                              I am AIRTEL customer with the number[protected].The balance of my prepaid account is being deducted Rs. 34 without any prior notice and even without any pack activation.i have already complained to the customer care lots of time.there has not been any effort from the side of customer care to resolve this problem and they also deactivate the service. Now i am not able to connect with customer care.
                              I recharged sms pack rs.9/- on 16.04.2012 after 2 days my sms pack deactivated automatically,then i complained but the customer care does not reply any thing,they always told stay online then in meanwhile call was disconnect without any reason .

                              After a week period again im getting message to renew the pack.

                              You are requested to please see this and help me what i will do this regarding this.

                              I am C.B.Singh, a student staying in north Delhi, using a sim of your network AIRTEL having the number [protected].Sir I am sorry to bring to your notice that the network service has been unsatisfied and unreasonably ripping off my balance for no reason.M deeply hurt and regretting that i used the network and i cant even change it at-least for a month as i have given this number to few important places.I even complained to the Customer care but my calls has been unheard and cut.Sir, I m narrating the whole story.

                              Today morning at 11.23 i recharged my mobile for 100 rupees and around 86 rupees were credited.I made a call for about one minutes then i kept the phone for charging.After one hour when i tried to call one of my friend i was told that i have no balance in it.Then I recharged for another 100 rupees and I called the customer care and inquiry about it then they told me that it has been deducted due to airtel gprs which i didn't used.After clearing everything my problem had been solved and my account was credited with the unnecessarily deducted balance.I was credited with 86 rupees and my account had 169 rupees.Then i made some calls to my friends and my account had 152 rupees.Then I kept the mobile and after some hours at around 4.30pm when I checked my balance it was again 0.00 rupees.I again recharged for 50 rupees so that i can talk to the customer care executives directly.I told everything to the executive and he told me that he will direct my call to the senior and then the phone has been cut.

                              Sir my humble request to you.The 152 rupees that i had been ripped off is not as important as my fear that if i recharge it again will it be deducted.How many times i have to face such unfair things.SIR WHY IS THE NETWORK IN-SPITE OF SUCH BIG NAME AND REPUTATION BEHAVING LIKE THIS WITH ITS CUSTOMER AND SIR, IF SUCH THINGS HAPPENED TO YOU BY SOME SERVICE PROVIDER,HOW WILL U LIKE THE SERVICE TO HELP U BACK.

                              Sir,please look into my problem.Though its not a big issue,its about trust and reliability.Sir please do reply.I will be so grateful and thankful to you

                              I was on roaming for a month in November 2012 and my balance was Rs. 333. Then after a week or so, suddenly Rs. 100 was deducted. I neither made any calls, nor did i recieve any. And then after 3 days again the balance got deducted. Finally i was left with no balance at all during roaming.
                              And when i try to contact the Airtel customer care(121), it gets disconnected automatically on choosing one of the options.

                              I would want Airtel to call me for this clarification as I cannot reach their customer care and justify the reason of deduction of my balance.

                              And this is the second time the same issue has occured. Last time also i had lodged a complaint and my money was refunded. I dont think everytime a complaint is required for Airtel to refund the unnecessary balanace deduction. When they are not justified deductions, Airtel should not deduct the amount in the first place.

                              The airtel company is not taking up my complaint and not listening to my complain.i called them everytime and tell my problem and they dont take any action.they are least interested in my matter.they are also deducting my balance unnecessary and instead of warning them and saying them about the same they keep disconnecting the line and also without informing me they keep on changing my packs
                              Again and again my balance keep on deducting.i have lost many rupees as my balance.
                              I please request you to plz look into the matter amd take necessary action against the airtel company.

                              I am Sumantra Das and my mob GSM no is [protected].I had recharged a tariff plan scheme of Rs.48 which said that every STD rates will be 30paise/min for 28 days.but from afew days i hav observed that airtel is deducting more than 30paise which is very unfair...I have been using this no. for last so many years. Now the unfair practice that they have started to earn money is not all accepted.please look into the issue very seriously.

                              I, an active user of AIRTEL telecommunication having number [protected].used to face unnecessary balance deduction from main balance inspite of having active gprs data plan balance for using Mobile Internet.at the first time when my balance was deducted I called to the customer care and they refunded my balance, on the same day the same problem happened and again I called customer care but they denied to register my complain and disconnected my phone call in a rude manner. The reference number that they provided next was CBDMO[protected], registered on 28/08/2014.
                              I wanted to seek adequate remedy and want my credit balance back and expect such problem not to arise again

                              had balance amount of about rs 150. on my mobile...and had not been using my mobile for a monthas I was on roaming..still entire amount got deducted from my cell. Again i recharged it with an amount of rs 220 and switched off my cell. The following day when i checked for balance rs 17 was deducted. Customer care says it is because of Ttmvrock service activated since mar 2011. This is rubbish...I never activated this service nor have experienced any balance deduction because of this service ever...thren how can u make such a statement.

                              This kind of behaviour is highly unexpected from Airtel . You owe me an apology and iam looking forward for a quick action on my complaint.

                                I am an Airtel prepaid customer having the number[protected]. Airtel is sending SMS from AX-SYCRKT.

                                I have not subscribed, but still every now and then cricket sms are sent to my mobile. And also Rs. 1 is being deducted.
                                It is just irritating. I do not like cricket. Kindly unsubscribe the VAS for cricket and revert the amount.
                                Also cancel all the VAS, I wish to be in Don't Disturb Mode.


                                this has been happeing for last 2-3 months, at least 30-50 SMS i'm getting per day,
                                if its not being in 1 week will change the provider..

                                  I had called the airtel customer care for installation of wireless internet modem to my on going broadband connection. When I put up the request, I received the modem within 24 hours. After that I was told to call airtel customer care again to put up a request for the modem's configuration. After repeated calls to the customer care a person came and installed the wires and gave me a number of another person for configuration. When I called him yesterday evening he told me to remind him the next morning that he has to come and do the needful. Today morning when I called him up to remind him at 10 AM, he tells me that he will come before 12 noon. I again called him at 1 PM and he says that he will come in half an hour. At 4 PM when I called him for the 4th time he says he will come in an hour. Are these the services that are called world class services by airtel ? And another thing, my request has not been completed even after all this by 5PM.
