[Resolved] Airtel — Deducting balance for no reason | |||
Hi I have been charged by airtel for no reason . Every time I am get a message and my balance is deducted from my account . I am using a prepaid sim and want my balance to be refunded . dear sir, actually i m suffering of loss of balance...50 rs.. has been deducted frm my account in regular5 interval...still i m suffering...and i could nt made any contact with custmer care...they didnt co-operate ...and very busy in these days...they do not pick up the call ..wat wrong with them...i dnt knw...atlast i would say...plz refund my money as soon as possible...my no. is [protected]...
AirTel — balance is deducting
on night of 25 at 11:10 i activate my movile office service legal charges is Rs10 for 24 hours but Rs30 has been deducted from my acct.i call customer care but they do nothingAirtel — without any use balance deducted by company

we had not take any facility from mobile services provider (AIR TEL).But they cut the the recharge balance in my mobile.i did many times complain to the air tel consumer service provider and they suggsted me to sms to the1909 number.but after some times,he continued to cut my balance from my mobile for many services.Due to this reason i faced many mantaly problem.My mobile no is [protected].Please take help me emidiately.RAJ NARAYAN

AirTel — deducting balance
deducting balance without any intimation from 22/1/2011..i lost 45 rupees...every 5 minutes i am hearing a voice from my mobile n72([protected]) 'you have low balance to make a call pleas recharge' i am very much irritating..kindly solve my problem,,this is the responsibility of you Air tel service providers. if you ignore this problem i know what to do..i will go through legal and i will put a legal case on you.

respected sir,i use airtel mobile connection and they are didcucting my balance.when i call costumer care they said me you download java game but i had not download any game and they not refund my balance.so i requested to u sir pls take action against company and refunded my balance.

dear sir, me ek chote gav me rehta muje pata nahi tha aur mujse galti mane koi jankari bina 25 rs. ka recharge karwaya lekin uska nahi koi talk time aur nahi koi aur scheme ka massage aaya plz help me sirAirtel — deducing Wrong balance every time
I recharge a ISD calling card of Rs.35 regarding reduction of call charge. They told me that if I recharge that I can call on Uk in only Rs. 2.99. But every time I call they reduce Rs. 10 from my main a/c. Then I call to customer care after very long discussion they back my wrongly reducing money & also tell me that ur problem is now solve & I can call. But today When I call on UK mobile they then reduce 20 rs and disconnect the line and try so many time to contact customer care but they every time they disconnect my call.So I want to know why this thing are happen with me & why they give the wrong information to saying that ur problem is solve ?

AirTel — charging balance for no good reason
i do not use wap or net on my mobile.. still i m being charged Rs.10 daily from my talktime... plz deactivate the service as soon as possible...
