my friend received the same from the mobile number 91 [protected]..this number belongs to Reliance telecom and its from within the Delhi Metro Telephone circle..i have attached the text as a proof..unfortunately no one bother to take any actions against this nasty buggers...i suggest block them and never ever reply to them all they want is your personnel details to play around..
